Lots of problems. Problems are to be expected on any job. But problems were not resolved timely or satisfactorily or completely.

Swimmingly, once she worked me into her schedule (about six weeks between deposit and doing the work). The crew prepped every non-grass part of my yard--removing weeds, etc.--not just the replanting areas. Hurricane Harvey had deposited every weed seed in Harris county on my property. The design is pleasing and I'm very happy with it. In the front yard photo, the large shrub at the back was existing. But they weeded the area and mulched it.

I have been using this company continually since 2013, so disregard the field that limits response to a particular date. Lisa Laird is professional and responsive, and the landscape crew that comes to my house every tuesday is top notch. I am very happy with the quality of the their services and highly recommend them.

.Our home would not look the same without their constant attention. There are here promptly when planned which is weekly at 8:00am every Thursday. Always willing to do whatever needs to be done and then some. My yard is something I do not have to worry about and am always receiving compliments on it.

Lisa discussed the projects with me in a very professional manner, understood quickly what I wanted and made excellent suggestions for problem areas and submitted a detailed bid for the work. Overall the crews delivered prompt and courteous service. The cleanup and trimming crew did an excellent job as did the sprinkler crew, sprinklers performing well.

Terrible customer service! I called them for a quote and we set up a time. A week or so later, I never heard a peep from them, so I wasn't sure the time had been confirmed (I'm used to businesses giving and quot;call aheadsand quot; to let you know they're heading out to your property and confirming the date/time.) I never received a call ahead, and I wasn't going to leave work until I knew for sure they'd be there to meet me. I tried calling their number but it just rang and rang and then went to the answering service. Finally, one girl picked up, said she'd call me back but she never did. In the meantime, my boyfriend was at my house and saw them pull up. He told them I'd be there in ten minutes, but he said the lady had an attitude, slammed her car door and looked frustrated. When I got there, they had left! No one was there and I never even received a call back after leaving a message and calling multiple times. I guess they didn't want the work that badly, but it was very poor customer service on their part. They have to understand that people like me work during the week and have to use their lunch breaks to meet with them for bids -- and a simple call ahead to confirm would have cleared this whole mess up. Long story short -- I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Someone who gets a short temper that easily shouldn't be around sharp objects, in my opinion.

Excellent. Lisa's crew has been with her for the 6+ years that we have used her company. That says a lot in the landscaping business. They are professional and trustworthy.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD. MS. LAIRD IS TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE. WHEN WE POINTED OUT THAT SHE HAD NOT DONE ALL THE TRIMMING, SHE GOT DEFENSIVE. WHEN WE ASKED WHEN SHE WOULD FINALLY DO THE WORK THAT SHE OUTLINED IN HER OWN CONTRACT, SHE GO EVEN MORE DEFENSIVE AND THEN RESIGNED. WE HAVE PAID HER FOR 9 MONTHS AND NOT ONCE SEEN ANY FERTILIZING OF ANYTHING! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYBODY ELSE DOES.
