Repair was done on time and for a good price. The vent was replaced in less than an hour. The representative was easy to communicate with and was easily reached by cell phone.

They arrived when scheduled. They were able to complete removal of old roof and replacement of new roof in two days. They also installed radiant barrier under shingles. This added $2000 to cost of roof, but expect to recoup some of this cost with savings on utilities. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after job completion. Company representative was clear and up front about what to expect during bid process. He showed up both days to check in with crew and installation progress. Would use them again.

M & M did a partial roof several years ago. While Chris Manson was not responsive I found the repair good. I had a leak and Chris left town on vacation without putting a tarp over the leak so it rained several times which exacerbated the problem. I recently had another leak on a different part of the roof and called him to come out and look at the roof. He said he had repaired several roofs in the area and was familiar with the problem. He sent me a quote for replacing that portion of the roof which came to $3,360.00. I called my insurance company and they came out with a contractor and looked at the roof. The roof was in good condition so they then said they would have an engineer determine where the water was coming. A structural engineer did and assessment and submitted a report. He agreed it wasn't the roof but was the air hawks needed replacing and the stacks resealed. I called Modern Roofing and they replaced the air hawks and shingles around the air hawks, replaced a small place that was not previously repaired corrected, sealed the stacks and charged $ 950.00. On Feb 13th Chris requested the report from the engineer and insurance company, which I sent him. He has never responded and has never honored my request to sit down with me and review my roof. In my previous and current dealings with him I perceive he is chasing the buck and not doing a adequate customer service job. I would never use this company again.

I showed them where I was getting water into the attic. They did a check of ALL my vents and did a recommendation for repairs. The crew arrived on time and did all the work in less than an hour. Have checked the roof since to see if leak was back and now ALL DRY. Yes I would hire them again. They are straight forward with you and do an excellent job.

They did an excellent job on the section reproofed, and they came up with a very ingenious solution to the hard to find and challenging to eliminate leak. They employ good, talented and very experienced people at every level. They stand by their warranty. They are creative problem solvers. We can not recommend them more highly.

Excellent customer care, kept us informed about progress with pictures and texts sent to our phones. Crew respectful and cordial, answer ed our questions. Told us they'll be back to fix a cosmetic issue. .

From the beginning to the end it was a good experience. They kept me up to date with ordering to install date. Very flexible with my schedule and they were on time at install date. Crew was respectful of my property and did a great job. The entire job was done in one day, they stayed late to make sure everything was done. The salesman showed up the next day to make sure everything was done correctly and to my expectations.

The work went well. Problem was I was given no heads up when the people would arrive until I heard them on the roof. I got no phone calls telling me when to expect anyone. The roofers bent up my front gutters and was told it would be repaired, but no one came to do it.

I got my roof replaced by M & M Roofing and Siding INC. I would highly recommend this company. The Project Manager (Ms.Crystal Cantu) did an outstanding job regarding the price, material and ownership of my roof. They also cleaned up all the old material around my house. I had a roof leak that was coming into my garage along one wall in three places. It made it hard to pinpoint the problem. Nathan came out and found it right away. There is a "dead valley" on the top of my roof that is hard to see from the ground. There are two channels where rain runs off the roof and into one channel in the dead valley. There was a lot of debris up there along with flashing that had rusted out. M & M Roofing did a great job cleaning out the debris. They cleaned and sealed the flashing with a silicone coating and installed new shingles. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and service that M & M Roofing provided.

I did not hire this company. I was able to get the work completed by a different contractor for several hundred dollars less using the same type of material. I asked Nathan to provide me quotes for 2 different options and he did not provide one of the quotes after I asked again. He was also late for a meeting that had to be rescheduled by him.

M&M installed the Hardi siding on my new house. Mike and his crew did an incredible job. They installed and painted the Hardi panels to my exact request. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The work was performed well as I was very involved in the process. I would say the project manager was helpful at times but also juggling a bit to many projects at the time after Hurricane Harvey, but he would respond and answer my calls. The painting was very carefully done with great input on selection of colors yet still retain that early 1900s charm. Overall like any project we worked some problems along the way, but any change orders were reasonable and when the workers made mistakes the corrections were completed without charge. Other than that I had workers working the house for about 10 weeks so dealing with letting dogs out and the schedule was a minor inconvenience for the outcome of the project. I may pay a bit more but the transformation of the house was amazing with many skilled tradesman putting on their touches to the home.

Worked with Jim to get a roof leak fixed around a valley and some gutter maintenance done. After initially quoting me a ~2 week window when the work would start, they came through the very next day and finished everything. Only time will tell if the repair work took care of everything, but by all accounts that I've read, I believe that M&M will stand by their work and work with me if anything fell short of expectations.

Excellent and honest work! I would hire these people and company again! I put a B in for price because only the Dollar Store gets an A in that space. However, I have no complaints.

Completed quickly and no more leaks during the rain that followed. They did some caulking and repaired flashing for around $500. A little pricey, but problem solved.

Very good! Jim was the manager for this work & he took very good care of us! He went beyond expectations in pleasing the customer. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this company They arrived when they said they would and you could see the whole team working hard. They cleaned up daily & when they finished, they cleaned up & left our yard & our neighbors spotless. KWould highly recommend them!

Excellent response time, installed on day they said they would be there. Finished 50 squares in 2 days, Cost was lower than other contractors contacted and scope of work included more than insurer stated. Will use this firm for another project in the near future.

