I enjoyed them. We had four windows installed and they were a bit more custom windows. That was good. For the roofing, I would ask for them again. The service people were excellent. The gentleman who came out to give the quote, I love him to death. The guy who did the roof, he didn't speak English, he just did his job. The guy who did the windows, they were good but it just took longer to get them out there and when they did the job, they did it well. There was a little bit of an issue but I just kept persevering and they got out there and they did the job well.

First I would like to thank Area Manager Mike McCollom for his dedication and patience. I had scheduled three estimates for getting the metal roof on my garage replaced. The roof was on its last legs and needed a complete tear down and replacement. The first two appraisers who showed up, walked up to the garage, looked around outside, then inside and left saying they would email the estimate.They never asked me any questions or were interested in what i wanted. When Mr. McCollom showed up it was raining a bit. The rain didn?t bother him at all. He immediately got his ladder and climbed onto the roof and looked around, taking notes and doing measurements. He then proceeded into the interior of the garage and continued to take down some notes. Here I must explain that I have a compound roof. It has two levels. One level comes off the back of the house at an angle like a sun shade on the side of a RV. The other level is about 10 to 12 inches below that and starts some seven feet from the back of the house. The overhang creates an opening that provides for air circulation to let the heat out in the summer. Some of the rafters for the overhang roof were really in bad shape from water damage and rot. Some of the damage was from leaks in the roof but most of it was from the rafter ends sitting on the lower roof. Mike suggested that to prevent this from happening again that a support beam be placed under the overhang rafters so they would not touch the lower roof level. Plus this would give greater support to the overhang roof. I agreed and said it would be a great addition. Mr. McCollom was in the garage for perhaps 30 minutes while we discussed the materials to be used and then said he would get back to me as soon as he could with the estimate. Of course this all took place back in April when we were in an apparent monsoon season. The estimate came back and I was really surprised as the estimate was very reasonable, especially compared to the other two I received. Well it took about three weeks before work could begin as the rain never seemed to cease. And during that time the roofing material I wanted to use did not come with skylight panels so I had to decide on another material that had skylight panels and then things went just great. A day was scheduled and the crew showed up at about 9 a.m. The crew was very professional, courteous and dedicated to getting the job done. I thought it might take two days because there were only two members in the crew but the old roof was off before 11 a.m. and they were on to installing the new one. Around 1 p.m. another worker came with a few more roofing materials and by 6 p.m. everything was buttoned up. The crew cleaned the area thoroughly make sure there were no screws or waste material left behind. Besides putting a new roof on the garage and placing a 4? x 6?x 17 foot support beam on 4x4 posts, the crew also built a support structure for my A/C compressor which sits on my roof. This was something they didn?t have to do but thought it would be safer. And the next day it rained like mad and there were no leaks to be found. The roof is tight and sturdy and the workmanship is exceptional. Finally I have to thank Mike McCollom again for his patience and direction on this project especially during the time I was trying to decide on the roofing material. The emails, texts messages and phone calls were numerous but he never was unavailable to discuss things. Through his knowledge and expertise I got a roof I am very satisfied with now. And it looks nice.

Rick Shelton worked with us before and the work M & M completed on our house was amazing. We were so impressed that when we needed a new roof and my mother house needed some siding work we pulled out our M & M contact information and called Rick out to give us a quote for the work on both houses. Rick made the appointment to meet my husband on June 3 in the morning. He came out and was not prepared to give us a on site quote. He looked at my mother's house siding and did not take any measurements but said he would come back on June 5th to take these measurements and provide a quote. He then followed my husband to our house to quote the roof. He did a roof inspection and then again was not prepared to give us a quote at that time. He stated on both houses that he would send the quotes over the weekend June 6 -7. We still have not heard from Rick or received any quotes from M & M. My husband followed up on the quote for siding for my mother's house. We still have not received any feedback from M & M to this date. We have moved forward and found another roofing company that has already completed our roof and did a great job and were very responsive in giving a quote and working with our insurance. M & M missed out on gaining this business or any other business from us in the future. I am embarrassed that i recommended this company to my mother for her siding needs. M & M did not make a good name for themselves and should not conduct business in this manner. If for any reason you do not want the work it should be stated. If you schedule a meeting to provide a quote one should be provided onsite or followed up that same day or at least in the timeframe stated by your employees.

