The whole process took only 2 weeks from the time we called them to completion of the project. They were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up pretty well. Mike even has a printer in his truck so that he can give you a quote right away! We will definitely use M&M for our other projects.

Mike and his crew did ann excellent job. Had a new roof installed, old pine siding removed and replaced with hardie, and old gutters removed and replaced. They also anchored my back porch to the house and properly set the pitch for proper draining.

The estimator arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. When I called a few days later with some questions, he returned my call very quickly. The estimate was competitive and it was difficult choosing between M&M and the company we selected. The quotes were comparable in scope and price. We decided to go with the smaller and entirely local company.

Chris Manson came out to inspect and bid on a storm door install. While here, I pointed out some potential wood rot in the existing door frame and he confirmed same. Once I chose the style of door I wanted (one with a doggy door already in place), he sent me an email with a detailed bid. As it happened, and once I accepted his bid, he was able to get a crew out in the same day. The men were prompt, courteous, polite, well mannered, kept a neat work area, cleaned up when job was complete, and just very professional over all. The crew Mr. Manson sent out was a direct reflection of him. All of them were very pleasant to talk to and were very nice and considerate to my pets. The work turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

No quote after three weeks of waiting. I was very impressed after my first four days of interaction with M&M then they strung me along without quoting the job. I have contacted them three times asking if they were going to give us a quote. Each time M&M replied the same day or next day telling me I would have the quote in two days. More details are below. I didn?t put much weight no the F ratings some roofers received from people who never received quotes from the roofers. Now that my job has been delayed three weeks while waiting for this quote I understand their frustration. I e-mailed M&M on Wednesday Feb. 26 with details on the roofing quotes I wanted and the fact that I have several rafters that are split. Two days later their estimator Dave Mays came to look at our roof. Since we need rafter work, and M&M had a job going on nearby, the next day (Saturday March 1) Dave came back to our house with a carpenter from the nearby job. The carpenter immediately saw the rafter problems, counted the number that needed work, and talked with Dave for a while in our attic about the repairs that were needed. We were impressed with the carpenter and had him take a look at our exterior doors and added in replacement of three exterior doors into the quote. We had a few decisions to make so Dave said to e-mail him our decisions the next week. We e-mailed him details on Wednesday March 5. Dave replied same day and said he should have details for us two days later (Friday March 7). Nine days later we still didn?t have a quote. I e-mailed them again and said I assumed they were not interested in job. Received reply from Dave next day with apologies for delay related to his wedding. Said he would send information Monday. Five days later still no response. I e-mailed to clarify whether quote was going to be sent on Monday March 17 or Monday March 24. No response to that e-mail and as of today, Saturday March 29.

Nathan Contello delivered every thing he promised on time. He told me when the crew will arrive and when they will finish. He kept me on the loop via text all the time. I am extremely pleased with Nathan professionalism. I did a thorough home work and received six quotes, hands down for me M&M was the winner. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nathan and I strongly recommend him and I can't wait to refer him to friends and relatives. Nathan was extremely professional and was very good at explaining what repairs we needed. I had a great experience with Mike and the team. He came over the day I called for an estimate (the same day), got up on the roof, did a survey and provided a fair price, lower than 2 other estmates I had gotten.. He was able to schedule the work to start 2 days later! The material and crew showed up on time. They were very curtious and respectful and picked up after themselves each day. They had to move my pato funiture and potted plants and everything was put back in place the same way they found it. Amazing! I will use them again for sure!

It is always a bit daunting to contract with essentially an unknown entity for significant work on your home - in this case, replacing all siding on a 2-story house. We did our research via Angie's List and ultimately chose M & M. From the time Rick Shelton first came out to the house to bid we were impressed. There were many factors that led to choosing his company over several other estimates, but I can't say enough about how he made this an "ease of doing business" situation. He was professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process - an excellent representative for his company. Completion took slightly longer than estimated but was largely transparent. Clean-up after completion was just as promised - and, last but not least, the final cost was as quoted - always a relief. We were also contacted afterward by a company rep to get our feedback - a nice touch. Our experience with M & M was very positive - we would use them again and certainly recommend them to others

This was a big, complicated job and M & M Roofing performed extremely well. Christopher Manson carefully inspected our roof and related structures. Our options and his recommendations were explained thoroughly. Mr. Manson skillfully managed scheduling of the various crafts needed to complete work in volatile, rainy weather conditions. His communication with us throughout the job was excellent. Only compliments from us; NO complaints.

