very well, technician was on time - no waiting to the end of the timeframe mentioned. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, professional, explained additional cost in words and with diagram - all easy to understand. Work was completed quickly and t o my satisfaction; air feels cleaner. Instead dirt most was discovered in ducts. Problem was remedied at once without second appointment.

It went very well, the tech called before hand as requested and arrived on time. He was very informative and courteous. The job was completed very quickly which allowed me to return to work with minimal time out, which I really appreciated! I look forward to working with this company again.

Alex and George did a great job on restoring ur old grout and tile. We been living in ur house for 18 years and never had it clean, and I was sure that we would need to replace this tile. Lone Star Pro Services scrubbed and washed the tile to almost a new condition, we are very happy with the service and our friends ware shocked when they saw our kitchen after the cleaning. Highly recommend!

I have almost 700sqft of tile. This guys did an amazing job. They made my tile almost new and also seal it within 2 days. I'm really happy. I'm not surprised they have such a great reputation online.

They called with an estimated arrival time and George spent extra time to make sure a couple spots were removed. When done, because it was raining outside, he wiped all my floors down where the hoses were. These guys take a lot of pride in their work and you will not be disappointed. Very professional!

There was an issue, no show, with the original appointment scheduled for a late Friday afternoon. When the timeframe was nearly expired I call the office for status, but it was closed. Monday reached out to them again and got an appointment for same afternoon. Very prompt, apologetic, professional and informative gents.

They did an amazing job on carpet cleaning. Only $149 whole house!!!! They didnt ask any extra for pet treatment and stains. AMAZING!

My Carpet look amazing and super clean, and it was only $149. My dryer working good, and they showed me a lot of stuff coming out of it. They also showed me pictures of air ducts. Amazing job!!!!

Alex came out, called and gave a 20 minute warning of his arrival. He was very professional, inspected several of the vents and both units in the attic. He took pictures of the unit, ducts and seals with his phone showing the issues. A quote was provided on-site and we proceeded with the work the same day.

They were very easy to work with from the first interaction to schedule the appointment via phone and later on with a rescheduling when I'm late coming back home for the appointment. George, the owner, came to do the job with another young man. They are very professional and honest. They told me my dryer vent is not in a bad condition at all, but they still executed the job diligently, even with the rain. They also taught me a few tips regarding installing a better vent cover, etc. They took care of all the things like this is their own house. If you are looking for dryer vent cleaning or air duct cleaning, give them a chance!

George, the owner, was extremely professional and pleasant. He was quick to respond to my initial request and did a thorough review of our air duct system. He recommended an additional service that was very much needed (mold killer), and was clear to communicate timelines. When he was running a bit late, he called ahead to let me know, and stayed late to finish the job. George is very knowledgeable, direct and honest. I would strongly recommend his services, and I'm grateful we had the much needed check up. The air quality has been significantly better since, and he really educated us on what we can do to keep our air in tip top shape.

My friend is a house inspector, he told me its needs to be all cleaned, so i called AC people, but they also was not able to finish the job until its cleaned!!! So, i called Lone Star, amazing job, my friend took their cards and going to use them again, after he saw results, thank you! And i liked that, before any job they offered me free inspection to tell all prices up front!!!!

I found their deal online on Groupon, and didn't know if its same company or not (it same), but they did an excellent job at my house in Oregon. They Cleaned my furnace and ducts, furnace doesn't make any sounds now, and my bills are less. dust is gone!

We moved in TX 3 years ago, and unfortunately our house is in flood area, during this heavy rains our house got flooded again, so we had to call someone to help us out. We decided to go with Lone Star Pro Services. They was on time, very accurate and professional. After they checked everything, they came up with estimate. The estimate was lower than insurance company coverage. It was absolutely amazing experience, very clean and professional. The tech told me the my ac area was flooded to (its in the hallway) and we might have some issues later on. He was wright, after almost a month we started to have some issues with air quality, we asked them to come back and check everything, they easily found the problem and fixed it! Thanks a lot, will defensively use again!