I contacted M&M roofing on 5/28 for my roof repair. Got a quick response on the next day 5/29 and I provided address and contact information. A few days later, I got a call from Nathan and explained about roof leaking and he said he will visit to give me estimate. I heard from my tenant that M&M was there to see the roof on 6/5 (Fri). I was expecting a call or email from M&M about the estimate but there was none. At this time, I was told that the next round of rain will be 6/6 (Wed) so I called Tue(6/5) asking for estimate and to ask for the next step. I left voice message on Nathan and also called Office to talk about this. I haven't got any thing back on 6/5. I called Nathan on the next day again and left the same voice message and also called office again. No response... What I heard from office is that they are booked.. Today is 6/12(Friday) no response at all. I called again to Nathan and left a voice message.

The NW area manager who managed my roofing job was excellent. He gave me time to research the brochures he provided and the information in the detailed proposal/contract. He answered all my questions, and we made one change to the proposal. He made me feel comfortable with the process before it began. He kept me abreast of when he thought the roofing materials would arrive, and when the roofing would begin. He also let me know when the gutters would be installed, as well. His communication skills were excellent because he was always on top of things, and let me know what was going on. Any questions or concerns that came up during the process where quickly addressed. I felt the crew who did the work did a great job. They took care of the landscaping, did a great job of cleaning up, and more importantly did not "rush" through the job. It was very important to me that they concentrated on my home, and not worried about having to run off to the next job. I have had negative experiences with work not done well, when workers are tired.

M&M has an excellent reputation and I have used them in Austin. However, the Houston location must be different. They called me an hour before the scheduled estimate time and told me they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for Sunday and they promised a bid by the end of the week. After several weeks and two separate phone calls to the office, I still did not receive an estimate or even a return call. I'm not sure how they expect to stay in business.

Rick Shelton, Area Manager, was my contact for M&M, and due to the heavy area damage due to a Hail Storm April 12th, we kept missing each other on the phone for a few days. When we were able to reach each other through phone and email, Rick was extremely responsive from beginning to end of the entire process. He responded to phone calls within minutes and emails within an hour or so, even including nights and weekends. There was ALOT of rain in the area for about 6 weeks, but Rick and his team were able to schedule in a short window of good weather. The install crew was extremely professional and very respectful. They only had one delay that stalled their installation one morning, but as soon as that cleared out, they were back to work. They worked 10-12 hour days and were able to complete the job in 3 days, even with the threat of rain constantly in the area. At the end of each shift, after they had already worked 10+ hours, they thoroughly cleaned up all around the house, including sides, back and front, of any and all debri from the installation. I would also, like to note, that ALL work was done with hammers....NO NAIL GUNS. I was paying particular attention to this detail in the neighborhood, where we had alot of roofing companies working and M & M was the only company that I noticed that was NOT using nail guns. When the work was completed, Rick and I communicated, he inspected the roof and we made an appointment to meet and he came to my home Saturday morning and I issued payment to him. He explained that the payment would be processed and they would notify the GAF shingle manufacturer and they would mail all of my warranty papers directly to me and that their M & M office would mail my warranty directly to me for the install & labor. I am extremely happy with M & M, their Sales Manager Rick Shelton, and their entire installation crew for the respectful and professional manner in which they completed a most unsettling situation and made it run very smoothly while my normal hectic schedule continued. I would definitely use them again without hestitation and would, and have, recommend them to my neighbors, friends, co-workers, customers & vendors where I work. Thank you M&M for a job well done!!!

They seemed to have done a very good job at a reasonable price. It was a small job. They came out and gave me an estimate very quickly, they came and got the work done very quickly, and professionally. I thought they did a good job.

this company was very responsive to my phone calls and questions. they completed the work in the time they stated. they also came back and did some follow up work with no issue.

M & M roofing came to fix a very minor leak in my roof. After initially trying to charge me an egregious amount, they lowered their price after much back and forth. Within a couple months the area they claimed to have fixed started to leak again. After I followed up with them over and over again they finally sent someone out to try to fix the problem. A week later the problem was back and though I called over and over again, they just kept telling me someone would get back to me and they never did. They cannot be trusted.

They came out at the appointed time, gave us the estimate. Returned and installed as requested very promptly. Excellent service and professionalism.

