They were amazing. They provided a competitive bid very quickly. During the heavy rain we received in late May, M&M's rep. (Nathan) came out to our house and installed a tarp over the damaged section of our roof (we had an animal chew a hole into our roof). The service itself was performed quickly and with excellent quality. We're very happy with the new roof and the repair work that was done where we had water damage. It looks like a brand new wall.

Fantastic job, M&M workers had mentioned several months ago while replacing our siding that the roof caps were cracking. We considered a new roof but M&M said roof had 10+ years and all we needed were roof caps. Gave a quote promptly, did the work in the time frame quoted. Work was done very professionally. They will definitely be considered when it is time for a new roof.

The provider is also not willing to honor the deal I purchased. The deal was written in very misleading language. Granted there was a minimum purchase amount in the fine print, but this detail was not available until after the deal was already purchased. I contacted Angie's List and they were not able to get the provider to negotiate either. The office staff is very polite, but they seem unable to do much to address customer concerns and there seems to be a general lack of organization.

M&M did a great job repairing siding. They were here on time. All men were polite. They finished in one day, including windstorm inspection and paint.

It took some time to diagnose where the leak was, but every single time I called they would come back and fix it. The owner called after each time to confirm we were satisfied with the service. They were very flexible with working around my work schedule.

Everything went as planned. No problems, which is the most important.

We used M&M put a roof on our 1973 house in 1986 using the wooden shingle roof as a deck. In 1999, there was a hailstorm and we used M&M again. The M&M rep inspected the roof and when our insurance adjuster came out, he was there with him. After some discussion between theM&M rep and the adjuster, coverage was approved. This time, a plywood deck was put down before the shingles were installed. We were very pleased both times. We also called them for some minor repairs on that roof when we sold the house in early 2014. Since we had such good experience with M&M, we called them after a hailstorm at our new (10 yr old) house and their rep told us there was sufficient damage to replace the roof and we should call the insurance company. We did and an adjuster came, but the M&M rep could not come at the same time. I wasn?t happy, but I understood it was a busy time for him and the adjuster gave short notice. The insurance adjuster approved replacing 2/3 of the shingles, but not those on the steep parts because ?they weren?t damaged?. I was flabbergasted. Who replaces 2/3 of a roof? I was advised to contact M&M and have them supply me the justification from their inspection and to ask the insurance company to send a second adjuster. I called the M&M rep and he promised to help me out. We spoke several times, usually because I called him. In the meantime, I had called another roofer and set up an inspection. It was a good thing, because the M&M rep let me down and never got back to me with a report on his inspection. The only thing he gave me was a bid on replacing the roof. I was very disappointed. I had always recommended M&M to friends in the past, but won?t in the future. The second company did not know the history, but sent an inspector who took photos and sent me a comprehensive report which I submitted to the insurance company. He met with the second adjuster for the re-inspection and we have just had our new roof installed today.

We never received an email so I called on 8/24/15 about 5 weeks later. He said I should email him and he would reply with the information. I followed through with communication by email but still nothing. This is so odd and I do not understand but I guess I need to go to the top to find out what is going on. I put yes that I would use them because if the price is good and this gets resolved, I may consider it. The reason I called them two months ago was because they came recommended on Angies List. What is sad is that out of the three bids two were recommended on this paid for link who responded poorly and the third one I found on my own was prompt and followed through as promised. Angie - what do you have to say about that. . .

The provider didn't show up for a scheduled estimate. I waited over one week for the estimate. When he rescheduled 30 minutes prior to our meeting date, he wants to reschedule for a week later. Be wary of Chris and just go with someone else.

