Bernard explained the various options and provided the answers to my questions and was never pushy. He wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He was always responsive and easy to reach. The roofing crew completed all the work and cleaned up rather well. I only found a few nails on my deck afterwards. Had several compliments from neighbors about the appearance of the roof, although it is very difficult to see from the street because of the surrounding trees. There was a minor delay for the window install when the original scheduled installer became unexpectedly unavailable. However, Bernard was able to schedule a different installer rather quickly. After the window install, there was a layer of sawdust covering everything in my study which contains multiple computers, monitors, and other electronic equipment in addition to the furniture and other contents. I wish I had known ahead of time that they were going to be sawing as I could have at least shut off all the electronic equipment and covered them to protect them. Used M&M's Angie's list coupon to get $500 discount.

M&M gave a competitive price based on my needs, and executed flawlessly. Nathan helped me to understand clearly what I needed on my roof, and what options were available. Miguel and his crew couldn't have done more to deliver an excellent result. Everything happened on time and just as expected. The area around my house was well maintained and cleaned after the job. The crew were all very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. I won't hesitate to recommend M&M in the future, and call them myself when I need any additional work done. It was a pleasure having my roof replaced by them, and I have every confidence that it will serve me for many years.

We hired this company based on the reviews obtained from Angie's list. The reviews were very good and I will say they lived up to the reviews I read. Very professional company, did an excellent job. I will recommend them to others and will use them again if the need should arise.

I had used M&M Roofing and Siding last year to replace my roof. I was extremely pleased with the work they did on that job. Fast, clean, on time. Joe Harris was quick to come out and quote and work started and completed on time. So when I noticed my attached garage siding was so bad I could see into the garage from outside, I got several quotes. M&M was not the cheapest but they were in line with the others. Being in an historic neighborhood, this wasn't a Hardy Plank job, rather matching the 1x6 Drop Siding from 1928 when the house was built. Choosing #1 Kiln dried and treated Southern Pine pattern #117 wasn't cheap but it matched the original siding perfectly. Having been so pleased with the roof I went with the for the siding job. I am very pleased with the work they did. Bernard Contello set up a convenient time to come estimate the job, he came every day to check on the work. His crew was outstanding, working hard, taking few breaks and acting very professional. They work extra hard to complete the work a half day early, they left my home clean and neat. The new siding and front porch columns look great. I strongly recommend M&M Roofing and Siding to anyone needing a new roof or siding work done.

M&M installed a new roof. True to their word in pretty much all respects & very professional. Only issue was that, a few months later, the roof leaked during heavy rains. They took almost two weeks to get out there to fix it. However, M&M did fix it up, no questions asked, about a month ago, under the warranty. Since then, it has rained and there was no leak. It will likely take a few more heavy rains to give it a clean bill of health. They did stand behind their warranty. Overall, I would recommend M&M Roofing for their work & professionalism.

M&M came in and took 100% of the old siding and trim off of our house. From there, they tore out all siding and installed LOW-E house wrap and all of the siding and trim with James Hardie products. This was not your everyday trim project. In the front and sides of the house, they had to match a very ornate trim pattern (I would not be surprised if it was one of the most complicated trim projects this crew ever had). The results were astounding! The trim on the house pops and as you walk up our front walk, you can see the level of detail and care that was taken by the crew. They painted every bit of siding and trim - looks great! From there, M&M did a full roof replacement. We have a red bricked traditional house and Nathan persuaded us to use GAF Country Mansion - midnight blush colored shingles as opposed to standard charcoal colored shingles that are commonly used. Prior to installing the shingles, they laid down LOW-E Therma Sheet underlayment on the roof deck. The pitch of our roof and the size of the roof was a challenge to say the least! The roofing crew did a phenomenal job - from the tear out, moving vents from the side of the house to the back so that the vents are no longer visible from the street, underlayment, shingles and ridge vents - all done high quality and most importantly - done right with superior products. I would suspect that this is the last roof that I will ever put on this house. Then M&M came in and installed gutters and downspouts on the entire house. They did a great job and the crew was extremely courteous. I went out and showed the gutter crew where we traditionally had "valley streams" coming off of the roof to the old gutters (over flowing the gutters). They were very accommodating to my suggestions to install splash guards where needed (it is hard to visualize when it is sunny out). We had a very large storm a few days after the completion of the project - gutters and downspouts worked like a charm. We got M&M off of Angie's List as well as recommendations from a couple on our street. They had done the same type of full effort project on their house and it looks great as well. Unfortunately for us it looked too good.....they put their house on the market this week and had two offers in two days and their house is now "option pending" and we are going to lose some great neighbors! No doubt that the buyers of the house were influenced by the quality of the siding, trim and shingles.

It was a good experience and their price was reasonable. We had three roofing companies come out and provide us an estimate, but we have not decided who is going to actually do the work. The guy was really nice, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything went good with them.

We obtained estimates from 3 roofing companies that are top ranked on Angie's List basis an A rating and nearby reviews. All three estimated the job with the materials we had selected basis our own research (we didn't disclose this). Nathan from M&M was the only estimator that noted all the extra items that we were aware of that needed repair in addition to the general roof job. Nathan's presentation of the estimate was far superior to the others and included prices for optional shingles (energy efficient), reflective underlayment, and enhanced warranty. We had determined earlier that we weren't interested in these type options and Nathan applied no pressure to change that. The price was midway between the other estimates and after reviewing the estimates for a couple of days we accepted the M&M estimate. The material arrived as scheduled and the crew the next day. Exceptional care was taken to cover our pool, pool equipment, A/C units, plants, and windows to protect these items from the debris of the old roof as it was removed. The job took 2 days as projected and the crew worked efficiently and safely. The job was completed properly and as scheduled with an excellent job of clean-up. When Nathan arrived for payment I presented a $500 coupon from Angie's List that I neglected to mention in the pre-job negotiations. Nathan mentioned that the coupon should have been presented earlier but that it would be honored. M&M met all my expectations makin a messy and expensive job quite pleasant. Working with Nathan was a pleasure.

