LOPEZ PAINT CONTRACTOR Lopez Paint Contractor, did a fine job.

Everything was handled just as I expected.

They were amazing from work ethics to working six days a week!!! Bath remodel and new tile floors, drywall, moldings, painting etc. Even the references I called could not recommend them highly enought!! Don't call anyone else - I know I will call Mr. Lopez again and again!!!!

They were very reasonable and the job was well done. They were prompt and cleaned up well after themselves.

I first just wanted him to paint the living, kitchen, dining, and master. He quoted me a fair price. Once they started work, I was so impressed with quality, professionalism, and cleanliness that I had him quote me for the rest of the house (two more bedrooms, two more bathrooms, gameroom upstairs (including tall difficult stairwell). They did the whole house in a few days. We have high ceilings throughout, rounded corners, and they did a fantastic job. They also did all the ceilings and everything looks great. Very happy. Mr. Lopez was very nice, professional, and hard working. He would call when he was on his way, and would call at end of day to provide update. They even came out on Sunday to finish some work. They also very carefully removed all our blinds, painted around the windows, then put blinds back and would not even know anyone touched them. Nothing damaged and left house very clean.

Wanted to schedule while we were out of town for the holidays. Elias, the owner, came and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work (this is the 3rd time I've used Lopez). They did a great job. Unfortunately, we decided we wanted to change the color of the trim in the kitchen and Lopez came out the following Saturday after we returned to repaint the trim and do all other touchup work required. Highly recommend Lopez Paint Contractors.

Luis was great. He responded promptly to all my phone calls and came out and gave us a quote the same day. Once we decided to go with his quote he was able to start right away. For such a large job I expected several guys to show up but it was only 3 people total. Initially I was a little nervous about contractors being in the house but after a couple of days I realized it would be fine and they worked unattended the last few days without any problems. Luis and his workers were very prompt, courteous and friendly. They took care to keep things clean while working and always cleaned up and organized their tools at the end of the day. Their painting was very good. I had some special requests and Luis made sure that it met my expectations. Overall I was very pleased with their work and my picky friend even commented on how good of a job it was. My only comment would be that this is not a "professional" operation in the sense that they have a business office with personnel in uniforms with expensive ladders and scaffolding etc. If that is what you are looking for, then expect to pay twice the price you get from Luis. I will definitely use him again.

He came the next day and he was prompt and polite. He gave me an estimate that was quite a bit higher than the other estimates I had gotten. I liked what he did, he was on time, he didn't take long and he was very detailed in what it was I wanted done. He gave me an estimate before he left and he was very knowledgeable.

Corrected areas where squirrels had scratched their way in to our attic. Overall, we were very satisfied, and would use their service again.

Mr. Lopez is one of the best painters I've ever used. Clean, professional, courteous, and they did a good job.

They do an excellent job. They came when they said they would and finished by the time frame they stated. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. I am happy with their work.

Mr. Lopez did an excellent job with our house painting project. We were on a very tight schedule to move in, and he accommodated our requests for dates. He also went out of his way to paint small sections of wall to see if the color was what we expected and to grab new samples of paint and apply them when they were not quite what we wanted. In the end, we had exactly what we wanted. He and his crew were on time and got the job finished on time, even when it meant working late one night to meet the schedule. The actual work was very good, and I have been pleased with the results for some time.

Lopez Paint Contractor did a excellent job of repainting the outside of my home. They were really good with the small details. If you would call them that. They did a real good job with the trim and the windows look really nice. The guys are very professional, always show up on time, and were never unruly.

THE PAINTERS WORKED HARD, AND DID GOOD WORK, NOT MISSING A SPOT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH ME. I HAD SOME QUESTIONS AND STRUGGLED TO GET ANSWERS, BUT IN THE END, THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THE SHOWED UP ON-TIME, WORKED HARD AND HAD IT FINISHED QUICKLY. I FOUND NO SIGNS OF THE PAINT ON MY SIDING.
