John Carlo worked with me to schedule the power wash. This company will go a long way with their positive attitude and hardwork. They are very courteous and flexible with their customers. A lot of time is spent on my powerwashing at my home. The technician was very hard working gentleman and he really made sure that we got a great result. I would recommend Lux power wash to all my friends.

Michael worked hard, and cleaned the house well. He walked the job, then discussed with me what he was doing. He didn't take a break or pause in his work I don't think! Would recommend him to give you careful attention, and to do a good job.

Eddie did a good job. I appreciated that he painted along with an employee/independent contractor the whole time. I would use him again for another interior painting project.

Eddie did an amazing job with my home. He is the only person I would let come back and maneuver anything around in here. His painting is amazing and his patience is excellent...Just a very well rounded person to work with. He worked hard to get my house exactly how I wanted it. I bought the $299 deal but talked to Eddie and he honored the Angie's List price and I got 2 guys for 8 hours. They did an outstanding job - very professional and the paint looks great. They did ALL the prep work, including moving furniture, removing hardware, etc., and also putting it back. I'm very, very pleased and will call Luxz again soon to do some more!

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. Eddie was responsive and takes pride in the work his company does. He stayed onsite with the other painters and directed the work as well as pitched in. Also, Eddie gave us pointers for paining walls and ceilings in the future. We will definitely hire him again.

Eddie was exceptional. He does quality work. What impressed me is that after two coats, the job still didn't look its best. He decided to do another coat on a Sunday and it turned out very well. This was a small job but one we could not do ourselves since it was over a stairway and about 20 feet up. I will give and send him future business based upon our experience.

I purchased a day with 2 Painters from Angies List. i was contacted within a few days by Eddie Torres and we agreed upon a time for him to come by and look at the job. Eddie was very helpful. He looked at the job and made some recommendations that were also helpful. We scheduled a time and the crew was there on time and began the job. The 2 man crew was very courteous and hard working. They even did several things that I didn't expect like replacing blinds and moving furniture back in place after they were through. I even asked for some additional work while they were there and they gladly obliged. Eddie stayed in touch with me throughout the project to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the results. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use the guys again when the need arises. You can't go wrong with Eddie and his team. Very professional and did great work for a fair price. Eddie and crew did an awesome job. They are busy so it was a couple weeks before we were able to get them to the house. Eddie did everything he could to help us out, from picking colors to telling what would look best where. They were scheduled to come on Thursday and work Thursday, Friday, Monday through Thursday of the following week. They had an issue and were not able to come till Friday. ( this was the one negative thing that I can say) They showed up on Friday and worked Saturday as well to make up for the lost day. Then they worked all of the following week. Eddies attention to detail was great as stated by others. I am very detail oriented and he caught things even I did not see. That is not usual. Him and the crew did everything possible to make sure everything was as clean as possible and protected as well , during the whole job. We had basically 1/3 of our 2700sq ft house painted and would use Luxz again without question. Like I said though he is busy and hard to schedule but it is well worth it, especially if you want the job done right.

Looks great. I didn't know they use special chemicals for mold removal! I never realized how much an improvement it is to your home. The pricing was fair, he matched the price I saw on Angie's.

Worked fast, very neat and clean work, left with no trace they had been here, just a great freshly painted house. They ran a little late on arrival time, but work was completed on time. Polite and professional.

This is the best painter I've ever contracted. Did excellent work, cleaned up after each visit. Was passionate about the work being done right. Extreme attention to detail. I would highly recommend this painter. The made sure I was truly satisfied with the results. This was a great choice. You should definitely use them. Very professional and prompt. When they say they will be there you can count on it. I am going to get some additional work in the fall and will use them

It wasn't a straight forward paint job. There were cracks and problems with the previous paint job peeling away from the ceiling but Eddie with Luxz Painting corrected and improved all of the imperfections from the previous paint job. Showed up at 8:00 a.m. on the dot with the best supplies and staff ready to go. Also, he came to see the room way ahead of time on a Sunday. A+ job and great guy to work with. I recommend Luxz Painting to anyone!

