They did fine; I have no complaints.

It turned out pretty good. We are happy with it. We have used them before through Angie's List. The job worked out perfectly fine. They made sure we were satisfied with the job. Since old houses are not straight, there was one area where they had to kind of manipulate a little bit. They worked with us to try to get it as best they could so we were happy that they were willing to do that versus them saying it is what it is.

It is wonderful. I have not had any complaints such as shingles falling off or rips. They were very nice. I thought their price was a little high, but as a woman, we don't know that much. Maybe they are in the ballpark, I don't know for sure. They did a good job and I can't complain on anything they did. I guess they did a beautiful job. They responded to me right away.

They were excellent. They were quick and affordable. They're very dependable. It was very good. It was a good product.

They did fine on the roof. I liked their follow up. They did quality work. Everything was great. They were going to email me the quote and I think they got the email wrong. I haven't had a chance to follow up with them.

It was a lot of money. They were good and did very good work. They did it in a timely fashion. There was a case where a guy dropped a hammer off the roof and it landed on a piece of tile and it broke the tile. They hunted all over trying to find a replacement for it, but could not. They put a lot of time and effort into trying. We finally figured out another way to solve the problem and patch the hole. I was impressed with how hard they tried. There was a regular crew out here working on the roof and the salesman who sold the job was kind of watching it. Some higher ups in the company got involved in looking for that piece of tile and I thought it was over and above what you should be expected to do. I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them because they were competitively priced. I got bids from other companies. They did a good job and did it quickly; it did not drag on.

They were great. I've used them more than once.

They did a great job and told us exactly why the leaks had happened. My husband talked to them more, but he was really impressed. They had very good reviews and the price was really reasonable too. We were real happy with them. They responded quickly and were on time. They were very personable and easy to deal with.

I did not know whether to call a plumber or roofer first. It worked out that we called them because what needed to be repaired was a roof issue. They repaired that and then repaired the little bit of water damage that had happened on the ceiling of a bathroom.

As far as I know their services turned out very well. We have not had a really bad storm since they put it in, but it was inspected by GAF, the manufacturer of the roof tiles. I paid for the extra insurance and as far as I know, everything is good. The cleanup was pretty good. I only had one minor complaint and that was they did not throw out all the drain so the next time we had rain a mess of roofing nails came down one. That was my only complaint. My interaction with them was excellent. They have a very good reputation. I know I could have gotten it done cheaper, but I don't know if I could have gotten it done better. They did reschedule it.

It worked out great; they were fine. They were quick, got the job done and did not try to oversell me. They took care of the problem that I asked for and it was relatively inexpensive.

The service turned out good. Everything was perfect and we were pleased with the work.

They didn't really do a good job. I called and emailed them and they never called back. It was supposed to be under warranty for a whole year. My house is really tall, like 3 stories, and there is no way I can get up there to look at it. It wasn't even a year and it shouldn't have leaked. It was quite expensive. I felt they overcharged me by $200.

I called M&M originally to get the siding replaced on our house. Nathan Contello was dispatched to provide the estimate. He showed up on time and walked me through the entire process. He also pointed out a couple other things that needed to be done on the house that would compliment the changes we were making with the siding. The bid Nathan originally proposed was higher than any others I received. Once I started reviewing the bids there were a few things that set M&M apart. The size of the sheathing they used under the siding, the low-e wrap, and the color consultation provided by M&M were all things I didn't see on any other bids. Even though they were a little more I felt like I was truly getting a product that would last a lifetime. I called Nathan and accepted the bid. About 1 week later we set up the start date. I offered to pay a deposit and Nathan said that M&M didn't make that a requirement. This was impressive by itself! About 3 weeks later the guys came out to take a look at the project and get started. Ted was the crew lead that would be handling my job. Upon the start I couldn't have been happier. There were 4-5 guys working everyday they were here. I was here the first week they worked and spent a good amount of time watching them. I thought the attention to detail was phenomenal. The care they took taking down the old siding and prepping the surface for the re-install was impressive. For instance, there were a couple areas that needed insulation. They took it upon themselves to re-install the insulation with no queues from me. Once demo was complete they started hanging the Hardie. Again, not disappointed to the attention of detail. There were numerous things they did that were above and beyond. They rebuilt a corner of the garage, hung a door, installed can lights, reconfigured my vent from our venthoood, and re-leveled numerous areas. This may seem like work that would've been required, but I am here to say, that most contractors overlook things they're not asked to do directly. This was work that they noticed and fixed with nominal charges to me. Most contractors would've required someone else to come out and do this work. I was impressed that the work was done and they just kept on chugging along. From start to finish it took Ted and his crew about 3 weeks to complete, and the Hardie install is nothing short of a masterpiece. My wife and I are extremely particular and we struggled to find any issues with the work completed. The few things we did notice, Nathan made sure it was completed promptly. Once we got further into the job I had asked Nathan to take a look at the insulation in my attic. I informed him that we wanted our 46 year old house to be as energy efficient as possible. Once we had completed the low-e wrap he had recommended the radiant barrier spray and a couple bags of insulation to finish things up. This was done at a very reasonable cost. The guys came out a couple weeks later and did the spray. They showed up early, laid blankets on the floor, and were very clean throughout the process. Nathan realized he had ordered the wrong type of insulation so that was going to have to be done at a later time. Nathan came back out himself and sprayed the insulation into the attic yesterday! I can't say enough good things about Nathan. He's honest, hard working, and straight forward. I hope M&M realizes the asset they have with Nathan. Service like that will keep customers coming back and also keep the great references coming.