Mike McCollum took pictures of my roof and told me how he proposed to fix it. Others had told me that I needed a new roof and needed to redesign it because the pitch was too low. Mike measured the roof and inspected the shingles. He said the roof pitch was fine, and I have another 18 years or so before I'll need a new roof. The worker came when he was scheduled to come and finished the work while I was away. I appreciate the punctuality and professionalism.

Excellent job. Quote was complete because M&M representative (Nathan) paid attention to all the details and personally explained everything and answered all questions. Nathan prepared the quote on-site rather than utilizing Google Earth as other roofers had done. Installation was done efficiently, and after clean up you couldn't tell the crew had been there. We're so pleased with the roof replacement experience, we're having M&M install replacement windows throughout our home.

The M&M did an excellent job on our roof. We were selling our home and correcting some of the issues found on the home inspection report. The M&M team came out to our home on time and performed the work quickly they even corrected an incorrect assessment made by the home inspector and noted as such on their detail billing statement. The color matched the rotted wood replacements and fully corrected all issues found on the home inspection report. As advertised, the president Doug Moncure called us a few days after the completion of the job to ask us about the service provided. I will definitely use their services in the future.

It went good! They were efficient, they came and got the job done quickly. They are very good with giving updates on the estimate, very easy to work with. Very personable and professional. I will be using them again in the future.

The person we worked with, Michael Mccollum, came out in a reasonable time to give an estimate. This was not the least expensive estimate by far, but he seemed knowledgeable and professional at the time. We had a leak as a result of previous repairs gone wrong, so we wanted to make sure that it would be fixed properly this time. We also wanted to update the gutters and repair some siding while we were fixing the leak. Once the proposal was accepted, it took a couple of weeks for him to return and start the work. They removed all of the existing gutters and then did not return for over a week to complete the job. The siding and gutters looked nice and we thought that the leak was also repaired. I suspected that it was still leaking, because our laminate floor seemed to have more damage than before, but I thought perhaps it was drying out and the planks were separating. During a rainstorm this February, it was obvious that the leak had not been repaired. Water was actually leaking down the wall in the same area as the previous leak. I phoned M&M that evening, and Mike returned my call the following morning. I felt better when he said he would come by and look at it that day. That was February 11, 2014 and I have not heard from him again. I finally had to contact another company (one that we had passed on in September when we chose the M&M proposal). The other company will be coming out this Friday to fix the leak that should have been fixed in September by M&M. I am terribly disappointed. I had read all the reviews and thought that M&M was the best choice to do the work. I'm sorry to say that I was wrong. We are soon having renovations done inside our home, and wanted to make sure that the leak was fixed prior to starting those renovations. I am just thankful that we had not completed these renovations before we discovered that the leak was never fixed. This was my first time to locate a repairman through Angie's List. I hope next time will be a more positive experience.

I inquired on their website. I got a call the next day, and we set up an appointment for the following day (Thursday). The man from the company showed up promptly, looked at my situation, and he agreed that a good plan of action would be for one of his roofing specialists to come by and do some initial sealing, probably Saturday. He said that someone would call me Saturday to let me know if they could fit me in that day. I wasn't contacted until days after that, but when they did they apologized profusely for having failed to follow up. They set an appointment for the following day. They showed up promptly. We agreed that the minor repair was all that was needed right now, and they did the repair free of charge to make up for "dropping the ball." We had heavy rain last night, and I am pleased to report that the repair was effective.

I would use M&M again in a heartbeat. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and best of all they have integrity. That's so hard to find these days.

It went about as well as it could have gone. Chris Manson was extremely nice, informative and communicative. He answered my email the next day, he showed up when he said he would and he and his helper made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate good customer service and will use M&M when my roof finally gives out.
