They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They do a very good job. They clean up. They go beyond what they need to do. I appreciate that. With the dryer there would have been an opening left. Most places would just put a piece of cardboard over it and I would have had to call a carpenter. They put a metal piece over it to take care of it.

Called numerous plumbers on Angie's List, including some higher rated ones. Budget was the only one to call back Saturday night. It's Sunday morning now and Budget has fixed the problem. I have yet to receive a call back from any of the other companies. I needed help at an inconvenient time, and Budget and Rich Brumale were professional, honest, and helpful. The problem was in a very inaccessible spot, but Rich took to it without complaint, getting quite dirty. I knew I was going to pay too much for emergency service, and I did, however, no real alternative for me and my situation.

They did a good job, all together what they did was excellent. They worked on the shower, drains, and they rerouted the pipes. They worked on cabinets and installed a sewer drain. They got all the work done very quickly and they cleaned up their mess. They did a really good job.

Pilot light out in water heater. Attempted to start myself to no avail. Called around 3:30 pm, technician was scheduled the next morning. Was given a time period between 9:00 and noon, received a call at 9:30 that the guy was on his way, he arrived shortly after. He checked the unit, cleaned out the line and the screen under the tank and the pilot light worked. He spent about a half hour in the attic. The technician was very friendly.

They arrived on time, quickly assessed what need to be done and were very efficient in the whole process. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need (like a metal stand for $150) and they were very polite and professional. They saved me several hundred dollars from what a home supply store was going to charge and were much more pleasant to work with. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again.

The water heater was install in the attic.

Shortly after starting the draining process, a relief pipe burst in the attic of my 3 story town home. The installer was sitting in his truck and when I realized that water was spewing out of my Home Director box, I ran down 3 stories to get him. He finally got the water stopped and the rest of the installation went smoothly. I had to get a restoration company (recommended by Budget) to pull out the wet insulation, drill holes in the ceiling, spray anti-mold, and put fans on the wet areas. I still need to get a painter to patch the holes and repaint. Brett (the owner) offered to pay half of the cost of the water damage because they believe the damage was the fault of the homebuilder, but concede their guy should have been more attentive. I think like a lot of companies, one's experience can vary based on who comes to the house. This guy was young and had family problems. The company stood behind their work. UPDATE (2014): I've just replaced these water heaters because the installation was poorly done and they rusted. Also found out that gas water heaters must be inspected in my city and this company failed to arrange for the inspection.

The plumber showed up within one hour of my calling, almost to the minute of when he said he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was out of the house within 25 minutes.

The work done seems fine but expensive. HOWEVER, my appointment was for "before noon" and the servicemen did not arrive until 2:00 p.m. I will not call the company again as they were not even courteous enough to call me that morning to say they would not make it out until the afternoon.

Budget was very nice and professional. The serviceman also gave me good advice.

The guy was very nice and polite. I must stress he was a very nice young man. The work was done to my general satisfaction, but I'm pretty picky. I did not like the fact that he tracked water and leaves into the house all over the floor and carpeting (it was raining) and he did not check the strainer to see if it was leaking. I asked him to check, he did and made an adjustment. After he left, I filled the tub with water and the strainer did not seal well as all the water leaked out very quickly (over 10 minutes or less). However, I refilled the tub three more times in order to clean and sanitize the whirlpool and the next three times, the strainer did not leak a drop. Also, the cost was way over the original estimate that was supposed to be an easier Roman tub faucet installation than others.

They gladly fixed the leaky faucets they installed at no additional charge and turned off water to house and replaced the two additional valves then turned water back on. Fast service and very professional.

The plumber arrived early, estimated the work, and got started right away. He did a good job of keeping the bathroom area clean where he was working. He had to go up on the roof to unclog the vent pipe. He was done in about 2 hours. He was very cordial and had some funny conversations with our kids.

Very well...the plumber came on time and quickly installed the new faucets. He cleaned up after the job was complete - always a nice touch - and took away all the junk.

They called me back after I described the work to be done and refused to do it since it was too difficult.

My call was answered right away. I was told someone would contact me within the hour. After 1 hour nobody called. I phoned the company and they said someone was on his way. Shortly thereafter a youngish gentleman showed up. Borderline unpleasant but he got the job done efficiently. Did not clean up the small amount of water and styrofoam dust left behind even though I left a rag towel on the scene. I was given a $10 Angie's List discount.

The work was done professionally, neatly, and they did it quickly at the time they said they would. Reasonable price.

I was very pleased with the communication from the dispatcher to the technician. I received a quick assessment, and repair of a leaky flange. Jose was courteous and very clean and I thought the price was fair, for removing and draining the toilet and replacing the wax seal and welding a new flange onto the pipe. He was very neat and re-caulked better than before the leak and left everything tidy.

A very knowledgeable lady set up the job which was completed in about 2.5 hours. Price very comparable with Home Depot but the water heater is better quality.

Roy and Roger were the service providers. Upon inspection of the area of the water leak, Roy was immediately aware of the source of the problem. He went to work removing the toilet and refitting the flange to stop the leak. The job was finished in a little over an hour. Roy and Roger are professional and courteous. The job was completed for the price estimated.

It went fine. They were professional and clean cut. They were polite and helpful and did not try to put in extra charges. They offered to review the A/C for free as well. When they tore out the old wood stand, we did not expect to be left with two 2x2 holes in the wall where the old stand was. I understand they are plumbers, but leaving us with that was not in good taste. So now, we will have to get someone to patch that separately. They did work quickly. The project took about 2 hours. They did have to return the next day to fix a leak from the main supply connection.

Several calls have been made to my home and each time the service men were very courteous and helpful.

This is the second time I have called Budget Home Services for repairs and each time they responded promptly and were available the same day. Work was completed in timely manner. Worker were very friendly and offered other service with no pressure. I will call them again.

The plumber reviewed the tub upon arrival and his quick analysis was that the pipes under the house were broken. He did not take time to look closely at the pipes to determine the actual point of the leak. He was not thorough nor considerate of the customer concerns. He installed the faucet fixture and his final work was not professional. The visit concluded with a promised quote (for the tub) via snail mail.

The plumbers completed the work on the same day that the call was placed, although it was not an emergency. They were polite, professional and tidy. The job cost a little more than expected, due to the confined area in which they had to work.
