Good. Would seek a more reputable painter for repairs needed to existing drywall prior to painting.

Never returned my call asking for an estimate.

Showed up on time for estimate and to complete job. Was professional and I would use them again.

He was punctual when meeting to bid the job, and he had the better bid. We purchased our own paint, and he finished the job in one day with 2 painters. We have 2 story walls in the downstairs area. We also had him remove a wallpaper border in the kitchen, and wallpaper in a decorative inset before painting.

Originally hired to repair drywall, prep and paint bedroom which included closets, walls with chair rails, ceiling and doors. In addition, original job included painting exterior garage door. The room and garage door looked great so we asked that he come back and paint hallway trim which included base boards, chair rail, door frames and doors (7 doors). On day one, Mr. Lopez had 2 workers, days 2 and 3 Mr. Lopez had one additional worker. They trully worked 8-10 hour days with only a short lunch break. Mr. Lopez was an active participant in the drywall repair and painting. Mr. Lopez and his crew were all professional and courteous, arriving at scheduled time and cleaning up at end of day. There were some minor imperfections with the trim and the only other area of concern was around an outlet which should have added the 'stippling' of the drywall repair for a better look. Even with these minor issues, we asked that they return and work on the hallway. We would definetly recommend Lopez Painting and plan to use their services in the future. As for price, I had only one other quote which was $100.00 less and Mr. Lopez met same price. In addition, with the cost of service, all materials were provided by provider.

Luis Lopez of Lopez Painting did an outstanding job. Over the course of three days, using paint that we provided, he painted the main hallways of our new home and all the interior trim. He worked accurately, diligently, and on time. We couldn't be happier with the paint job. The price was also extremely competitive. We will not hesitate to use Lopez Painting for all our major future paint jobs.

The son came by to give an estimate. He gave me details of what needed to be done. He was very professional. They were very neat and clean as they were doing job. There were no surprises, hidden fees, or changes to the price. I do plan on hiring Lopez Painting for more jobs. I would definitely recommend Lopez Painting to family and friends. I called Luis and he came by to see what I wanted done. He walked around the house and took notes. Then he gave us his estimate for the work. It was a reasonable estimate so we had him start on the job the next day. He had him paint 2 bedrooms and the master, the family room, the dining room, game room and the laundry room. He also sanded and painted the baseboards and some of my crown molding. He textured and repainted a full bathroom plus sanded and repainted the bathroom cabinets. He and a helper cover and protected my furniture and floors. They carefully took things off the wall. They worked very hard everyday. I never saw them wasting time or slacking off. Luis is a very meticulous about his work. After he had finished, he had me walk around the house to see if I noticed spots missed. I did find a couple and he went back and did them. Later, I had Luis power wash the trim on the exterior of my house and he did a great job on that, too. Luis does excellent work. He takes pride in his work. I am very happy to have found Luis on Angie's List. My house looks wonderful!

He came to my home and we discussed the proposed jobs and prices. I thought we were about to reach an agreement but but after I started asking for a breakdown on the prices, concerned about whether the prices included labor and material. He started talking about how busy he was and that we should call someone else. We took his suggestion and called some one else and got a very satisfactory job for about a half of Mr Lopez's quote.

For the past 4 or 5 years Luis has done painting for me. I have always been very happy with his work. He is honest and trustworthy. He takes care to cover all areas needed and cleans up after the painting. I will continue to use him whenever I need a painter.

Called Mr. Lopez for an estimate who told me that he only did smaller repair jobs. Reading the 1/17/2012 report contained here in, I mentioned this job to him this job - which was a job very close to my job. He could not remember. He kept telling me he only did smaller jobs. I feel like I wasted my time calling; I was not pleased with the call. I will not call the gentleman back for any type of repair.

They were very good. They came out that day that we requested them. They came out and did an estimate that night and we paid for half of it. They were here the next day, for the next three days and got the job done. They were polite and we liked them a lot. We live probably an hour away from the place of business and they drove out in the night and were here right on time for the next three conservative days. They were very nice guys; just a couple of them came. They were good and came out that day. They did everything we asked them to. We really liked them. We were expecting the price to be twice the amount they took. They were here on time.

Totally professional from arriving on job, setup and completion. Expectations were exceeded. I will use them for all future painting work in my company. Not only did they do an excellent job with painting, all items hanging on walls were replace into their original place.

Am getting a home reasy for resale. He Returned my call right away. Scheduled meeting. Showed up. We haggled ove the price. We scheduled the work. I gave him partial upfront for supplies. The work was acceptable but not spectacular. I had asked him to remove all brackets, clips etc. that had added up over the years and he didn't. Not all holes were patched. They painted by hand and spray. Some over spray on pool deck and plants. He hand painted a 20' section of wrought iron fence which was well done. There was some paint spots on the lawn. I thought we agreed to a much lower price (his accent threw me). He wrote his estimate down in his notebook so I paid him what he had written.

Mr. Lopez was punctual, nice, and very affordable; he replaced drywall and painted over on an area of the first floor ceiling. However, the quality of the work was not top quality. I would probably hire him again because partially, it was my fault for not having a walkthrough with him when he was done. The property he repaired however is a rental and I felt I didn't want to bother the tenants again. It was early May when we went to the property for an inspection when I noticed that the quality of the repair was not very good.

Mr. Lopez took great care to patch the wall, and my renter was shocked that he couldn't tell where the original hole was, after the patch, texture, and paint was complete. But they did a great job. Mr. Lopez was very professional, and was very clear up front regarding what work was to be done, and how much he'd charge. He ended up doing more work than originally defined, but he didn't increase his bill. I had to remind him that he did more work, so I just paid him extra. I'll definitely call him again. They were prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.

To prepare to put the house on the market and wanting it to look fresh, I had the closets painted (never done in 28 years) and had touchup done on the walls that were painted a few years prior. After the painting was underway I decided I would like to have the house/sidewalks/driveway powerwashed. Mr. Lopez was prompt to provide me with an estimate, he was willing to do the job without my being home so I didn't have to miss work, and he did a good job. I would use them again.