2 Different Crews did the work. They were both professional and worked to get the job done. Mike the area manager was EXTREMELY responsive with questions and concerns. I highly recommend this business especially with their lifetime labor warranty. I got quotes from several other roofing companies and they were much higher with less line items. The Approximate cost listed if for the siding, roofing, and solar vent services.

Horrible company stay away! They installed a Hydrostop flat roof solution for my rooftop patio a few years ago. I thought they did a good job at the time but the roof started leaking in a few years. They told me they guarantee their work for 5Yrs so I called them back to fix it. They said they have to do more work on flashing (that they installed to begin with) and utility shed door that they said the leak was from (i believed them they talk a good talk) and quoted me 1500 to fix it. I agreed. It took them months to schedule the repairs. In the meantime I stopped the leaks temporarily with flashing tape. After over 2 months they send two guys with nothing more than some caulking and told me the repairs were done. It was objectively the worst attempt to repair anything I have ever seen. When I called and complained that this does not seem like a permanent repair they assured me that all was fine. After spending thousands of dollars to fix the interior of the house on the first major rain it leaked from the same spot again. Their claim to permanent repair was worse than sticking flashing tape to the area! At this point there was extensive damage to the roof and interior of the house. And of course they stopped returning my calls. It was so bad that I had to hire a competent roofer to completely replace the rooftop patio. Remedy the mold that was starting to set. And spend thousands more to fix the interior. Chris Manson their sales man talks a good talk and comes across very knowledgeable but stay away! They will cost you thousands of dollars in repairs because they don’t do a good job and don’t care to honor their guarantees.

This is an edited review based on the owner Doug Moncure guaranteeing I would receive a call back for unfinished work. After my original review, he called me and said he was very upset that the contractor Chris never contacted me for the remaining work. He said that after the first time he called me before the review that he immediately called Chris to call me back. Well, what about this time Doug? It’s been about 3 weeks and absolutely no phone call, text or email from anyone to make sure the job was finished. As I explained in my original review, I’m old-school when it comes to an owner of a company saying they will have someone call me back. In reality, customer service does not matter to the owner of this company as far as keeping in contact. I can only hope that the owner realizes that he has lost all future business with me. This is based on already paying them in full $18,000. If anyone from M & M Roofing reads this edited review, do not contact me. You’ve had your chance. To the owner Doug Moncure, maybe next time you will take action yourself to make sure that a paying customer is not lost to something so simple as communication. Original Review: I contacted M & M Roofing in March 2018 to do a complete siding job, small roof repairs and several other small jobs. It took several weeks to get thing coordinated, but once we finalized a start date, the crew did show that morning. The work started out great. The roof work was completed quickly before the siding was started which was a plus. The overall siding work after painting looks really good. We had two doors replaced, including having to reframe a small 24" exterior garage door into a 36" door. They even fixed an issue with the framing on the big garage door and it sits much better now. They also rerouted the Comcast cable wire which the original Comcast installer was too lazy to do and that was a big plus. The old siding looked really bad and the new siding looks so much better. The new gutters look good too. Communication during the entire project was decent, but not great. If you've read other reviews, then you've heard the name Chris mentioned. I never actually got to meet him. My wife was home during the quote and I only communicated with him with phone, email and text. This was a big project and sometimes it was difficult getting answers in a timely matter, but never bad. Chris is a nice guy. Most of the issues I had with the overall work, which are generally started with accidentally cutting one of the sensor wires for our garage door opener. Not a big deal, other than after I asked more than once to have it fixed, they crisscrossed the wires. It took me 45 minutes on a ladder to retrace and finally figure out what they did. I patched the wire correctly and the garage door opener works fine now. Another issue is with installing the new interior door to the house. It was not installed flush and was lower on the opening side. I told the crew this and they just used a Dremel tool or a drill bit to remove the wood on the lower half of the doorknob strike and the deadbolt strike so they would shut correctly. That is not how you install a brand new fully-framed door! You shim it correctly. I ended up just getting a Fix-a Jamb metal plate and although the door is still not flush, it closed with the doorknob and deadbolt OK now. Another issue is that they did not remove the doorknob to paint the exterior part of one of the new doors. This was strange as they did for the other door. They brushed around the doorknob and it just doesn't look good. I asked to have this repainted and I even took the doorknob off (2 screws, 30 seconds). No sanding to remove the brush strokes. Just more brush strokes. One last issue with an item that was communicated in the beginning for the scope of work was replacing the expansion joints for the brick around the house. We ended up telling them while they had one of the wood window frames off to please replace the expansion joint while the framing was off, which they did. The other two joints did not get replaced. I asked for these to be replaced as they were completely rotten from water damage on the bottom. The reply I received back was "Can we just caulk them?" No! As stated in the communication, they are rotten. I replied that I will just replace them myself or have someone else do them. The final and last issue which is the result of only 3 starts is that the owner Doug Moncure called me and left a voicemail asking if everything was OK on all the work. I thought this was good of an owner to call and I did call him back the next day. He wasn't there so I left a message. He called back 2 days later and I explained some of the issues with the expansion joints and that I also wanted a quote to replace the old vinyl shutters on the front of the house. He said he would promptly have someone call me back. It's been about 3 weeks since that phone conversation and I received no response at all. This is why I waited so long to write the review. For me, when the owner of the company calls and I explain there was an issue, but receive no response, that's like breaking an old-school style handshake which is the way I was raised, I take it very seriously. Looking at other reviews, I can see that Doug generally responds to these reviews. This is a 100% honest and accurate review of M & M Roofing Co. I have all communication from email and text. I'm not sure if I will use this company again just because of the communication issue.
