They did a great job under difficult conditions. Replacing a roof in four days when it rains on three of them is almost impossible and yet they did it. All I can say is the supervisor had a great crew who came to work. And they did! I'm going to use them again on another project at my home

Very professional and excellent quality. I can't think of anything negative to say about our experience with M&M and we will definitely be looking to them for all of our future home projects.

Every aspect of this job exceeded all expectations. The three different crews, windows, siding, and painting, were as good craftsmen as I've seen in Houston. As the various portions of the job progressed and surprises surfaced (wood rot, walls out of plumb, uneven, not level, etc.) M&M addressed each item and never approached the issue of extra costs. From the initial visit by their local Sales Manager, Mike Mc Collum (832-277-3586), the detailed quotation and recommendations, thru the installations, clean-up, and follow-up visits - everything went seamlessly. I will use M&M for some roofing work soon and would highly recommend them for replacement windows and siding

M&M was the winning bidder among 3 contractors that were very well rated on Angie's List. All three were very professional & the quotes were very close. After a couple of delays because of changes in my schedule & inclement weather the work began on 6/23 & continued (with more problems because of rain) till 7/1. The crew work hard whenever the weather permitted & sometimes in spite of it. They always made sure that my home was protected from the elements. Clean-up was excellent. We are very happy with the work done by M&M & we definitely recommend them. My compliments to Rick, Martin, & Jorge for a job well done.

I spent about $800. They were very neat, any of the stuff that they tore off they put it into the trailer and took it off site, so that impressed me.

The appraiser was on time, well-groomed, polite, and?above all else?professional. He thoroughly investigated the causes of our roof leaks and the damaged wood on our front porch, taking many notes and photos, and then submitted an estimate within 24 hours, which was very reasonable for the scope of work. The repairs were conducted promptly and professionally, and the site was completely cleaned up before the repair crew left each day. I highly recommend this company, and would happily use their services again!

Mike came to inspect our roof for preventative maintenance. A full inspection and report was given for free, with minor recommendation for maintenance with the recommendation to wait on service due to the good condition of the roof and shingles. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I highly recommend M&M roofing.

We had the guy come out to our house after waiting a week for the appointment. He showed up on time. He climbed on our roof in the one spot where I repeatedly asked him not to go up because I had a handmade antique bottle rain chain hanging and he went up there any way (we only have 200sq ft of roof he that was clear of obstacles he chooses to go where I specifically asked him not to!) He ended up breaking a couple of my bottles and just dismissed it like it was no big deal. Our roof has been leaking a lot and we are ready to hire someone right away but this guy just emailed us a picture of our roof and said he would send us a quote within the next day or two. Never happened. Now we are back to square one. I was not happy, I thought this was a good company.

it is still in progress, some issues here and there but all and all their quality is great and I am very happy I chose them. They were not the cheapest, but I believe the best quality. I feel once the kinks are worked out I will be very satisfied... They have not asked for a dime yet until the job is 100% done.

There were some issues and there still are but the job is not finished and they have not asked for a dime until the job is done and done right. Very satisfied so far, will be super satisfied when whole job is complete.

I'm very pleased. David was excellent. The price was fair. I can't say enough. There was one little issue with paint, he came over the following day. He was a nice guy. I would use them again. They did it when they were supposed to and showed up. He didn't want a check in advance.

When we discovered that we had a roof leak we looked on Angie's list for a reputable roofer. M & M's estimator called me promptly, we made an appointment to see the roof, which he was on time for, and he quickly assessed the problem. The work was scheduled and done in 2 or 3 days, as they said it would be. I got an email from the estimator saying that the work was done, thanking me and encouraging me to contact them if I had a problem. A couple of weeks later I got a call from the management asking if everything was still OK and thanking me again. Everything went perfectly, they cleaned up so that you wouldn't have been able to tell that they were there, and the roof doesn't leak any more. Who could ask for more?

I was able to get a quote within a day of my call. The price was reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. Every effort was made to retain as much of the old siding as possible. A high quality exterior paint with mold inhibitor was used. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly. Clean up was good with the exception of the paint sub. They could have done a better job with clean up, but the quality of their work met my tough standards.

I received 3 bids of which M & M was one of them. His bid was in the middle of the other two. The house is being sold and the buy will select one of the 3 bidders to do the work. M & M was very professional in his approach, giving a thorough explanation, and was punctual in keeping his appointment. He gave an excellent explanation of the types and quality of the various type of roofing material available.

