+ -1 moreINCREDIBLE SMALL BUSINESS! They did a walk-thru, before hiring, to clarify expectations. The owner accompanied her staff during the first session, to ensure customer satisfaction. Amazingly methodical and and professional approach to a thorough one-time deep cleaning. I had not originally intended or planned on recurring service, but was so pleased with the outcome, that I have reconsidered.

+ -1 moreI am a fairly new customer of Lux Class Cleaning and I am extremely impressed with my experience so far. They quickly gave me a fair quote for a once a week cleaning every Friday. They show up on time, bring all of their own supplies, are professional, polite and do an incredible job of cleaning my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment including washing and replacing bed linens on both beds. They are SO thorough in their cleaning. When cleaning surfaces or floors, they move EVERYTHING so that they can clean underneath and not just around it. My apartment has never been so clean! Very happy with their services and will be a customer for a long time! Tena
