i couldn't have asked for better service! If every service provider would be as service oriented as Eddie and his guys, it would be great!

Eddie provided an accurate estimate of when he could start the work, was honest about the best way to paint the problem areas, completed the work on-time, including doing a few touch-ups without complaint after the walkthrough. I couldn't tell there were any paint problems once he was done.

We purchased a Big Deal for three hours of pressure washing for $125. After a couple of glitches in scheduling, Giancarlo met us at our vacation home. He pressure washed the entire facade and paid special attention to the areas we pointed out. He had time left at the end and pressure washed several other things we asked for including the car, pedal boat, carport floor and fish cleaning station. We were very impressed with the job he did and we plan to call him again next year. Everyone we came in contact with at Luxz was incredibly courteous and interested in making us happy. I even got a reply from Eddie, the owner, to an email I sent on a Sunday. I didn't expect an answer until Monday. I would highly recommend Luxz for your pressure washing needs. We're now thinking of getting a bid from them for a bit of exterior painting we need. You will not go wrong if you hire Luxz.

I have had my house pressure washed before but it never looked this good. It looks like my house has just been painted. The house and the whole yard is so bright now. Giancarlos was very good, professional and polite, I will use Luxz from now on. What wonderful experience!

Luxz Painting & Design is a gem of a company and deserves A+ in every category. I had worked with many painting companies and other trades in the past for my previous home remodels but this company beats them all hands down in terms of professionalism, quality of work and pricing. I originally bought the $1,499 Big Deal which included 2,000 square feet of wall space interior painting with premium paint, but shortly into the project I was so impressed with the way things were going that I expanded the scope and added several more rooms. Eddie, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that this client is happy. Besides the initial consultation visit, Eddie came by several times, even in the evenings or weekends, to do test paint to make sure I was happy with the colors before the crew started painting, to check on the work and to do a thorough inspection at the end to make sure everything was done to his, and mine, satisfaction. Eddie is most professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He maintained frequent contact throughout the process and returned calls and texts quickly. The team of three, Jose, Octavio and Raul, worked non-stop over 4 days. My new house has many tall, detailed tray ceilings and rounded corners which made for a difficult and labor intensive job but this highly skilled team pulled it off impeccably. My husband is so impressed with their skills and the quality of their work that he thinks of them as artists. We want to thank Eddie and his crew for transforming our new house into a beautiful home and highly recommend this fine company.

They were on time. Moved furniture, painted 2 rooms and removed wallpaper boarder. They did an excellent job and I will use them again..

I was very pleased with the service Luxz Painting and Design provided. They were extremely professional, timely and kept me informed with the process and when they were going to complete the job. In addition, they gave excellent advice regarding the paint color and finish. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Luxz Painting and Design. They did an "A plus" job.

Exceptional quality and workmanship. The entire crew was very professional and had a great attention to detail. They went above and beyond especially considering I had a hard time picking colors. The price was higher than I had budgeted but it was well worth the extra because they did a lot of wood repair and caulked every crevice they could find.

He confused date on calendar and had reschedule. His emails were not very professional and had a lot of grammatical errors. He left about 20 minutes before his 3 hours were up. He said he would be here at 8, but did not show up until about 8:45. The pressure washing he did was fine.

BUYER BEWARE: The power wash was just that... a power wash. The solution to get rid of small pockets of algae (not the whole house just pockets) on the bricks was at an extra cost. That cost should have been included in the price or stated in the advertisement. And what is with the running of the CC at time of purchase, not at the completion of the job. The scheduling process also doesn't work... when I called the vendor about a schedule date, I was told nothing was available for a least 30 days. When my dissatisfaction with that response was known... the schedule date was reset for a week!! All in all... an unsatisfactory experience!!