I tried to get an estimate from this company for three (3) weeks and all I got was excuses. I called 3 times and had I return call from them. Never an offer for an appointment. Nothing! Won't ever use these yahoo's

Overall, it well. Independent roof inspection needed due to cancellation of homeowners insurance. Mark responded promptly to my request and came to inspect the roof. He recommended a plan of action that was reasonable. There was some miscommunication on when his company would return to complete the work. We were able to resolve the matter and obtain assurances needed to close out the project. I would recommend Mark and M&M Roofing for their honesty and work ethic.

Mike came to the house, inspected the roof, explained how the job would be performed and about the materials to be used. He left samples of the shingles and warranty. He provided an estimate commensurate with his original explanation and waited for us to provide a start date. The start date was approximately two months later than the inspection due to our schedule. The work was performed over two days with minimal interruption to our daily routine. Upon completion the crew cleaned the area of all debris and especially nails. The roof looks and functions excellent. Mike was very professional throughout the entire process. There was a question about the Angie's list discount, but it was honored without question. I consider M&M to be a professional first class roofing company.

Jim, the sales person, was tireless in working through the details. He was very punctual, professional, and easy to work with. He is excellent about maintaining contact, and keeping the customer happy. Advance notice of installation was difficult due to weeks of inclement weather, but when they came they did outstanding work. Joe did the measuring & was the job site boss. He was very knowledgeable & professional. The men on the job worked very hard and because of their backlog, Joe made them stay until 9:30 pm painting & putting the finishing touches on the shed, even roofing using floodlights. Joe was bluntly honest about my slab which was purposefully poured with a slope and framed for washing lawnmower grass out into a drainpipe. As it got late in the evening, it became a source of irritation for Joe. While the men did not completely clean up, their valuable expertise is better used in precision construction, not menial tasks like leaving things wiped clean around the windows, etc. Their superior construction skills and excellent work ethic are far more important than simple tidiness. They are definitely worth the price.

We had difficulty getting the estimate and the estimate was much higher than a competitors

The crew came and knocked out the entire job in a day and a half including painting. The siding matches perfectly and you cannot tell that a sun room was ever attached. I had a special issue with an AC drain pipe location requiring some custom gutter work. Rick made sure he got it right and I was satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely use these guys again.

I recently purchased a house that was originally built with a flat roof; a previous owner subsequently built a new sloped roof directly over the old roof, without actually removing the old roof. Unfortunately for me, I subsequently discovered some problems with the HVAC ductwork - which was underneath the old flat roof, and I couldn't find any HVAC contractors who would do the work without tearing apart my house's interior. So I reached out to M&M to look into the getting the decking from the flat roof removed; Mike came out the next day to take a look, and admitted he had never done a job like this before but would work with his crew to put together a bid. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire operation: Mike's bid was within $300 of what I had estimated the job at; all the work was performed on-time, on-schedule, and with good quality. In addition, the crew identified a number of other issues which they were able to address while on-site (saving a re-mobilization cost). Finally, I need to single out Agapitto and his crew for special praise... this was NOT an easy job. They weren't working out in the open air, they were working underneath the new roof (i.e. in an attic) during a three day stretch of 95-plus degree weather (that's just outside, I can only imagine how much hotter it was in the attic); I would periodically go up to the attic while they were working (check on progress, answer questions, learn about issues they came across), and I have no idea how they were able to get that much done over three days given the heat. No complaints from them, just hard work - and when they finished, an attic that was cleaner than when they arrived (even the areas they didn't work on). I have another round of attic/roof repairs that I'm going to have done once my wallet recovers, and I'll absolutely be reaching out to M&M again.

Travis was very professional and punctual (which was greatly appreciated!). He listened to our scope of work and offered affordable options. The weather caused some delays in our project, but Travis made sure to notify us of any changes in the schedule. The work was done quickly and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. We could not be happier with the service. We even received a call from the company owner to make sure all the work was done to our satisfaction. In this day and age, it is nice to see that good, old-fashion customer service still exists!

M and M listened carefully to what we wanted and then went around the house and thoroughly inspected its current condition and estimated what would have to be done. They presented us with a price and then told us to get other estimates if we liked. We decided on M and M because they are local and had good grades on Angie?s List, and their price seemed fair. The work was done in only a few days, despite weather delays. The crew is very experienced and did an excellent job. The house looks like new, and maintenance costs over the years will be low because of the durability of Hardi Plank. M and M did not pressure us to purchase any extras, but we did decide on a radiant barrier underneath the siding. I am glad we did. One of the walls they covered is on the west side, and when the siding was wood, that side of the house would get very warm on summer afternoons. Now the rooms on that side of the house are noticeably cooler. We were very pleased with the service from M and M. They are friendly and professional. When our roof needs replacing in a few years we plan to call on M and M to do the job.

They said the roof was okay. They didn’t find anything wrong with it. I read the reviews and that is why I went by. I’ll give them top rating. They called me within two or three days after I called. They came out the same week. I’ll probably call them again.
