Everything about my experience with Lone Star Pro Service was great, from the first phone call to the estimator's very thorough assessment to the fantastic job they did cleaning out the duct work. Along with dust and dirt, they even vacuumed out chunks of plaster that were probably in the ducts since the house was built, 95 years ago!

I was very pleased with the mold remediation work that Lone Star Pro did for us and have already recommended them to my sister and brother-in-law. Their quote came back in a timely manner, unlike their two competitors. Their price was competitive. They did the work they committed to do when and within the time frame that stated and came back for a followup visit very quickly addressing the minor concerns I had in a very thorough manner. All in all a very positive experience. I don't wish mold on anyone, but if you have it, use Lone Star Pro Service to get it removed!

Work was done very professionally and to our complete satisfaction. In doing the work, even though the Lone Star Pro team had to do more work than the estimate provided, they stuck to their original estimate. This was very much appreciated as they showed commitment to not surprise us on the charges.

First of all, I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this AWESOME company and the owner, George! We had just bought our house a few weeks ago, and everything needed some maintenance/cleaning. Super friendly, professional, and clean. Laid sheets down as to not damage or dirty our floors, even wiped the floors after he was done! I am beyond impressed at the integrity and honesty from these people. It is SO rare to find anywhere, let alone with a service company for any type of home maintenance or repair. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! We will use them again and again!

We contracted for air duct vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Lone Star Pro was very smooth and professional.

Helped me with questions about air quality in my home and specific causes and treatments when tests proved I had issues. As a result, I am well on my way toward a cleaner, safer environment. During the construction of my restaurant, the subcontractors uncovered mold. A colleague recommended me to contact George from Lone Star Pro Services. George was able to work with me to get rid of the mould. I will be working with them again in future to ensure that no mold is seen in my building again.

I thought I was going to have to get a new AC unit, mine being 13 years old. George assured me that they typically last from 15-20 years. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, and did it all in a quick, professional, and friendly manner. Instead of spending thousands of dollars, I spent around $200.

The guys arrived on time and arrived to work immediately. They knew what their jobs were and they executed their job quickly which was installing a New HVAC System. They took less time than I thought.

I woke very early in the morning only to find out that there was water in our crawl space. We called Lone Star Pro services who came and gave us the estimate of repairing the damage. This was after George did the inspection. We were prepared to pay anything as long as the solution was found. As usual they never disappoint to be honest this is a company that has a lot of integrity. I will highly recommend the company. Great experience.

George was amazing from start to finish. What impressed me was how he was able to explain everything thoroughly and even went above and beyond in the repair and explanation. From the word go it was clearly seen that he was knowledgeable in repairing the leakage from the tank. I was impressed by his knowledge. Great service delivered. I will be hiring again.
