Lopez Paint Contractor

Mr. Lopez gave me a very reasonable estimate but I think that I am going to try to use somebody else. He had it split out in two different estimates and I think that the total of it turned out to be somewhere between $3,500 and $3,700 or something like that. He was very aggressive when he did his estimate when he came out and looked around. He kept wanting to replace this and replace that instead of just painting it and that kind of turned me off. It was like he was trying to create work. The company that I am planning to use did not do that and I had one other guy come to give me an estimate and he did not do that as well. They only did what I asked them to do while Mr. Lopez was different. He was very aggressive about wanting to replace everything. It also took him a little while to get the estimate back to me but that was okay. He actually showed up on time for the appointment. He was here when he was supposed to be but I would probably not get another quote from them in the future.

Very professional and good at their job...

They were excellent. They really did a good job. First day was really messy because they didn't cleaned up but the next day they cleaned up and each day after that they cleaned up. They come in time everyday.

The work performed is excellent and I plan on using this company again whenever I need any painting done. More than satisfied.

The crew did a great job and suggested some things that worked out well. I thought they were very conscientious. Everything went smoothly with no problems. Some extra coats of paint were required which added some to the original cost estimate but I thought everything was very fair.

Mr.Lopez came out the day I called and gave me an estimate on the prize to paint my entire house. The price was good considering all the work that needed to be done. His workers showed up on time and moved all the furniture to the center of the room and covered it with plastic and began to put plastic on the carpet and floors so they wouldn't mess them up painting.It took them 3 days to complete the job which is what Mr Lopez said it would take. The workers checked with us from time to time to make sure that the place was being painted the way we wanted. Mr Lopez himself came out on the second day to make sure that they were doing what they were supposed to. When the job was completed they moved all the furniture back into place swept and vacuumed up any messes that they made. When they saw we were happy with their work they thanked us for letting them do the job. They collected the money and said if we had anything else that we need them to do to please call. We were very pleased with the crew and their work and I would hire them again.

They arrived on schedule, did a good job and cleaned up all of their trash when finished. Lopez was operating as a sub-contractor and I do not know the cost for their work.

They were prompt, neat and did good work.

The painters were great. Arrived on time ,were conscientious and professional. When they were done cleaned up and moved all the furniture back in place. I would definitely use them again.

This contractor went far above and beyond our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The crew was professional and did an outstanding job in all the repairs and the painting. We will definately have them quote painting the whole downstairs in a couple of months. Their work was excellent.....I can't tell them thank you enough!!!! We had several contractors scheduled to give us quotes but after the visit by Mr. Lopez we called and cancelled all the others. His nephew did an outstanding job and the quality of the work performed is next to none!!!

They did fine, they came on time and they worked thoroughly.

They gave us an estimate which we accepted. A time was scheduled within two weeks and they showed up on time. The work was completed ahead of schedule. They were very professional and got to work immediately. They moved the furniture out of their way and replaced everything where it belonged when finished. They also vacuumed the rooms that they worked in when finished. It was a great experience working with this company and will definitely use them again.

Initial contact and pricing was timely, work start was as promised. All work done in good workmanlike manner, Will definitely be using Luis again.

It was a big job and a major disruption in our lives but we expected that. Elias Lopez's team worked hard and long and finished the job in 4 days. Elias got them started each day and checked on the progress in the afternoon. His son headed up the team working on our home. We were impressed how careful they were to protect our hardwood floors and furniture. Overall, we are very pleased and so happy to have the repairs done and freshly painted rooms. Note the price did not include the paint but did include primer and everything else. Elias can buy the paint for you if you wish, but I had not yet decided on the paint so I purchased it a couple of days later.

Representative showed up when promised, so did the workers. Did good work in a reasonable time, and the workers were professional, careful, and friendly.

We were very satisfied. They did a very good job at removing some difficult wallpaper and repainted several rooms (kitchen and breakfast room).

They did a good job. The man that was in charge was very efficient. He told me what had to be done and I liked that. He noticed things that I hadn’t noticed and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. The men were very respectful and very clean; they were very nice people.
