They kept me informed as t o what was going on and what to expect at every phase of the project. When there were concerns regarding staying with the original plan I was consulted and asked for any ideas I might have. They were courteous, thoughtful, and professional. I was extremely pleased with the gentlemanly attitude exhibited by all crew members. They were on time, constantly working and definitely worked as a knowledgeable team. Cleaned up the yard and foliage at the end showing little disturbance. Leveling was successful. I am very pleased and HIGHLY recommend Leon Foundation.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. I had them come in to repair my foundation and also said that they would remove and replace any rotted boards. When Harvey came through I had to have my floor replaced and discovered that under the floor there was not anything attached to the beams. They had left jacks underneath the house and there were rotted beams. I want other people to know how careless this company was, whether it was intentional or not my house could have fallen in.

Leon had a contract with me to repair the foundation at a fixed price. They told me the repair would need ten piers total. They dug ten holes, as agreed and installed some piers. Suddenly, the manager called me up and told me that the piers needed to be doubled because the foundation has twin beams. He gave me three choices: 1. Either I pay for the additional ten piers OR 2. They will complete the job as-is with no guarantee of restoring the foundation OR 3. They can just abandon everything and go. I told him our contract was to complete the job with ten piers and with lifetime warranty. I was not prepared to renegotiate in the middle of project execution. He then asked his workers to pack up and leave. They left my front yard in a mess with dug-up dirt everywhere. It was my worst nightmare! The following week, I hired another contractor who completed the job with same ten piers and lifetime warranty. This contractor did an excellent job with the foundation restored in good shape and most of the cracks, caused by the foundation failure, gone. This second contractor was one of the four companies you recommended. Thanks for your help!

They weren't the least expensive or the highest quote; but customers always want a better deal. Their ratings were good and John's explanation and questions answered worked best for us. They were also the only company whose plan included tunneling beneath the home and explained their reason for doing so. Raul and the work crew were professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable of their job.