Here's the short version: Use M&M and ask for Rick Shelton. Can't say enough good things about M&M, and that was absolutely due to Rick Shelton, our contact at M&M who worked with my wife and I every step of the way. I found M&M here on Angie's list and decided to use them based on their previous reviews. Rick came out to complete the initial inspection and offered to directly work with my insurance company through the claims process. I should note that if you want M&M to handle insurance stuff, you have to sign an agreement saying that you won't use another roofing company after they do all the work to get your claim approved. Seems logical and fair, so I had no problem signing. Rick made sure that I understood every step of the process and was easily accessible if I had extra questions. Many of my neighbors had roofing materials sitting in their driveways for weeks (some still do) waiting for crews to do the work. Totally not the case with us. Rick had the materials delivered on a Wednesday, work started the same Friday and finished the next morning. His crew didn't leave a trace that they had been there, which was super important because we didn't want our dog to find any stray nails in the yard. These guys do great work and move FAST. After all the paperwork with insurance was wrapped up, Rick called and was ready to have the crews start work within the next 2 days. That was way faster than I was expecting and I actually had to push back the installation date because we hadn't yet figured out where our little one and dog would go during construction. I'm very happy with the entire process and would definitely reach out to Rick and M&M if we need work done on our next home.

In February 2015 I was walking through my living room and heard water dripping in my fireplace. It was pouring outside. I went up in the attic and found water leaking in around the fireplace vent as well as an AC vent. After examining the roof, M&M was supposed to caulk around the vents. I was not home when the service was provided in February and didn't really know if anyone had been to my home until Mr. Moncure called to ask how the repairs went. I told him that I didn't know as I hadn't been here and could not examine roof repairs. Three months later I heard the same dripping sound during a rain storm. I went up in the attic and found the leaks at the same places that were previously repaired. I called M&M. I was told new leaks could have developed and they would send someone out to look. The first available date for service was one where I would again not be home. I was told I didn't need to be home and they would let me know the outcome of the roof examination. I asked if they could also check for hail damage as just about everyone in my neighborhood seemed to have experienced such from an April storm. After a couple of weeks I called the company and was told the repairs had been done. When I asked about hail damage, I was told someone would get back with me. I never heard back. Worse, while the leak around the fireplace seemed to have been repaired, the next rain storm indicated nothing had been done to fix the leak at the AC vent.

M & M Roofing & Siding did a fantastic job on this project. Squirrels had been chewing through my rotted soffit and fascia and nesting in my attic. Thankfully, I got rid of them before M & M started working! M & M gave me the lowest bid of three I received, and their bid included more work than the others. The crews did a fantastic job, were polite, and most importantly did a superb and very professional job. Two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. This job was definitely installed properly. Keith came by regularly to inspect the progress and insure I was happy. I'll use this company again and highly recommend them.

Cancelled job could never recommend this company for anything.

Representative visited property to assess repair needs. Said he would follow up with an estimate. Contacted company twice attempting to get quote and never heard back.

Although we decided to go with another company Rick was very courteous and prompt and left material with us to review. The quote was provided in a timely manner.

They were fast, professional and very competent. They came and quoted us well below all the other quotes we had received. They said that it would take several weeks before they could come do the work. Then called the next day to say they would be starting the following day. They finished in less than 8 hours. They even were able to match the paint on the house, which was over 11 years old! I have already recommended M&M Roofing to several of my friends!

Horrible, I got the gut feeling from the person he did not want the job because it was not enough revenue for them. When I called their office today, the female in the office tried to use several excuses like he was out of town etc. Bad business.

After having an initial meeting, he stated his crew would return later in the week to do the repair. A mistake was made and the repair was not made and my contact was out of town unbeknownst to me. However, they did get back in touch a few weeks later, and quickly assessed and made the repair to the roof. They went the extra mile in the end to make it right which I appreciate. I will definitely consider using them again. Price was very fair.

Wonderful...Mike was great. He was there when he said he'd be and the work was done in a matter of 2 days. They were great.

