Showed me the ducts/intake and thoroughly explained how they worked to me and why we didn't need it done, but they still gave us the option of having services performed if we wanted. Very honest and nice. Will definitely hire if we end up needing the ducts cleaned in the future.

They were quick and efficient. Since my vent went through the attic I had to pay more.

If anybody needs Air Duct Cleaning call Lone Star Pro Services, the most honest company I ever let into my home! They do a great job at cleaning the air ducts and carpet, we just had them both cleaned and my house never smelled this good, I actually stopped taking my allergy pills..all this time I thought it was pollen turns out to be my filthy air vents..now that they are clean and sanitized my air quality is soooo much better! We signed up with lone star pro services on their yearly maintenance plan and next year it will be only $75 to refresh my ductwork and keep it clean for time to come.

They cleaned up the vent as requested.

I didn't use them because they didn't have the right equipment for my house. However, I need to give an excellent feedback to them for communication and for professionality. They were really excellent. They came, inspected, advised me and told me that I didn't need to do the service. They were absolutely professional. They didn't charge me anything, but there was an offer on Angie's List for like $79 or something like that. But they didn't charge me anything because they could not do the work. However, they advised, they came, they spent the time, and I would really use them again. They were very trustworthy, professional, and honest - really professional. When I called them and I told them it was an apartment they immediately advised me that there would be a chance they couldn't do the job, but they said nevertheless we will come to do a free inspection and advise you and if we can do it, if there is anyway we can do it, we will do it. And that's what they did. They told all the tenants, they didn't just tell me, they couldn't do it. Because I told them that access to my apartment is not really easy for heavy equipment, so they could have said okay we are not going to spend the time and we can't do it. But they did come, so that was really nice of them.

Job was completed timely, with no problems.

Quoted price way too high and would not move furniture 1 1/2 rooms foe less than $300. Pricing was quoted as "great service at industry standard prices" If the industry was called "the Gouge Masters" that would be true. Contracted company at 55% of price and that would move furniture for $99.

Crew showed up (late) then advised that they couldn't do the job. They only steam clean and I would have to find someone else. They promptly refunded my money though. Still, I think they could have done the job but I was the last appointment and I think they just wanted to go home.

They arrived a little later than I was told by the dispatcher but not too late. They did a good job and I will have them back

My husband and I were quite pleased with Alex. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about our air duct cleaning. He explained everything to us and was really a delightful young man. We highly recommend using this company. They did so well on the tile floors kitchen , breakfast, laundry, bath etc. that we had to have them do the foyer and main hall that didn't look bad before. They retailed a shower wall too. Nice people, convenient times for us. Highly recommended!

Their Angie's list ad stated: “Here's the Deal: $109 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning (up to 250 square feet per room). Their website shows $49 for carpet cleaning of the first room, $25 each additional room. On their visit, they said the cost would be $149. I asked him what happened to $109? He told me if I can find carpet cleaning that actually came to that price; he'd like to see it, meaning it does not exist in the real world. After kicking him out, we went and cleaned the carpets ourselves.

Real Well and without any complications.

Well. A few paint stains couldn't be helped.

I set up an appt. between 5-8pm but the technician didn't show up. However the next day the Manager came up and did an excellent job on time and efficiently and gave me a reasonable discount for the service. I recommend Lone Star Pro Services.

My first email stated they did not have a contact number for me and asked I give them a call to schedule my appointment. I called the number and was told a manager would have to call me back to schedule. The manager called and took all of my information. Come the day of the scheduled appointment from 5pm-8pm, I had not heard a confirmation email, like I was told I would. I called and was told again that a manager would call me back. I ended up calling more than 4 times and talked to different people, each time giving them all of my information, and each time telling me that a manager would have to call me back. Finally at approximately 8:30pm. I get a call and was told they had me scheduled the next day for the same time, which was incorrect. The next day, I get a call from the service man and said he had got done early and would be there at 2pm, to which I am at work. I purposefully scheduled the appointment after 5 because I work. He then proceeded to go to the wrong address, even though I had verified my address with at least 5 different people during this process. When he started the job he told me it would be an additional $250.00 to sanitize and deodorize. Which above it says it is included. He explained this was because I have pets. I understand the above says additional charges may incur for extreme pet stains/odors, however the carpet is only one year old and it there was no extreme odor. The entire service was supposed to be 150, so 250 is a bit much for pet odor. I ended up spending about $400.00 for the $150.00 package. Eventually when he gets done with the carpets and leaves they are completely soaked. I have never had a carpet service not extract the water and leave them soaking wet, which can lead to mildew in the padding. After he left he sent me a email for a reminder of the appointment. I I could not be more unhappy about this service from start to end.

The service went very well. The young man that came out was friendly and professional.

Initially, wanted my air ducts cleaned. However, when the representative examined my system, he determined they really didn't need cleaning at this time. However, he did discover that I had some mold spores on a couple of the vents near my system . This was possibly resulting from a prior leak from my old A/C unit, but not an issue with my current unit, which I purchased last year. The representative suggested a basic chemical solution to kill the mold and it only took about 20 minutes. The representative explained the process thoroughly and suggested other alternatives I could take as an additional precaution. This was my first experience with this company and it went very well. I would definitely use them in the future!