Excellent service provided by Rick. Quick turnaround and quality work. We had a portion of our roof which had water damage, Rick offered the best price for the amount of work and when completed, he thoroughly inspected the job.

Heard of them on a radio program, the hosts raved about their work and they service where ever the program broadcast. Well we were in Huntsville, TX and it took about 2 calls over a period of weeks to get an appointment for the advertised free estimate. Unfortunately Huntsville was not an area they serviced, but the estimator agreed to come out on a weekend to honor the offer anyway. The gentleman came out and spent a decent amount of time examining our roof, eves & ceiling and informed & instructed as well. He said the results would be sent via email in about a week, but it never arrived. We followed up with a couple of calls which were passed on to him but to no response. In fairness to them, I can see that because we were outside of their service area that perhaps they felt sending an estimate would have been a commitment. However all parties had verbally agreed they were not obligated to perform the repair, just sent the estimate. Perhaps if our home was within their service area like Houston, Woodlands, or Katy areas things would have turned out differently.

The presentation was very good. It was more concerned about the quality and everything was the way I wanted.

It went very well the guys who did the work were very nice and answered all the qustions I had, the job forman checked on the work while in progress and informed us every step of the way .Everything was done very well and after the cleanup it was like they were never there they swepped the yard with a magnet for nails three times I have not found a nail yet. I highly recommend this company for a new roof. Great job M&M

They were very good and their pricing was comparable.

Sales representative appeared on time, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I signed contract for installation. Shortly thereafter a date of installation was set that was approximately 13 days after signing contract. Materials were not delivered for installation and therefore new roof was not installed. I was not contacted regarding the cancellation. I left a voice mail message and texted the representative, however I heard nothing. I also called the company regarding the problem and was told they would look into the problem. After waiting several hours with no response, I called the company again. This time I was able to speak with the representative who promised to look into the situation and get back with me later that day, which was May 28th. Still have not heard back. I can understand how roofers can get behind for various reasons, however not calling me about the situation and the need to reschedule is inexcusable. I had revised my work schedule to be allow for the installation. Unfortunately the installation date was not indicated on the contract, so I'm stuck with this company.

It went perfect. Travis Diekmann arrived on time and was both very professional and personable. The inspection was completed in a very timely manner and he assured me that everything was fine. I was concerned after the recent hail storm and was very relieved to know my roof suffered no damage. And, best of all, there was absolutely no charge for this service! If I ever have a roofing, siding, or window need in the future, I am so glad to know this company. I will also highly recommend them to family and friends,

Initial contractor sent to provide estimate was unprofessional and inaccurate. Doug Moncure, the company president, handled all my concerns and assigned my job to Bernard Contello, who was fabulous. Once the change in contractor was made, the job proceeded seamlessly and was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Doug Moncure called to follow-up and ensure I was happy. I would certainly use this company again.

They were fine. They showed up and worked with me. I wish I had used them actually. The other group I went with, I saved a little bit of money but not detailed work. I guess if M & M Roofing, Siding & Windows stuck me with and done a better job. I have no complaints at all, the only thing was that their price was a little high and like I said, I probably wished I would have gone with him.

On time and done right. They did a beautiful job. My house looks brand new!

Nathan and Miguel arrived on time, conducted the water test efficiently and provided the results to the roofing company and chimney repair company.

Nathan came to our house and thouroughly inspected our roof. We had been having trouble with leaks in a few places. Another roofing company told us we needed a new roof, but Nathan said we only needed to repair the problem areas. We had leaking where flashing wasn't installed properly and where nail heads had rusted through, and in a few other places. We were very pleased that Nathan didn't try to sell us a whole new roof when we didn't need one. He was very knowledgeable and he and his crew did a fine job of fixing our roof.

I called M&M to request an estimate for some roofing repair as well as some exterior/interior painting. I choose M&M since they had a high rating, and their services description specifically stated that they did flat roofs. My first call was was promptly answered. I requested a estimate. The call taker stated that she would have their Area Manager get in touch. After about a week, I hadn't heard from anyone. Thinking that there had just been a communications glitch, I called again. My call was promptly answered, and I again requested an estimate. This time, I did get a call back and set up a time for an estimate. The estimator arrived at the stated time and we went through the scope of work. The estimator was professional and courteous. He stated that he would be in touch. Well guess what, that was around three weeks ago and I have not heard anything. I am suprised that M&M would not at least respond back. I hope this review helps them refine their process.

This was by far the most professional company we have ever worked with. Mike came out and looked at the house to give us an estimate. He came back a few days later to meet with us and provide the estimate. They had planned to start the job the next week, but due to weather it was delayed. Mike called and explained the situation and kept us updated regarding when they would begin. Mike came out before the siding crew and made sure the supplies were delivered and they knew what to do. The siding looks fabulous. When they finished the painters came and caulked and prepped the house for paint. They painted the entire house. The roofer came and made some repairs to the roof and then the gutter guy came and installed the gutters. The job went very well overall. Mike was attentive and responded immediately to any concerns. The house looks beautiful. People have stopped to ask who did the work and we are proud to say M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows. I have already referred them to other family members. We are extremely pleased.