Michael McCollom was the sales representative. He was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything that they would do. His crew showed up on time and worked non stop. They were very professional and cleaned up after each days work. I would definitely use this company again!

I signed the contract with him and confirmed the date of repair to be 5/10/14. I also told him I will be going out of town and will not be there the weekend of the 3rd. He came with his crew unannounced without calling and climbed on the roof to do the repairs on 5/3 instead of 5/10. He thought the whole family was out of town, he would sneak by, do the repairs with nobody watching and be gone. My family members were rudely awakened in the morning of the 3rd and they asked him to leave and not do the repairs. I would never use them again. I was really taken aback by their unprofessional behavior.

She was wonderful and they were not able to do what I needed done. They did recommend someone who could do it and they are local. They helped me re-finish the outside bay window. Their estimate was good and they were on time. They did very professional work and they exceeded my expectations. They made the insulation good and they replaced some wood. It was too old and could not be done. They were fast and finished it off. They did an outstanding job on the whole thing. Iwould use them again.

We had a leak in our roof and rain was dripping through my bedroom ceiling. They came out quickly and worked on it, but with the next rain we still had problems. They came out quickly again, at no charge, and fixed the problem. Had a huge storm last night and there was no water leak, so it seems that the problem is fixed. They were professional and responsive. I thought they were a little on the expensive side, but then again I haven't had a roof repair before and have nothing to compare with. We didn't get competing bids on this even though I usually do. I would use them again.

It was fantastic. The crew arrived as scheduled and finished the job in one day. They were very professional in every aspect. Mike was great, too.

I called after having gotten a quote from another company that charged me to come out for the inspection so I was pleased when they didn't charge for an estimate. I telly you this so you know they were as professional as the other company with the paid inspection. Doug called before coming and arrived right on time. They were very quick to do the work and did a phenomenal job. Oh and they were about 10-25% LESS than all the other quotes. I think it is no coincidence they are the highest reviewed A roofer on Angie's list, so if you are on the fence choose M&M.

It was great. The response to my request for a quote was quick. The installation schedule was met..The workers were there early in the morning and when I came home from work everything was done. It was almost like magic.

I trusted them and let them come on their own schedule while I was at work. I did a cursory check from attic and things look good. Let me pay over phone using credit card. But still waiting for invoice to document work done.

When our house was built, the original owners only put gutters on the front of the house. To help with some drainage problems and splashing on porch & patio we wanted to have gutters installed on the remaining three sides. M & M was quick to come out to do an estimate. They were reasonable about downspout placement (avoiding an area intended for a patio addition in the future) and knowledgeable. They didn't have the lowest estimate (nor the highest) but made a very good impression. We had intended to have drip edge installed since the builders had not done that originally; however, they discovered that the way that the perimeter of our roof had been tarred would make that impossible without damaging the roof. They removed the cost of the drip-edge and then increased the size of the gutters since we have a large roof on a one-story home. They also replaced two segments of existing gutters in the front of the house so the lines would match. They did not charge extra for the larger gutters or the additional runs. The work was done quickly and cleaned up well. The diverter & gutter placement over porch and patio problem areas has worked well. We will definitely call them for any roofing, siding or window needs in the future.

Sloppy and Super Rude Our HOA decided to have M&M replace the roofs for the entire complex. My unit has its own roof lines (not shared with neighbors). Prior to the install I asked for an update on when my unit would have the roof replaced as I needed to give the tenant notice as she crates her dog and didn't want the noise to scare the dog. Roof was removed several days ahead of schedule (poor dog was scared - but no big deal). Was called by the tenant later that afternoon as the AC was not working. I drove out to inspect and noticed trash, nails and old roofing debris all over the property with no crews on location. The AC unit was buried under the trash causing it to overheat and shut down. AC was a quick and easy repair - $69 service call. The big issue occurred when I called to request they return and re-attach the cable that ran along the ridge line and was pulled out when the roofing work was performed. Bernard - project manager or something - called me back and cussed me out telling me my request was ridiculous and a waste of their time. Next time say my request is outside of the scope of the warranty. Don't cuss me out, yell at me and then hang up. How do you guys stay in business? The company offered to return and fix the issue, but I asked them not to as I would rather share my experience with others to prevent others from getting cussed out when they make a service call.
