Description of Work: I called M&M on 6/6/2012. David Boyles called me the next morning and was at my house at the appointed time. Very nice, professional. He explained everything to me. As it turned out, I did not need their services at this time. However, I would certainly consider them again.

Description of Work: The contractor was prompt in arrival. Gave an estimate of charges after surveying the storm damage, and made immediate repairs of the roof. I am very happy with the service these guys performed.

Description of Work: Reroofed with shingles a 1700 sqft home and installed radiant barrier in the underside of roof.

Description of Work: Called and asked for roofing inspection and agreed to pay $160.00. Got one call back who left voicemail. I called back and left several times and dates for the inspection. Never heard back from anyone at the company. No follow-through.

Description of Work: We called M&M for a quote on a home we are purchasing regarding potential roof damage. The estimate was submitted timely and indicated the roof looked fine. I was very pleased with the integrity of the company. I did get a quote for some trim replacement which was reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the front living room, and I thought it was coming from the roof. Jerry came out looking over the area, and he pointed out the leak was not from the roof. It was coming from the siding from the front window. He showed me, and I would have never thought the leak was coming from there. We talked about the proper method to correct it. He was very knowlegedable and he solved the problem in less than 15 minutes. The best part - no charge. Thank you Jerry. I'll always call them if I need roof reparir.

Description of Work: I have used M&M in the past for several roofing jobs, they have always been very prompt. However, it took them over 6 months, and multiple calls to even get a rep to return my call. I understand some delay was due to all the damage of Hurricane Ike, but even six months seems too long. I wised up, called another roofer, who came out the next day, evaluated my roof, and repaired it the next week.

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement after hurricane damage. I could have just had patch work done, but decided that it was better to replace the roof since so many in my neighborhood are doing the same. David did not try to talk me in to anything more expensive than what was necessary. Work was done quickly and well. I got 3 estimates...all were within a few hundred dollars of each other; This one impressed me most.

Description of Work: This company was great! They came out and installed our roof in one day. They were quick and did a professional job! We started out rocky.....but, things smoothed over. The rocky area was when materials were put on our driveway and we were not informed that they were coming. My husband and I were both out of town that week and we had to track them down to make sure that the materials were their materials, because we were in a dispute with another roofing company that had to try to bully us into using them! We got that straight and all else was perfect sailing. They cleaned up really well and finished in one day. They told us they would be back out the next day, inspect with us, make sure we were happy then receive payment of the check for their services! They were great! Made us feel there were still some good companies out there and not into trickery and bullying! Great experience; so far so good!

Description of Work: Repair of a number of leaking places on the roof

Description of Work: I called them 4 times and left them a voice mail within a period of 18 days. 3 out of the 5 times someone called me back to tell me that someone responsible for my zip code would call me back. This never happened.

Description of Work: Installed 3 Lomanco turbine vents to back of house, replaced shingles as necessary at turbine vents, & removed all debris pertaining to above operations.

Description of Work: Water coming into the kitchen via lights - thought sky light was leaking. Informed me it was debris buildup preventing proper drainage. They could have said I needed to redo the flashing around the skylights. Good, professional, honest estimator!

Description of Work: M & M proposed to: Remove existing vinyl soffit from breezeway, remove rotted plywood under vinyl soffit and discard, remove existing metal fascia as necessary, remove rotted wood fascia and discard, install new plywood to breezeway overhang. Install vinyl soffit to breezeway overhang. Install new wood fascia to breezeway overhang to replace rotted fascia removed. Install painted metal fascia to breezeway. Check two "4x4" wood breezeway support posts to determine need for replacement. Remove all debris. M & M proposes to: Remove 1 layer composition and 1 layer wood shingles to 1x4" runners. Install 1/2" CDX plywood. Apply 30# felt to deck. Install 2"x 2" pre painted drip edge to entire roof perimeter. Install 20" 26-gauge galvanized metal in all valleys. Install Elk starter strip. Install ventilation. Install fiberglass composition shingles to garage. Install cut 3-tab ridge cap shingles to all roof ridges. Remove all debris.
