At first glance, it went very well. They were able to do it all in one day (1400sf 1 story house). They worked around our schedule, as Harvey pushed our start date back a few weeks. During the process, they found an area that needed more plywood and ended up having to purchase additional wood, but they called to make sure we knew this and gave us all information on the pricing, etc. They also cleaned everything and were done by 5pm. The first issue we noticed day-of is that we are getting a new water heater (and moving the location), and the plumber couldn't be there to coordinate where the hole should go. We told them exactly where to put it, but they ended up putting it about 6-10 inches to the right of where we requested. Not a big deal. The following week, we had our AC replaced, and this installer let us know that when replacing the roof, they completely removed the vent for our heater. When we called M&M roofing to request they come fix it, it took days to hear back from them. When we finally did hear back, they told us they would be there at noon and to "make sure your AC installer is there right at noon." Day of, they showed up an hour and a half late (1:30pm). Overall, the experience started out great, but ended poorly.

They were very thorough and addressed every problem we had.

Scheduled advance appointment - no show. Called and was told by the wife 'he' was sick as a dog, but she thought 'he' called to cancel the appointment. She then called back and said she spoke with him and he would call to reschedule the appointment - that was 11 days ago. Hope Steve is not seriously ill - if not, shame on the company.

Bernard and his crew did a great job. I will be using them again whenever necessary. One thing I really liked was every time that I called Bernard he answered or returned my call. Where the other companies I tried calling would not even return my call.

The contractor was more interested if the insurance was going to pay and never gave estimate. He talked a good game but never delivered a good game.

Suggested a solution, implemented it and the results were perfect.

We could not have been more pleased with this company. From the first meeting with the NW Area Manager, Rick, to the finishing touches, the experience was great. I do not give good reviews lightly. In fact, unless I have experienced either really great service or really poor service, I usually do not write reviews at all. In this case, I'm happy to be writing a good review. My house needed a lot of repair and now that it is complete, it looks almost like a whole new house. They painted all siding, added a new back door, screen doors, porch light, motion lights, porch pole and electrical outlet. M & M picked up the items from Home Depot, the paint from Sherwin Williams, and installed all of the items perfectly. Additionally, my roof was completed the DAY BEFORE hurricane Harvey started to hit my area. I'm happy to report that everything held up completely. Throughout the entire process, Rick communicated with us often and always responded quickly to any questions. Each crew that worked on the various projects was on time, professional, and thorough. After the storm, Rick and his crew came by to check on the work and complete the final touches. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent. Rick gave us a price to fix several areas on the roof. The work was completed in the timeframe quoted. He showed us pictures of both before and after the work. Definitely would hire again.

Contacted M&M roofing in the morning and received prompt service visit the same afternoon. Nathan and an assistant arrived and inspected the flat roof section of my residence (where A/C units are mounted). Nathan provided exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy advice about repair options for a leak I was experiencing as well as recommendations for longer-term waterproofing options and overall roof maintenance versus replacement solutions. I was very impressed with his honesty about the most economical options depending upon the length of time I wanted to extend the roof integrity. He provided me with a terrific near-term repair solution to stop my roof leak, while I consider which longer-term option to pursue (waterproofing repair to extend roof life versus replace). I was extremely pleased with Nathan's expertise, professionalism, and advice. He had an utmost focus on quality solutions to ensure thorough waterproofing and roof longevity. He was far more knowledgeable and helpful than I've experienced with service from other local roofing companies in the past. I highly recommend for trustworthy roofing service!!

Badly-- so badly, we asked for a refund! Voucher was for hours of service and he said he didnt rate that way. When asked about voucher rate he said that Angie's puts whatever they want but it has nothing to do with his rates. He wanted to charge over 1500 and deduct the $250 already paid. job was done for $750 by someone else. He tried to say once started, it would prob. be more. We knew then, this was not for us!

Contacted via their website. Salesman called and set appointment for home inspection. He was on time for initial appointment and on days when work crews were at my home. He inspected house (roofing and paint), listened to our concerns and presented us with information on painting process ( gutter removal, pressure washing, bad board replacements, caulking, painting, gutter reinstalling), and roofing process (removing existing shingles, removing an existing skylight, installing new lead roof jacks, and installing new shingles). Also had storage shed in backyard painted to match house color. Work was scheduled 10 days out depending on weather. Painters were scheduled first. They were at my home every day between 8:30-9:00AM. They worked till 5:30-6:30 everyday (4 days). They did an excellent job. The roofers started after painting was complete. They worked about 10-12 hours per day. Everything was completed as stated in contract. Both crews cleaned up after themselves.

They were good. They did a good job. They were the only ones that returned my call and gave me a bid. They were a little late. It just took a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves. It was good, I guess. I am not dancing in the street over it. It cost me more than I thought it would. They got the job done. It was just some roof repairs. I had some shingles that blew off during a windstorm.

