Lonestar Custom Construction & Remodeling, LLC (LCC&R) is a growing company based out of a home office in Southwest Houston capable of undertaking a vast amount of tasks. We are licensed and insured where required and offer decades of experience in each of our respective fields. We specialize in renovations and remodels, large and small. Room additions, wall removals, flooring (laminate, engineered flooring, tile, luxury vinyl, conventional hardwood), window replacements/upgrades, cabinetry, painting, Kitchen and bathroom remodels are amongst our favorite, and we are able to offer design, advice, and a vast variety of selections and options through our vendors and own expertise. We strive to exceed our client's expectations and offer only quality and a friendly experience. Our services are from the ground up and everything in between, interior and exterior. This was the worse contractor ever. Please do not use this company, they are dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent. They were supposed to install bathroom tile, they ruined my plumbing, did hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my property, and left all of the trash inside my unit. I am going to have to pay at least 800 dollars to fix the damage that they did. I have pictures to document this. Again I will say...DO NOT use this contractor.

DO NOT HIRE!!! We hired Chris Juarez and his company to do an addition to our existing home as well as an entire house renovation. It went well at first. Then the excuses for delays started, we've heard it all. Then conveniently every time we started to waiver or were coming close to another draw, work magically got done. At the end of almost 2 years we still don't have a livable home, most of the work that was done wasn't done up to code. We had to hire another contractor to redo and finish the job which will cost us way more than the original bid. Chris Juarez has no problems with hiring poor subs that don't know what they are doing, doesn't stand behind his work, and has no remorse for stealing our money or leaving a nurse with an autistic child, a physically disabled husband and a retired teacher grandmother without a livable home. We are still having to pay for his mistakes in addition to double our own living expenses, not to mention the emotional toll this has taken on the kids. This company and its owner are a fraud. Please see attached photos of what $177,000 will get you with Chis Juarez.

Initially all seemed to start out well. Christ Juarez, Remodeler was communicating with me, but then it stopped. He started the job but then I would get excuses why he couldn't come out to work on my project. This went back and forth and needless to say he didn't finish the job. At some point he wouldn't respond to my text and/or email messages. And finally when he did, I had had enough of him. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY

Afternoon Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed], it seems there was much confusion about scheduling, what Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was trying to achieve etc. although my efforts were extended extensively. I am unsure why Mr. [Member Name Removed] always refused to show face or speak directly, everything came from Mrs. [Member Name Removed], who we worked with extensively in attempt to ensure all went well. We attempted many times over to contact you and over deliver on every aspect, I am sorry that for whichever reason, personal or otherwise we were unable to further assist you. Many changes were made post contractual agreement some of which were unpaid for, we appreciate very greatly the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you guys all the best, enjoy your she shed, we really turned it around and it looks great now🙂. - With all my gratitude, Chris J.
