Great. Roofer negotiated contract with labor warranty. Price was competitive compared to other bidders Showed up one day late due to weather conditions. Removed old roof per contract and installed new roof as agreed. Caned up after job was done. I was able to find only three roofing nails with a magnet roller on walk through which as great considering all the nails that went into the job.

It took about 5 months and 5 visits to fix the leak. The salesman never returned calls, and kept asking for more money, claiming it was beyond what was covered in their warranty. At one point it took them 5-6 weeks to come out. Finally, I found the leak (after many times rushing home to check the attic when it rained), pointed it out to the salesman and the foreman of the workgroup, and they were able to fix the leak. The only bright side is the owner, Doug, who told the salesman to fix the leak after he balked. I had to call the owner twice for this. Although I never spoke with Doug directly, he called back (and left a message each time), and the salesman also called quickly after. Pros: the owner cares about the reputation of his company Cons: poor job identifying the problem (source of leak) upsell / refusal to honor warranty by salesman delay in scheduling of repair poor communication by salesman (common complaint in reviews)

When I called them out I was preparing myself for them to say I needed to replace the entire roof due to its age and a leak that I had. However, Nathan came out on time and was very professional and helpful. He told me that the entire roof could wait for 3-4 more years but that they could fix the leak and several other areas that needed some help. He said they could match the shingle colors pretty close so it didn't look like a repair. They came out when he said they would and did all the repairs. It was so good that I could barely tell where they had replaced the shingles. I was Wowed by the results and very thankful that he was very honest in telling me that I didn't need a replacement at that time. That is Integrity and goes a long way with me. To make it better, the price was a little less than he estimated because the damage was not as bad as he thought. Great job Nathan!

The sales person was very cordial and responsive to my inquiries, despite the fact that I changed my mind several time regarding what I wanted to be fixed on the house. The work took 2 days, and on each day the crew arrived promptly. They were very professional and friendly, and, more importantly, they did the work exactly as specified and cleaned up perfectly. For the price, I felt like I got a great deal. I will definitely consider using them again and I highly recommend them.

No one would ever call me back to even get the address

I was especially pleased that Travis took pictures, then took the time to sit down on a Friday afternoon with a friend and me to explain all details of what their crew would do. We found his assessment comprehensive and the pictures on his iPad most helpful. Unfortunately his bid for $989 did not arrive until Wednesday morning. (He said he sent it Friday but just didn?t have time to follow up.) I asked him Tuesday to resend it because I felt the information it contained would be important in some way, which proved true. Ultimately I accepted a bid from another company, and the work has been completed. But if I were getting bids for a new roof, I would include M&M. We had some small glitches along the way, but I would give them another chance.

M M Roofing quoted a price for a new roof, paint exterior of house and replace rotted word around windows and chimney. Representative was great! He answered all my questions until I had a through understanding of what I was getting for my money. There were no hidden fees! The work was completed on time and the workers were very professional.

The guys showed up as planned and finished the work and was packed up and ready to leave in little over an hour. Obviously well trained and skilled men. Have had no issues where the leaks around the dormers were repaired. Actually the original roofer did a poor job of flashing around the dormers and the roof of dormers were made of light weight, inferior quality materials and were not coated enough which caused early corrosion. Overall we are pleased with the whole experience.

Dave Mase and his crew did an outstanding job. The job was started on the date promised and the job was completed ahead of schedule. The crew arrived promptly in the morning and cleaned the work area before leaving in the late afternoon. The crew was very professional and did excellent work. My house looks new. I would highly recommend M & M and will use them for future work on my home.

Wow! I called late in the day on a Tuesday and received a return call for scheduling within minutes. When I got home, they were in my driveway and had already inspected the issue. They had a proposal on the spot, and someone scheduled to do the job for the next morning. I asked if he needed a deposit and was told payment was not due until after the job was completed. By noon the next day, the job was finished, right before the rain! I received a call last week from the owner making sure I was completely happy with their service! Amazing!

They were excellent! They were on time and professional. They did leave a few nails around, but other than that they did a good job. When I called them about the nails, they offered to come out and get them, but I had already taken care of it.