Eddie and his crew are awesome. He first came over gave an honest quote on what he would be doing. I then scheduled a date for the service and they did everything I asked for and morre! Who does that? Nobody does that..When I came an inspected the work it would be an understatement to say I wasn't more than impressed. The house inside looks brand new. I am telling all my family and friends of this company. I am totally satisfied!! Please call him if you want the work done right and with a fair price.

My experience with LUXZ Painting and Design was beyond phenomenal. Eddie Torres came out the same morning I initially called him. He was very honest and his expertise was definitely displayed on the work performed. He takes pride in his business and has a remarkable passion for his company. His workers were on time each day and they did a superb job with the exterior painting. I was very impressed with Eddie and LUXZ Painting & Design and will definitely utilize their services again.

The job went well and I will probably hire them again. I liked that Mr. Eddie took the time to explain and show me what needed to be repaired. He spent a lot of time showing me what was going on with my house, eg: loose caulking.

Eddie showed up when he said he would; called ahead when he got delayed. arrived an evaluated the job we wanted done. We needed a large living room painted. Our walls are wood panel. Mr. Torres explained that wood panel takes more paint due to the texture of the panel and that it might take several coats for the paint job to look good. He said they would have to touch up some blemishes on the walls and do some caulking; they would move the furniture and cover up everything, especially the floor as we have hard wood flooring in this room. He gave an approximate date that he would return to do the job. He e-mailed us the following week saying he would be over on Friday at about 2PM. Friday morning he called and said his AM appointment had been rescheduled and if they could come in the morning instead. We agreed and they showed up on time and began to work. They were diligent in covering up everything; did some light sanding and caulk; then proceeded to paint. The walls did require several coats of paint as they used over 2 gallons. They went over than the 4 hours but completed painting and cleaned up. Job looks good. Only thing is they ran out of time to paint the trim because of the many coats the wood panel required.

They got right to work willing to go to the paint store for appropriate paint with a full explanation of the process of covering the water stains. they worked hard to satisfy me.

Luxz did a fantastic job painting the walls in my kitchen. Eddie took the utmost care in prepping the area before painting. He was exceptionally detail-oriented with the painting itself. Before the appointment, the company communicated promptly and worked hard to fit me into a busy schedule. Will definitely use Luxz again.

Eddie did a fantastic job communicating with us from start to finish. He answered our calls promptly and kept us in the loop with everything he was doing and the costs associated with the work. He cleaned up after the job was done and it's like they weren't even there. In addition, he's pretty much the nicest guy on the planet. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others. Definitely an A+.

We've been wanting to paint our bedroom for a while, but one of our walls is too high to reach even with our ladder, so we took advantage of the Angie's List deal for 8 hours of painting. The overall experience was excellent, and we are already in talks with hiring them again to paint our office. The response, once I paid for the deal, was very quick. I told them my wife and I had off the next Friday for the 4th of July holiday, so if they could make it work, that would be the best for us. Initially they told us it would have to be the following Tuesday which is understandable since we were talking about just a couple days notice for Friday. Thursday evening we got a call and they let us know that they were able to move some things around and accommodate our request to come in on Friday if we still wanted it. Eddie arrived on time and inspected our bedroom. He told us he believed he could get the whole room painted within the 8 hours of the deal. The paint we bought was dark and the wall we were painting over was light, so after the first coat was painted he noticed immediately that we would need an extra layer or two for the walls to look nice. Since he had to wait for the first coat to dry before painting the second, it ended up taking a little longer than the 8 hours initially thought, but he didn't bill us the extra time since his initial estimate was for 8 hours. By the time he was finished it was dark outside, so it was difficult to see if there were any contrasts due to shadows. He told us to let him know how it looked in the morning. That next morning we noticed that there was a bit of a contrast between the cutting and rolling on two of the walls. We called him and let him know and he came out that same afternoon to do one more coat of rolling. The end result was perfection. Our room looks amazing, and we are so excited to show it off. We highly recommend Lutz Painting. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were extremely personable. He even took time to give us painting advice for future DIY projects. We were so happy with the work he did in our bedroom, we immediately asked him to spec out our office. After he gave us a quote he gave us some design ideas, stuff we never thought of. We loved his ideas and are planning on implementing them when they come back to do the office.
