Max was awesome. Responded within the hour, diagnosed the issue with my kenmore washer that wouldn't switch to the next cycle within 30 minutes. The part had to be ordered but he kept me informed. Price was moderate but the customer service was A-1!! I will definitely be using Lonestar appliance repair again.
