M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done.

3rd time to use M&M. 1st time they installed new siding. Later we replaced Ridge rows. Each time very professional a n d prompt.

the job went smoothly I called them they came out the next day measured the windows gave me a great price so i hired them. After the standard 2 to 3 weeks to get custom windows made they arrived at my house and installed them which was more of a job than i thought it would be since the new windows are double paned and vinyl had to do some extra fitting because the countertop butted up to them. the installer did a great job very professional fininshed in one day and left no mess. and he killed 3 wasp nests that were living in the bushes under the windows for free. will hire again for the next set of windows.

Chris has great communication on timelines and they promptly completed the work. They even came back out to make additional adjustments after a large thunderstorm. Very well. We quickly negotiated a competitive bid that was consistent with what the insurance adjuster estimated as the likely cost. Sufficient supplemental information was provided by M&M to support a quick review and approval of the HOA Application. The work was promptly started on time and completed on schedule. The Site was well maintained during construction and clean-up following construction was as promised.

Excellent! Chris Abell managed the job. He and the installation team were all very professional. Chris clearly communicated up front what they would do, the costs and possible risks. The installation took 2 days. Chris kept me updated through out the job. The installers and I also discussed little things that came up and got things resolved. Chris reviewed the finished work for any followup, of which there was none required.

Great job! Straightforward thanks to the great skills, hard-work and experience of Mike McCollom and all the crews. Mike was very thorough in his visit and consultation follow-ups, offering options and very flexible to work around our schedule. The planning team was very efficient to get this done in minimal time (lined up 2 crews to get it done faster and with minimal disruption to us) without compromising quality. Finally, their professionalism and great attitude made this big job a very pleasant experience for us. The house looks like new!

They were fantastic, got my roof done ahead of schedule and the siding and windows when they said they would..my house looks new again. Steve was my sales rep and he answered when I called and promptly responded to emails. The price seemed fair for the work done but honestly M&M was the only company that responded to my quote requests. I will use them again and can’t stress enough how good the crews that did the work were.

Great to work with and the crew that put on the new siding was easy to work with. When completed it looked fantastic and the yard was spotless. The office was very helpful and friendly and so was Nathan. Would highly recommend. The window replacement was ordered and just put in.

We live in the South Montgomery County area. Had a roof replacement done, chimney repair and reseal, and new gutters in a couple of areas installed. The process went very well. They explained each step in the process and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work done by each craft once it was done. They always called with the schedule of each contractor involved and everyone showed up when they were scheduled. The quality of work and materials used was very good. I would recommend M&M Roofing Co. Inc. to family and friends.

M&M rep responded quickly to my call. He was very thorough and professional. I liked the proposal and the price, so I signed him up. Two very good crews came out over two days...one attacked the woodwork and the other was the roofing team. Both knew their stuff and knocked out the work in good order. All caulked and cleaned up. Couldn't be happier.

Price was reasonable; however, onerous contract terms prevented hiring this firm. Firm unwilling to negotiate to provide more even-handed, reasonable terms and conditions.

M&M did a great job. Along with the periodic inspection, they repaired areas that could lead to problems later. They are also one of the few companies equipped to service the roof of a 3 story building. Several days later, after the inspection, I asked M&M to check the vents of two water heaters that had been replaced by another company who's subcontracted roofer had not done the job right the first time. M&M's inspection of the other company's subcontracted roofer gave me the peace of mind I needed. Call M&M for your peace of mind.

I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future.

The work started sooner than I had anticipated and took approximately three weeks to complete which was weeks ahead of the schedule. My original contact, Steve, told me when I had asked about their quality control, that he would be there several times per week to ensure proper quality control. As promised Steve visited with me several times a week and we both walked the perimeter of the house. As it turned out I did not have many areas of concern but if I did they were handled immediately.