They came out to measure for my siding and they never sent me my quote as primised. They said i would get my estimate by Saturday or Monday and it never showed up. I sent an email on Monday late afternoon inquiring about my quote and did not even get a response to my email. Here it Thursday and still have not heard from them.

Jim Williams with M&M came to my house did a survey showed me the various options and gave me a price. I wanted to get this done before the summer began and because my new homeowner policy was contingent on it! We set a day and at 6:30 am that morning the truck with the shingles arrived. By the time I left for work at 7:45 the whole crew was there and working. I came back at lunch time and they were half finished and when I got home after work they were wrapping up and getting ready to leave. Except for a nice new roof you would never know they were there! They had covered all the plants and shrubs and whatever that might have been hit, fixed all the rotting wood around where the roof contacts the house, installed a ridge vent to replace the old turbines. The crew were all Hispanic so I did not understand what they were saying but the crew leader was able to answer my questions. I am thoroughly happy with the job they did and their professionalism. I had to take out a homeowner loan to pay for the roof and this process took a couple weeks but M&M worked with me. The president of the company called a week or so later to make sure I was happy with their work. Great experience overall!!

Everything went extremely well. Mike, the salesman, kept in touch before and during the job. The siding crew and the painting crew did good work and cleaned up after they finished Only issue was an outdoor light that was crooked. Finally fixed this morning. The persistent rain a few weeks ago delayed the project, but the crews were able to take advantage of the good weather.

This company deserves an A++++. Contractor was always prompt, courteous and professional. Work was as agreed and first quality. Price was on target. There were no surprises. The manager of the job was friendly and kept the workers on task. A superb job. I would definitely hire them again.

It went great. We had two different crews and they both worked hard and did a great job. They cleaned up everything when they finished each day. I will definitely consider M&M when we replace our windows and the rest of the siding with Hardie, or if we need roof work.

M&M did a great job performing the services we contracted them for. The were on time, flexible and all team members including subs were respectful and professional. I would use them again and recommend them.

Remarkably fast. The crew was the right size for the job to get it knocked out. All of the contractors that came in as specialists were nice, professional and concerned with leaving the house very clean when they were done. I was shown all of the windows once they were removed. This gave me great piece of mind to know that the house was in good condition and that they were not covering something up. The house is 25 years old so I wanted to know if there were any issues and there were not thanks to Mike and his guys. Bottom line is that these guys are very good, very thorough, very efficient, and do a better job than could have been anticipated.

I had water in my master closet carpet. A plumber and I could find no water pipes that could be leaking there. But, we could see a "hole" in the roof where a vent pipe was supposed to be. (Apparently, another plumber cut the pipe, for some unknown reason and just left it with a hole from my roof into my attic). We assumed rain had been coming through the hole for who knows how long. However, the plumber told me that I needed to get a roofer to plug the hole. But, he didn't bother to go into the attic to actually look at the problem. M&M came out the next day after I called and saw that that the flashing was still on the roof and that the vent pipe inside the attic needed to be replaced--by a plumber. Aggravating, that I will have to call a plumber again, but definitely not M&M's fault. He covered the pipe/hole on the roof as best he could, since it is supposed to rain today and the next couple of days. He didn't charge me anything which I thought was super nice. When I need to replace my old roof in a few years, I will definitely call them back.

Job was done quickly, cleanly and it looks beautiful. Had an issue with color matching the house but Erick Romo came to the rescue and picked out a matching color that I love! In fact, we will paint the rest of the house the same color. Will use them again. Very professional and never felt they were giving us a line. Great company.

It's not often that you can say you are completely happy with a contractor but that is the case with M&M. Everything from the estimate to the clean up was conducted in a pleasant professional manner. I was more than happy with the price. The work was completed in one day and appears to be first quality. I might add that there has been a fair amount of rain since the work was done and a close inspection revealed no leaks. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.

M&M Roofing was prompt and professional from quote to install. Nathan took time to explain in detail any questions I had. The crew was very efficient and had to work through some problematic weather. I had a question on a section of the roof a week or so after installation and Nathan took the time to go to my house and get back with me within a couple hours. The owner also called a few weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with my new roof. I would definitely recommend this company. I love my new roof. No leaks and looks great!
