Description of Work: Exterior paint of wrought iron fence. Prepped, primered and painted appx. 200 linear feet of fence in 8 man hours. Great job!! Had some initial problems on scheduling, but Eddie got things lined out. Job went as planned. Very professional! I will definitely use Luxz Painting again.

Description of Work: Power wash cleaning of house included rock, brick, and siding all areas of large home. House looks fresh and clean, removed all dingy and moldy looking areas. Very nice.

Description of Work: Absolutely great service. Everything was done perfectly. We have put our house on the market, and that day we had somebody coming to look at it. They were finished on time (even thought about putting the trash can at the back of the house), the work was perfect, and Eddie (the owner) even gave me some staging advise, and they cleaned up everything, even high pressure washed the carport. I can absolutely recommend this company, they treat your home as if it is their own!
