I don't recall any problems. They did a good job.

I sent them a picture of my chimney in an email and explained where it was leaking. They responded and called me to schedule a visit. Since I live so far from them, they scheduled a person that could make the inspection, give an estimate and do the work if we agreed. The men they sent out were very knowledgeable and polite and did the job well.

I was having serious problems with my clothes dryer not drying in 1 cycle. I knew the vent needed cleaning, as this has happened before. I had also been considering installing a dryer booster fan to help this problem. I called Lords and explained my problem. The person that answered the phone was very knowledgeable, helpful and listened well. She wanted to send out a certified specialists with a lot of experience. I got an appointment within two weeks, because they were busy and it was the holidays. Lords came out when they said they would. The owner, Lee, was great at finding out what the problem was, and knowing what needed to be done. Sheetrock would have to be cut. He gave me and estimate and scheduled an appointment for his crew a couple of days later. The crew came out and did a great job. They were knowledgeable and thorough. They were also careful at cutting the sheet rock, My dryer has never worked so well! They don't think I'll need that booster fan after all.

After inspecting the chimney they started a systematic leak test using a water hose on the outside with one person outside and one person inside. They had radios to communicate with each other. After about 45 minutes they found the source of the leak. It was not in the brick chimney as suspected but in the exterior window trim between the house siding and the trim.

They were prompt, followed up work in two days. I don't know if what they did worked yet, but they seemed to be confident that the problem was solved. They were able to perform work without me being there and called when they were 20 minutes from finishing. I thought the price was high, but I couldn't do the work myself and the repair had to be done before the water caused damage to the house. They tell me the work is guaranteed one year and they will return if problem still exist. I hope any future work if needed is covered under the original price. Other then that the workman were nice and efficient.

They were on time, neat, polite and performed all the work as promised. Excellent.

Outstanding work. Tom and Joel and their helper for the day, Justin, were excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner and was cleaned up beautifully when they left. Could not be more pleased.

They gave me a 10 year guarantee. I have no complaints.

I appreciate his professionalism. He was on time, didn't make a mess, and the camera was very effective at making the point that my chimney needs repairs before it catches fire!