Very professional and friendly at the same time. Reasonable prices. Arrived at agreed time and completed the work earlier than estimated. Walked me through to be sure I was satisfied; which I was totally. Wish all service providers were this good. Highly recommended to anyone needing this service. Initially it was fine. I actually hired them twice. The last time I was a little disappointed but the first time was fine. On the second occasion, the work was fine but he was supposed to get a hold of me a couple of days later, and I never heard back from them. That's not big a deal but I actually got a little more work for him. We were going to discuss that prior to the package but I never heard back from them. I purchased the package and the second time I had a tiny bit more work and the package wasn't long enough to cover the small work that was left, and he was to follow up with me and give me a quote on just finishing a couple of things, but I never heard back from him. The first time I did give him extra money. It definitely was more of a challenging project than I had anticipated, and I agreed with him that it was challenging. The second time I was pleased with the work but I tend to find that this hiring painters for a day, they can paint slowly if they want to. The price was fair.

In Jan I called Eddie Torres who is the foreman of the 3 man team - Jose, Raoul, Marco - who came to do the work on my house. I needed the interior of my house painted because I failed to plan a job in advance and did not pick colors before ordering windows, blinds and even a door. I could not visualize the colors so was unable to make a decision about the color needed for the 3 bedroom, living room and dining room home. As I fretted about it to Eddie, he said not to worry, he would take care of the color. He chose very well and I love the colors chosen. Jose, Raoul and Marco began the work on Tues Feb 16th and they were finished on Fri afternoon. They prepped the house, moved some of the furniture that I could not moved, painted it and cleaned up behind themselves before they left on Fri. Because I have a cat, I did not want to burden my friends with asking if I could stay with them. So I asked Eddy the foreman if I would be able to stay at my house while the work was being done and he said yes. What was so great is that each day before they left, the guys made sure that there was a spot/room for me and the cat to stay during the night, (meaning all plastic was removed). I would use this company again when I get the chance.

The owner sent two painters, very courteous and respectful of our home, in the am. They painted our entry, stair hall and back entrance hall, completing project around 3 pm. They did an outstanding job of making clean, straight lines at crown moldings and providing complete coverage to walls. Their only oversight was not removing all tape and bits of brown paper from rear entrance. Overall, good value for the cost.

Eddie was very easy to work with on scheduling the job. He came out and met with us first and inspected the areas of the house we wanted painted. Then he sent his guys out to paint. Both worked for four hours and were very professional and thorough. We will definitely use Luxz Painting in the future.

Excellent attention to detail by Eddie and his crew. They cleaned up every day and were very neat. Walls and trim look beautiful! Highly recommend.

Great Job! Eddie is very easy to work with! I am from out of state and was in a process of buying an investment property. I contacted Eddie and had everything arranged with him over the phone. He purchased the paint for me and painted 1 bedroom. He was punctual, sent me pictures of the work in progress at different stages. My realtor told me that the quality of work was outstanding. The project was actually started ahead of the proposed schedule and the work was completed within the week. All of the jobs were done correctly with regard to repairs and painting. The workers were very polite and cleaned up their work space very well each day. They seem to enjoy the work and were eager to do the job to my satisfaction. Eddie is friendly and comes across as involved with his business and does make the effort to make sure the job is done. We had difficulty communicating what materials (paint) I wanted and in the end I went out and purchased the paint I wanted to use and paid extra beyond the contracted price. I didn't ask for any allowance or concession as I figured everyone would be mostly happy. Some weeks later, Eddie came back to the house looking for the paint I had purchased for this job. I'm not sure why as I had already collected all supplies from the work site and didn't expect to return the paint to him that he didn't purchase in the first place. All in all, I recommend that a customer use all the necessary communication tools: phone, text, email and letter to make sure the job is laid out and understood by all parties completely including who will buy materials and exactly which materials will be used.

It went really well. The two men that painted with very friendly and very pleasant to have in my home. The work was great. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Lutz Painting is a very professional operation. Eddie explained the scope of work they could accomplish in the time agreed without cutting corners. Since this was a deal for a day, it was important to know how much time taping and prep work would take out of direct painting time. I had a defined scope of work I wanted to accomplish which resulted in my adding one day to the work order. Eddie and his team are prompt, tidy, and pleasant. It was a pleasure working with them. I will definitely call them in the future.

John Carlo worked with me to schedule the power wash. This company will go a long way with their positive attitude and hardwork. They are very courteous and flexible with their customers. A lot of time is spent on my powerwashing at my home. The technician was very hard working gentleman and he really made sure that we got a great result. I would recommend Lux power wash to all my friends.