When the contractor arrived at the house he said the roof looked fine and didn't see any active leaks. He said its possible the stains were there due to one really heavy windy rain and that it didn't look active. I did like that he wasnt trying to sell me a $1000 repair I didn't need, but on the other side I wasn't sure if that was the best answer because this leak is over an expensive rotunda ceiling and I'd rather spend $300 on a sure repair than $3000 on a new ceiling (something I told him at the time). Nonetheless we took his advice and didn't repair it or add the gutters we thought might help (he suggested a drainage system so we got in touch with a landscaper). Again I appreciate the honesty and he was nice. Fast forward a month it was raining frequently and the water started coming in more quickly, damaging the ceiling. I called him back out to the house to fix it, but he didn't remember us from earlier so he said he needed to come back out. He was prompt and showed up on time, also very nice. He gave me a written quote of $350 to fix the roof, I told him to please get me on the schedule as soon as possible because we were dancing with buckets trying to protect our ceiling. Two weeks go by and no calls, so I called him on his cell phone to ask about it. He said he was working with his repair guy and was going to add us onto the schedule and would call us back. Another week goes by without a call back so I call again, leave a message asking for him to come out this Friday or next Friday. It is now 2 weeks past the date I left a message and I am under the assumption we are not on the schedule and our roof isn't going to be fixed any time soon. Unfortunately after waffling around with this problem for 2 months I'll now have to start the process over with another company that is interested in doing repairs. Our ceiling has also sustained some water damage where our buckets just weren't quite enough. I do understand that perhaps they are busy or would rather be doing full roof projects, but if that is the case you should really tell me instead of leading me on to believe we are on track to get it fixed when really nothing is in the works.

The contractor was up front when providing the quote that he had a back-log of about three weeks of roofing work and that the work itself would take two days. With that in mind, I proposed a roof replacement date that was 3.5 weeks out. The contractor had the materials delivered the evening before the work was to start. They started work promptly the next morning and finished the work the next day as promised. They did a great job in both the work and in cleaning up after themselves. It was an easy, no surprises experience for me and I would definitely use this contractor again.

We purchased a new home in need of New roof, decking and siding. The work progressed acceptably and M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows was paid in full on or about 11/2013. The work came with a 10 year labor warranty which is the reason we went with them. The salesman presented the warranty to us as part of the sales pitch. We had all of the work done through them because of the warranty and positive reviews from Angies List and the B.B.B. Right away the garage level ceiling was leaking and we reported it to Mike McCollom (M&M roofings representative)who came right out and looked at it and put some caulking around a pillar directly above the leak. That did not fix the problem and Mike then said he would get Joe Tiller(the sub contractor M&M Roofing hired to do the work)to come evaluate the problem. Joe Tiller finally came on 10/25/2015 for another warranty issue and it was determined the roof was not working as designed and repair was needed. As of today 11/5/2015. no scheduled date for the repair has been scheduled. We have been told that a sub-contractor (Joe Tiller) that M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows hired to originally install the roof below the decking he also installed is the only contractor M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows has available to do the repairs. The repairs have been disregarded by passing the responsibility off to a contractor who is not even a permanent employee of M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows. The last time we had contact with M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows was days ago when Mike McCollom responded to my service request with "Why has this suddenly become such an immediate issue". On or about 9/16/2015 we had a large amount of rain leak into the inside of our home through two window frames. M&M Roof, Siding and Windows came out and looked at the problem since they the roofing and siding work. Repair was needed and Mike McCollom did start trying to get the original siding sub-contractor(Teddy) to come evaluate the problem but was only able to get him to come look at the problem not fix it. Mike told us Teddy told M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows that he would not work on this job. We were told by M&M roofing, Siding and windows that they do not have any siding contractors who can fix our leaking siding except possibly Joe Tiller who was our roofing decking contractor who has not been able to fix our leaking garage ceiling roof. Damage has occured because of the inability to fix the problems. M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows Houston office never replied directly except to inform usby e-mail that they would let Mike Mccollom know about the problem. We have copied the Houston office and the president, Douglas L. Moncure, of M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows on our requests for warranty service but this will be days since last contacted. We recommended M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows to a friend who is experiencing similar warranty request problems. This is not how the warranty was sold to us and it is not at all what we expected.

I also contacted M&M through the AL messenger again and was told someone would send the estimate to me right away, but never heard back. If M&M does not want to do the job, I wish they would just let me know.
