Travis was quick to respond with a quote (excellent use of a drone) and our repair was done in the time frame as promised. His crew showed up knowing exactly what work needed to be done, completed it, confirmed the drone's initial findings, and left in under 30 minutes.

It went better than expected. The crew was excellent. They worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. They were shy a board or two of siding. We compromised and I was satisfied. I would recommend their service.

M & M did an excellent job in replacing our roof in League City. From the initial visit w Michael McCollom all the way through the finished product, M & M performed extraordinarily well. (My neighbor across the street used them as well and was quite pleased) It goes w/out saying that I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area who may need a high quality roofing company.

Everything went great! They were very knowledgeable about solar roof vents and were willing to do the smaller job for me. Their quote was on par. They were on time to start the project and worked efficiently and quickly. I still don't have any issues with the roof. After they completed the job, the owner called me for a follow up to check on how everything went. I appreciated their diligence and knowledge and am very satisfied with the work even 2 years later!

Excellent work...A very well organized crew. Did the whole job in one day. Didn't use any nail guns, did everything by hand. They picked up all the scrap and left the yard spotless. Only found a couple of old nails after they left.

We had a new roof put on in Jan. 2015 which was about $13,000. We thought it went well until this year 2017. We found out that 9 slits were left in the roof and have allowed big enough holes/slits for rats. When I called the owner he is defensive and condescending. He says they did not do anything wrong because it was the builders. Well, the builders were here in 1998 and we did not have holes in the roof until after M & M roofing. It is costing us around $9,000 to put in new insulation and remedy this horrible experience.

Everything went very well. They started the work on the date agreed. The crew finished the work and Travis was there to do a walk through to finish some detail work on both siding and roof. I was impressed at how they Cleland up before they left. I recommend this company and would use it again no doubt about it. I am a very happy customer.

Great price. Scheduling was prompt and work performed in the promised time frame. Cleanup was excellent as I had a small daughter and was concerned about roofing nails. The siding work the following year was also excellent. Highly recommend M&M Roofing.

Used a different provider due to cost

The estimator was on time for his appointment and got us an estimate in a very time manner. M&M's crew showed up and in no time flat had the roof stripped and prepped to re shingle. They proceeded to do a fantastic job on the shingles and we were able to upgrade to Hail resistant shingles at a minimal charge. All in all we are very pleased with M&M Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and use them again if the need ever arose.

I've contacted this company twice. Once to install new gutters, second tie to repair roof leaks. Same scenario twice. Someone called me and left message. I've called back few times, leaving messages and sending another messages via Angie's List - silence. Waste of time.

We had to get 20+ year roof replaced on our home last year and M&M worked hard to accommodate our very challenging schedule. Mike came out to give us our estimate and he was responsive and pleasant to work with. Another thing we want to praise M&M for is how hard their crew worked. They respected our home and cleaned up after each working day. It's been almost a year since they installed our roof and so far, we haven't discovered any leak despite having multiple sets of heavy rain. Only setback is that no one climbed the roof after it was installed to inspect the final work. This may be due to the area that we live in, however, since our city doesn't do the roof inspection. It would have been nice to have someone from M&M do a quick walk through after the installation though. Overall, we had a great experience with M&M and we would definitely consider hiring them for our future home need.

I did not use them. I went with someone else. Which is one of your clients. I think the are an A rated company. I can only tell you about the bidding. I can't tell you about their work. My neighbor did, and their roof looks nice. I have used them in the past. A long, long time ago. I believe they are an excellent company also.

We have a contract with them and because of my health issues we have not had the work completed. We have had them do work for us before and that is why we called them. They went way beyond anything that we thought was gonna happen. Their quote was less expensive then some others we had received, as I recall about 20 thousand. The price was fine. We had them replace a roof on another residence we had and they did such a wonderful job. They did it very quickly and they even ran some little magnet that picked up nails that might of been in the driveway.

Quickly, professionally, with very good clean up

Chris was very responsive, came to my house and inspected my roof carefully. He recommended fixes for leaks and also other improvements to make my home ready to sell. His team quickly addressed the issues with a great bid (very reasonable), and when I had additional issues with the vents, he sent someone out right away to take a look and make adjustments. Very impressive service!