Chris Manson did a fantastic job answering all my questions. During the quoting phase of my project, Chris quickly became the basis of comparison for the other 5 (yes, 5) contractors I evaluated to do this work. His response time was superb. I never found myself waiting or having to follow up to get answers to my questions. Chris worked hard to make sure I understood his answers to my questions. And I had a lot. M&M was not the least expensive quote; however, as I standardized the quotes by making sure they all included the same deliverable, the M&M quote didn't change. In short, I got the quote I had requested the first time. The quote also had detailed information about my roof some of the others didn't include. As I added these details to the other quotes, the prices came up. The fact the initial quote from Chris with M&M didn't change secured my confidence I was making the right choice in contractors. I was sure there weren't going to be any hidden costs magically appearing half way through the project. The work included removing the existing composition roof ; repairing damaged decking; applying felt; installing steel drip edges; installing GAF Stromguard underlayment in valleys and around penetrations; replacing the vent pipe boots; installing ridge a vent and soffit vents. They also cleared and removed all evidence of their having been there. Aside from some understandable start-up delays related to the weather, the work was completed in the time expected. The crew was friendly and professional. We have a steep roof, so I was very happy to see the crew adhering to safety procedures associated with such a roof. It only took them two days to perform all the work and clear the site of their work. They did a great job protecting the plants and shrubs around our home from things falling off the roof and also kept things out of our pool. This work was done in the spring of 2014 and it is now almost a year later. We have had absolutely no issues with the work that was performed. The roof looks great. The additional soffits and the installation of the ridge caps helped keep our home cooler this past summer resulting in lower utility bills. Also, over the past year, we've only found a very small handful of roofing nails around the house. The clean-up was very thorough. We are very happy with the work M&M and their team performed on our roof and will definitely include M&M in quotes for future projects for the other types of work they perform. We expect nothing less than the service and professionalism we experienced with our roof.

Called M&M and was told a sales associate would call to set up a consultation. Jim called and showed up at the time we had set for the consultation. Had contacted a few other roofing companies but had decided M&M was affordable and the most professional so we signed the contract the next week. It took a few weeks to for M&M to come out but only because it was right around Thanksgiving. They had taken the old roof off and had the new one on in 2 days. Very professional and efficient. The owner Doug even called me a week or so later to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

I got the estimate in the morning and the repair in the afternoon. Very prompt. 9 days have gone by since the repair. It has now been raining for about 6 hours, and there is no leak. I checked it three different times.

I was contacted promptly after my inquire. Scope of work was evaluated and a quote was presented. Once I agreed on the quote a date was set. The people doing the work confirmed that they were on their way and shortly arrived. Once they Arrived they inspected what needed to be done and explained it to me before the work was preformed. They finished their work in about 45 minutes. As of today everything looks great.

Finished in 2 days as estimated. Cleaned up job site afterward. Did extra work around chimney. Started job one week after estimate. Very nice crew.

A couple of bathroom fans and a sewer pipe were venting into the attic; I had M&M extend the pipes out through the roof. In addition, I had them install a radiant barrier, as well as perform a few minor frame repairs. They did a great job, and even came back the next week to reinstall a roof jack after I observed that it was coming out of the roof a little bit crooked.

Performed the work nearly perfectly and then finished the job with a punch list that they performed without complaint. Then manager came out, found a few more glitches and fixed those. I can't imagine a better job.

They were awesome. Nate was amazing. He was so personable, kind, caring, and knowledgable. He was honest. He was a good partner for us. They were always here on time and had all the materials. I could always reach Nate if I needed something. At one point we didn't like the color of the trim and they repainted it for us at not cost. They were very organized and clean. The workers were respective. We called them twice when we had a leak and they found out it was from a window.

He came out and took a look at it. He said something to the effect that he needed to check with his crew. I never heard back. They didn’t return my calls. I've got a lot of work I need done, and I ended up hiring someone who I paid $5500.

Excellent. Maybe it is just me as I am very detail oriented but the answer to questions and final work product were always professional and correct. I had a concrete tile roof and a leak that was difficult to track down and they fixed it. Replaced Carport roof and ceiling and also some siding replacement. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would rather have it done right than fast and they did it right. Very honest and experienced. Haven't met all of their reps but I do recommend the one we worked with. Ask for Nathan.
