Description of Work: He painted one bedroom and the trim and the closet and put in a new closet floor. He picked up the paint for me. We have used him on previous jobs. He always protects the floors. He is always right on time. He has very good manners. Always does a very good job. We would use him again.

Description of Work: Mr. Lopez and his assistant repaired and painted several rooms in my home. |As was true the previous time that he worked at my home, he is extremely careful in his work, and the finished product displays his professionalism. He is a craftsman, and I would recommend him to anyone. Also, he is both punctual and polite. I will turn to him again to work at my home.

Description of Work: I was getting quotes on some work on my house. I did not use this company as I used a painter I had used before. But, I will keep them in mind as they were professional and prompt and seemed to know what they were talking about.. Their quote was actually less than the painter I used, but I went with a known commodity.

Description of Work: I found Mr. Lopez's business under the category of "Drywall". I called Mr. Lopez and by phone gave him a small idea of what was needing to be done--he agreed to come by after work and look at the job needing to be done. He arrived to my modest 3/2bath home about a half hour after he initially said, no big deal. I explained that I had a very rough texture ceiling treatment over the entire living room and connected dining room which was original to the house that had been painted w/oil based paint making it very hard to get rid of. I dont think it took him 1 min to say "you need to find somebody else...I don't do this type of work". That was understandable, he said that he only does interior/exterior paint...siding replacement. I was glad to hear that because of the many projects I had on my list, exterior paint was one. I explained that I also needed exterior painting to be done and he said he would have to come back to look at the job (by now it was dark outside and too hard to see the exterior of the house.) As he left, I did not get the impression that even then he was interested. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe he was tired the night before, and called him the next day. He remembered the visit the night before and said he said I should get someone else..."I only do big jobs." In my mind, the exterior painting job would roughly come to $1200-ish. It sounded to me very snobbish for him to say that. So as an Angie's list member, my first impression conclusions for this company is this: A) Angie's list should remove his company's connection to "Drywall" in the Angie's list search engine B) Mr. Lopez seems to only be interested in "big jobs" as he stated, so any potential "small jobbers" interested in procuring his services, you might want to look elsewhere for help.
