They did a great job. We had a discrepancy but they were very nice and worked with us in a kind manor.

This was a great experiance (as good as one could be for spending +9K....lol). Chris came to the house and listened to what I wanted and needed. He did a complete inspection while getting measurements. He explained the process and there product very well. I recieved bids from 5 different companies and although M&M was not the lowest they were very competative when all said and done. Of all the companies I talked with my gut told me to go with these guys. Both the Hardie and the roofing crews were very professional and did a fantastic job. They made every attempt to clean up after the job was complete and I have to say with the amount of mess that goes with a job like this they did an excellant job. We did find a couple nails in the landscaping but when I told Chris he apologized for the crew and made it right. I highly recomend M&M Roofing and will be calling them first if there ever comes a time I need to use there services again. I wish all companies could work like these guys. I called this company 2 different times week of 10.13.2014 for someone to come out and give me a estimate on replace a roof.I left a message with a lady and both times was told they would have someone call me back. NEVER happened, so I called another company and this gentleman was prompt, and he got the job. I noticed on one review the company replied that they had record of one call, well then why didn't you call them. My feeling is if they can't call back on the estimates what will it be like if you have a problem with the roof.

Called M&M Roofing for the job and they contacted me with a quote. After comparing the bids, M&M did had the better price so I went with them. They had a truck deliver all of the materials and then we waited on the contractors, which was not long at all. Contractors were polite and worked very hard without any problems, though one did smoke and leave the cigarette butts on the patio. They had to stop a few times because of the rain, but they didn't just pack up and leave, they waited out the short rain and got back to work. Contractors knew what they were doing, using all the right tools. The job was originally for the fascia and part of the roof where I had water leaking, but some of the side trims were rotted so Chris (manager) had them replace it too without breaking my bank. Also had him replace decking on patio and he didn't overcharge me for it. Gutters are nice sized, good material, and have mesh on them for leaf guard. The downspouts are large so they discharge more water than my old ones ever did. After it was complete I went and inspected the work and noticed that one piece of trim was not replaced. This was in the area where I had my roof leak water into the house and it necessary to replace. I contacted Chris and he sent out a few guys to fix it. Took about a week for them to show, but it was partially due to the rain so I wasn't too upset about that. Then had a surprise contractor show up to ensure all possible leak points in shingles were sealed out with roof sealant. Overall it was a great job, good people, and good professionalism.

Called three separate times to have someone call to give me a quote to have work done and no one would return the calls

We are very happy with the outcome. The workers were polite and they cleaned the job site every day before they left.

While the house is not very old--less than four years, the roof leaked very badly during downpours. M&M Roofing came out to assess the root cause, and quickly pointed to a number of issues. They offered their preferred solution with supporting evidence from previous jobs in the area. About two days later I had a written quote with a warranty which was reasonable. The work was not started until a week or so later, primarily due to rain delays. But they kept in constant contact to let me of the timing. The work was completed in a day, and it looks great. I highly recommend them.

After several estimates we chose M&M. They weren't the cheapest but after talking to their representative (Chris) I felt confident that they would provide the quality of work and materials that I wanted at a fair price. Before tearing off the old roof they made sure that the flower beds were properly protected. They started early and did an excellent job in two days. We are very pleased with the work done by M&M Roofing.

Called Mike McCollom for a estimate to repair some gutters that had separated for my home in the recent storms. He came to my home and showed me the reason they were coming down after only seven years. The gutters were put up incorrectly and had rotted the drip edge board behind them. He gave me a estimate to repair the gutters which included removing the existing gutters for reuse and to replace all the trim with Hardy Plank. I gave them the job and the material was delivered and the work was done and completed in one day. The men showed up on time ready to go to work . It seemed everyone knew there job and they were moving like bee's the whole day. Clean up was great it was like they were never there except the gutters are fixed and peace of mind that they won't be coming down. The price was fair for the work done and everyone I had contact with was very professional.

M&M Roofing and Siding was able to complete the work within a week of signing the contract. The work looks excellent with no overspray or issues. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after the work. Definitely a professional crew. Their price for the work was significantly cheaper than other quotes from similar companies.

They have to come back a couple of times to fix it but they came back right away and took care of the work. They were great. Everything was fine. They did an excellent job. Their professionalism was an A+.

It was fine. They showed up on time and did the work they were supposed to do. It was very good quality.

They worked out very well. There was also an opportunity for me to get a warranty on the roof. That was a big plus. The communication was excellent. There was a little discrepancy in the work and they found the problem and I saw it. As soon as I pointed it out, it was no problem and they were willing to satisfy me.

It was just fine. I think they were fair and speedy. When we made the decision, they moved forward quickly to install. We've had no issues with anything that they did.

They did a great job. I sold that house about a year ago. I had it done before I had sold it. It is probably been a year and a half since the service. I think their customer service for me was very responsive and answered all my questions and was very courteous. They did a great job. They cleaned up the job site. They are really customer conscientious. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping. I wasn't too worried about the price. I didn't scream when he told me how much it was worth, just a ball park.

It was excellent, in fact, I just recommended them on Facebook the other day. It was stellar service, stellar followup.

I love this company. I recommend them to everyone. I would use them again when I can afford to. Their customer service and knowledge are both A+. Their work and workers were very dependable and educated as far as tools of the trade and personable-ability, cleanliness and overall satisfaction of the customer.

I've used them a couple of times and they were great. They were fast, efficient and delivered what was expected. My interactions with them were great and Mike is the guy I used to talk to and it was a good relationship.

M & M was fine. The price was reasonable based on the amount of work they had to do. The gentleman that came out was excellent and attentive and monitored the progress. I indeed have recommended M & M to several neighbors. The reason I called him was because he was on Angie's List. I would put it at the top for rating. I know the bill was considerably more than 15000, it was not a small amount. It was more than that. We got several bids and this was one of the better bids. I don't know if it was the lowest. It was certainly in the lower amount of the bids we got. I believe we got 3 bids. I don't remember if it was a 25 or 30 year roofing. The service was clearly more than 6 months but less than a year. They came on the time they said they would come and cleared away the trash also. Excellent. If we would need a roofing job they would certainly be the one we would use.

It turned out fine. They did a fine job at a good price.

The work from M & M Roofing turned out fine. What I liked is that they successfully stopped the leaking. What I disliked is that they actually had to come out a second time to get it done right. The final cost was the same as the estimate, what they said, exactly the same. The pricing was fair I guess. I would probably use this provider in the future.

It turned out very well. They were very prompt with the first visit to give the estimate and then prompt when the work was done. I thought the price was right and it was fair. They did a good job but again, my job was not really big. I did want them to look at my roof that's why I called them and I appreciate his honesty that I didn't need a new roof. They have a very good reputation so I didn't even get a second estimate.

They did a great job. Our neighbors said they loved our house. They were in and out when they said they would. they did not paint the windows but they came back to finish them.

I called M & M for an estimate regarding a roof repair on Aug 11, the woman who answered the phone explained a technician would call me back to schedule the estimate appt. Chris called back the same day to schedule an appt for Aug 12. Chris arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. He went on the roof and in the attic to inspect. He pointed out a possible attic problem in addition to a roof repair recommendation, which I appreciated. I requested and he provided a written repair estimate on Aug 14. I'm awaiting additional estimates but I am very pleased with my experience with M & M.
