James from Lone Star Pro did such a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer venting in my house! They were on time, professional, and friendly. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered all of my questions. Their price was definitely reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Mike were prompt, professional and provided thorough details of the duct cleaning process. They left my house with no signs they were even here. Job took about an hour and a half. I would use Lone Star Pro again based on my experience. Highly recommend!

Mike and James showed up right at the beginning of the arrival window which was very refreshing. Not having to wait around was very appreciated. We hired Michigan Lone Star Pro to clean our ducts and we were so glad that we did! Our home is not that old, but we did perform some home renovation projects which kicked up a lot of dust and debris in the house. They provided before and after photos and we were shocked at how bad they actually were!

Work began the next day and was completed quickly and thoroughly. He was present when our insurance agent came to do the inspection claim, and worked very well with them. Overall a good experience.

A/C was not cooling all of the sudden on a hot day. Called and got someone on the phone right away who got a repairman out that same day. He called ahead, was courteous and prompt, had the part to fix the problem and we were back in business. Couldn't have asked for better!!!!

When Mike, the tech, arrived on Sunday evening he originally thought we needed a new thermal coupler. It soon became apparent our problem was much worse, we had a crack in our heat exchanger. He patiently explained our options and answered our questions. We decided to replace our furnace with a new unit. Lucky for us Mike and crew arrived early Monday morning. by early evening we were warm and cozy.
