My company acquired an office building and needed to have an asbestos survey done in order to get permits from the city. Jim was very prompt to respond to all emails and phone calls. He quoted me a flat rate of $450. Other companies varied from $700 - $1,000! The price could not be beat, the customer service was great, and he had a report back to me within a matter of days. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone!

I currently have a house under contract, and the home inspector suspected asbestos insulation in the attic. I had an asbestos inspector from Loflin Environmental out to the property to follow up. The price of $75 for the inspection and sampling was very reasonable (I had received another quote for $225 for the inspection and sampling). The inspector was punctual and very professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with the service (and the outcome... there had been asbestos insulation on the duct work but it had been removed for the most part - he found a few remaining pieces, which he went ahead and cleared out while he was up there). We had the formal report within 24 hours of the inspection.

I had called dozens of Asbestos inspectors in the Houston area. No one even came close to the price these guys quoted me (all of them were almost double!). Long story short: I called Monday, the inspector came Wednesday, and I had my report emailed to me Friday! Unbelievably fast! Best of all, the employees at Loflin are wonderful people to talk to. Connie answered the phone was very honest and straightforward with her answers and her pricing. What she told me was what I paid. No extra fees or anything. You rarely see honesty of that kind nowadays. I noticed that many of their competitors like to make you wait for a callback from the manager or the actual inspector person only to shock you with their prices. They have their own laboratory at their office, so this will save you some time - unlike their competitors who have to ship out the samples to goodness-knows-where. Loflin's inspector Josh was an awesome guy too. He called me to let me know he was on his way. When we finally met, he got down to business. He took his samples and it didn't take more than 10 or 15 minutes tops. We chatted a bit about the nature of his work, and he was - like Connie - very open and honest. Happy to say I had no asbestos in my place. I'm so glad I called these guys. I highly recommend them to everyone in the Houston area!
