This was my second time to use Mr. Lopez. (The first time was several years ago.) I called him and he came out the next day to give me an estimate. We negotiated a little on what he would do, and the price. We told him to schedule the work on the day after Christmas, and he rang the bell that morning at 8:00 a.m. witrh a crew. The men were courteous, business like, and competent. Mr. Lopez worked with his crew and continually checked their work for perfection. They did an outstanding job. The job took several days, and the Lopez crew cleaned everything up each night. I plan to use him again in April for some more projects.

Let me add my enthusiastic and quot;Aand quot; rating for Mr. Lopez. He and his son painted the interior of our house and did a great job with minimum disruption. These are the hardest-working, most-courteous people that I have ever hired. They worked from the minute they arrived to the time to leave and never took a break, except for lunch. When my wife noticed that the caulk on one of the front windows was cracked, Mr. Lopez agreed to fix it for her (at no additional charge). Not only did he fix it, but he painted the sill and the three other window sills on that side of the house so they would all match. He was the lowest priced of the bids I got and I was a little nervous but his 125 A ratings (now 126) put me more at ease. The results were excelent.

Great overall, most reasonable estimate. I have another job for them in 3 weeks, and they already gave me an estimate for that job.

The guys arrived on time, and got started immediately. I had given them the specific paint colors beforehand, and they were ready to go. They immediately went to work taking out the damaged ceiling pieces, and then put up new drywall. They did a good job taping it and then applying the joint compound so the seam wouldn't show. After that, they began removing the wallpaper from the walls in the bathroom. This took a while, but they kept at it and finally took a break at lunch. Their lunch break was also relatively quick, as they seemed eager to finish the work. When they came back from lunch they began painting. They did a great job taping up the corners, and then painting all the areas. When they painted outside the lines a couple of times, they quickly corrected it. Finally, they cleaned up and went home, all within the time window they estimated would take to do the work. The only reason I did not give them a higher score on quality is because we had a misunderstanding with the toilet. I expected them to paint behind it, but I certainly did not specify that ahead of time. If they had told me to, I would have removed the toilet to give them some space but I only realized this once they asked me to do a final walk-through. It is relatively hidden, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but that is the only nit I would cite. Their prices are not good or bad, but certainly fair. I was okay with not taking the cheapest price in order to get a contractor that seemed trustworthy, and they were very responsive whenever I called while I was researching contractors. I would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves.

This was an attic water line burst. There was lot of sheetrock damage including hanging celing sheetrock. Joe Lopez relpaced celings, plumber cut outs, insulation, and did some painting He always left a clean job while the required drying time passed. Joe Lopez is very easy to work with, and he always kept me advised of what he was doing..

Did a great job on our wall - replacing piece of sheetrock, painted entire area to look flush with rest, also painted wall by stiars and offered great idea on the stairwell. Good cleanup. Would use again.

They did a good job. The price was really good and they did the work fast.

Mr. Lopez was very punctual when I called for an estimate. He was polite and gave a good estimate, the work began right on time, with him and his 2 helpers. He was always there to see that they did a good job and he participated on the job as well. They cleaned up their mess very well. I was pleased with the outcome and will hire him again for some interior sheetrock work and painting within the next couple of months.

This is my third time using Lopez Painting since I like them so much. I had 2-inch cracks in my walls that needed repair, and I wanted to repaint the interior. Luis worked steadily for 10 days, including the weekend, about 9 hours a day. I really appreciate how he does one job at a time from start to finish instead of leaving a customer in-between other jobs. I cannot even tell where the cracks were since his repair. My house is tricky because I have regular drywall and old-fashioned paneling that was painted over. He matched the texture perfectly. He also cleaned up at the end of every day. Not a drip of paint on my hardwood floors!

came out, gave me an estimate and they started a couple of days later. spent a lot of time cleaning and scraping old paint. did an excellent job of preparing and the final outcome was great.

The quote was for $ 400. I found another vendor to whom I gave the work to. It was a small job but he had good references. All the walls in my house have a popcorn sort of a pattern on the ceiling. It has a different sort of pattern and I needed it emulated on the wall where he did the repairs. Then I wanted it painted also so that you would never be able to tell that the wall was repaired. I thought it was a good estimate. I will not consider him to give me a quote in the future.

They did a great job. It was a good experience. I was very impressed with what they did. He showed up when he said he was going to. He worked the weekends for us so that we didn't have to take out as much time during the week from work. They worked hard and got it done. They did a good job.

The owner and his family members arrived as promised and went to work. They protected my wood floors, and moved and covered the furniture as they painted. They corrected problems on the walls and carefully removed our pictures. They were careful about the color I wanted to use in each room. They connected a new light in a different place in the wall and fixed the hole left by the old light. They put new towel bars and shower curtain bar up in the 2nd bath. They were so quick and precise that at the end of each day my home was back in order. We were never inconvenienced by furniture moved and covered for overnight. The job was finished in 4 days. They left my home in better than new condition and really cared that we were pleased with their work. They called a couple days later to ask if all was good. I highly recommend the Lopez Painters.

Mr. Lopez responded promptly for our request for a quote. His estimate was reasonable and he provided a written quote at our request. On the day of the job he arrived promptly and went directly to work with one extra crew member. They covered furniture in the work areas and taped where needed. We had him paint ceilings in 4 rooms and paint the walls in our master bath using our paint. They finished the job in two days and touched up requested areas during our walk around. The job was paid for when finished. I would use his services again in the future.

We had them out to look at a couple of jobs so they could give us an estimate but they never got back to us. The men were prompt and professional and they were looking real good to us except they never got back to us. We were disappointed. I will not use them again in the future.

He was fine. He was fairly professional and understood English, unlike some of the other guys. The estimate was free. His price of around $6000 was super high; it was three times higher than the company I ended up using. I don't really know why the price was so high. I would not consider getting another quote from him in the future.

The pressure washing was good. I also needed some drywall work to be done inside but they were more interested in trying to paint the house than to put the sheetrock in. Their estimate was $800 to put the sheetrock which was ridiculously high and absurd. So, I just had them do the pressure washing which was okay but they did not do the touch up painting. I disliked the fact that they were more interested in upselling the painting instead of what I needed to do and also disliked that their estimate was ridiculously high.

Luis and his team did an excellent job. He started only three days after I called him for the first time, and finished a rather large job in half the time expected. The paint job was clean, professional, and worth hiring him to do it.

Wonderful. On time for estimate and offered the best price among three quotes. On time for job and performed correctly.

I would give them top ratings. Their price was fair. They are excellent. I have used them 2-3 times now.

Nice guy showed up to quote job within 15 minutes of time promised. We wanted a lot of detail work, and overall the job required different colors for the trim, garage door, and front door; a different type and color for the garage door trim pieces; different types of paint for the metal and plastic parts of the downspouts and drain inlets; primer for the lintels; and stain for the fence. We gave him the job based on other reports in Angie's list. They did everything right, in two days, and it looks great. Much better than when it was new, which was only 4 years ago. A side comment about that: Builder used Sherwin Williams, and the west facing portions faded badly, and unevenly, pretty quickly. We had Lopez use Behr and Glidden, based on Consumer Reports ratings. We are hoping it will last much longer, or at least fade uniformly.