The M&M crew was professional, punctual, and executed the job flawlessly. The cost was extremely competitive and the craftsman ship top-notch. I was assigned a single point of contact, Crystal C., who stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of job progress all the way from the estimation to completion. M&M' s customer service & work quality exceeded my expectations.

Went very well. They completed the work in one day. They came back a couple of days later to check the work and make sure we were satisfied. They were delayed a couple of days from original schedule due to rain. They contacted us ahead of time to inform of us of the delay. They were very professional in all aspects.

They guy who came over did great and was very professional. He looked the place over and gave me a quote and walked me through it. He explained to me and my wife about what he thought for us to do and why. He showed us some examples of the roof and shingles and so forth and we picked out what we liked and they were able to schedule us very quickly. They did a good and cleaned us after themselves and were on time and the price was what they said. I think the whole crew was good. Everything worked out perfectly. I thought the price was good and reasonable.

The leak was difficult to find. They had to make about four trips before they found it. However, they persisted and eventually found it. We do appreciate that they did work with us. Their response was a bit slow a couple of times but it was at a time when we received lots of rain and they busy.

The installation was good, the cleanup was good and follow-up was good. Mr. Williams, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. This was an insurance claim, replaced roof and M&M was patient and worked with me on all of the delays in getting the claim processed and paid by the insurance company. GAF, the roofing product, seems to be far and above superior to any other roofing products or roofing materials on the market. M&M's crews and personnel were concientious and professional. I would recommend them for roofing needs.

Here is a copy of the email I sent the company: I have been thinking about the further work on the roof and have decided against it. Here's why: The work M&M has done has been satisfactorily, the porch looks good and, as far as I know, the barn screws were installed correctly. However, I hired M&M to fix the leak in the barn roof. I paid to have the screws put in based on your recommendation and assurance that that would solve the problem; it did not. Okay, it seemed like a reasonable solution and that isn't my concern. The roofer came out and took another look and we discussed using foam to seal the leak and that he would speak with you. I'm not sure what happened but I didn't hear from you and when we did speak you seemed surprised about the foam. You spoke with the roofer and called me back wanting to know if I was "100% sure" I wanted to use the foam and that you would send me an estimate. Here's why I decided against the job: - There has been no acknowledgement that M&M's assured recommendation didn't do the job. In fact, when I told you that there was still a leak, your response was that the work was done per the contract. True, but the work listed on the contract was your suggestion, not mine. - When I was asked if I was "100% sure", I thought to myself that I'm only as sure as the roofer and it sounded like if there was a problem later you could say it was my idea. I was beginning to think M&M's approach was "trial and error." Since this would be the second job on the same problem, I felt a small discount or quicker response was in order. But bottom line, I feel that M&M does not back up it's work and that it is up to the customer to follow up when there is a problem. Again, it was quality work, but inadequate customer support. The area manager Bernard, was very professional. He listened to what I wanted done, had a quote with all the details written down. When the crew arrived, he came with them to get them started. The crew was very professional, fast and courteous. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, Bernard came several times during construction to check on things and he came the last day to make sure we were satisfied. I have one item that was special ordered and it will be installed next week, I am sure with the same professionalism.

This is the second time we have hired M&M for siding work. The work they did 6 years ago still looks great. And this new job looks great. They were very thorough and included our special requests for insulation on the bottom of the boxes.

All work was completed the next day after bid.

When we had our home appraised we were told we needed work done to repair our roof. The owner came out on time and was very professional. After his check he was honest enough to let me know that our roof was in excellent shape and no work needed to be done. I give this company an A for being so truthful and not trying to get money out of us when it wasn't necessary. He was very kind and I wanted to inform everyone of our situation. I would highly recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends. Thanks again for your time and honesty!

The crew came and installed the windows in a timely manner. It turned out that the builder had stucco over the existing windows. They took their time to remove the windows and stucco. When installing in the new windows one could not even tell that they had to do so much to remove the existing windows. I had decided to replace my windows when a leak developed below my bedroom window. It showed up in the drywall. When a sever storm came I noticed the same bedroom window leaking. I called Chris at 5:00 am and he had a crew come out to check all the windows. It turned out to be caulking around an attic portal which they caulked. It has not leaked since and we have had three sever storms. I can not say enough about this company. They cleaned up and even cleaned all the windows inside and out. The owner called after the installation was complete to make sure I was satisfied. I interviewed 5 companies before going with M&M. If I have roof problems they will be my go to company.

Installed hail resistant shingle which requires 6 nails/shingle to achieve wind resistant rating. M&M used a large crew and were finished in 1-1/2 days. Owner called about a week after installation to see if there were any issues that I wanted to address. There were none.
