I'm not sure if the price is a good one, since it was lumped in with the general home inspection company rates, but the service was worth it. The termite inspector, Corey, was very professional and was able to discount the general home inspector's claim that there appeared to be a major termite infestation in a home we were trying to purchase. Turned out it was a dead fire ant colony, not a termite dirt pile. The general inspector pointed out some mold in the bathroom, but Corey pointed out that it was roach feces from a previous infestation that is now dead. Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and we will definitely use him again for pest control services. The only reason I gave a "B" for punctuality is because he was a little late, however, he was delayed at a previous appointment and he did try to call us to let us know. He was very apologetic for this delay so even though he was slightly late it was not an issue for me. Overall, they deserve an A.

COREY WAS VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. BEFORE COMING OVER FOR HIS INITIAL SERVICE, HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING HIS WORK AND PRICE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED WHAT KIND OF PESTICIDES HE USED. IF THE CUSTOMER HAD ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS (I.E. NOT TO SPRAY INSIDE PANTRY OR AROUND DELICATE DRAPERIES), HE LISTENED ATTENTIVELY AND FOLLOWED THROUGH SUCH REQUESTS. HE WORE SURGICAL BOOTIES INSIDE THE HOUSE - IN ORDER TO KEEP THE LIGHT CARPET CLEAN. ALSO, THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICE COULD BE ON DEMAND OR AS REQUESTED, INSTEAD OF QUARTERLY OR ON CONTRACT.
