It was a horrible experience, they forced me, they lied and they were pushy and they conned me with $10,000. I want them to take this down and want my money back.

The salesman was honest, fair, and very knowledgeable (Leo Hernandez). The installers were on time, professional and completed the work as advertised. They cleaned up afterwards and it looked like they were not even onsite (Carlos). I highly recommend their services.

very unprofessional pushy sales man. then tells us if you don’t get approved for financing you will know it because we won’t show up for the installation. Really, how unprofessional.

The gentleman who actually installed the gutters did a fine job. He was a little late in arriving but he was able to get everything installed in one afternoon. I have no problem with the gutters or the installation. It is the price that was out of line. I paid $3,153. I was rather naive and didn't realize that this was too expensive for what I got. When I told my neighbor who is an architect how much I had paid, he was incensed. He says that he would not expect it to be more than ~$1000. He even called the company and talked with them. I have received no compensation from them since he had talked with them. He believes that they took advantage of me because I am 82 and a widow. I would not recommend them!

When contract cancelled within 3 days, down payment of $50 was never returned. Company did not return call to customer.

Workman was on time and performed the job quickly. However, some joints were not even and the corner with a valley on the roof did not get properly caulked so the splash guard allows overflow when it rains heavily.

Excellent presentation of product. Installation techs showed up on schedule and completed job promptly and professionally.

Well, I'll start by saying my contract is dated November 24, 2018 and we are STILL waiting for the installation to be completed. We have made multiple phone calls and thank goodness we CHECKED ourselves after the job was supposedly complete. We found that while the repairs had FINALLY been made, the guards were not installed!!! So completely dissatisfied with the entire company. They also insisted on collecting up front, even though the contract clearly states that we are to pay on completion. The only good thing I can say is that after we follow up multiple times, they finally come out and do some of what they are supposed to do (but not everything because again - the job is still not completed). I just hope they clean the gutters out again before they install the filter since it's been OVER A MONTH that this install that was supposed to take a maximum of 2 days has gone on! Here's the breakdown of what has happened. Tim, the salesman comes and tells us how wonderful the company is and and not to worry - if ANYTHING doesn't go as planned, one phone call by us to the company and they will fix it within 48 hours. Well, Tim - so not true. We signed the contract on a Saturday and the installation was supposed to happen on Mon/Tues of the following week. So, installer shows up and puts up the extra gutter that we contracted to have installed. Things are looking good...... then installers are supposed to come the next day. Husband took off work to be there, but guess what - no show. He calls company - they'll come the next day. They show up next day and indicates he will finish later in the day - we won't be home so he asks us to give him the payment. We do (silly us). Come home later that day and can clearly see that gutters have not been repaired....... (no note, phone call or any communication from company to us.....). Husband calls company, they promise to send someone........ they eventually do. He says it's an easy fix......... nothing happens. We make more phone calls to company........ finally ~4 weeks after it's supposed to be done, the repair is made and we are told the job is complete. Well, since we've had such a stellar experience - we decide we should check and see if the guards are installed. Guess what - NO GUARDS!!! Then when my husband called - he's initially told that we didn't want the guards on the front of the house. Person checks contract - surprise, surprise - there are supposed to be guards installed. Now they send someone out, but it's raining. We totally understand - we don't want anyone getting hurt, so guy tells us he'll be back tomorrow because it isn't supposed to be raining. Next day - no rain and NO GUTTER GUARDS. Called company today and got some song and dance about them calling us on Monday to schedule. ARE YOU JOKING??????? They were not joking - they are totally serious. They now want to call us on Monday to schedule something that should have been done 5 weeks ago. UGH!!!

Started out great... Salesman came in and gave his pitch we were in board. Promised that our gutters were great and any problems like dents would be straightened out and that the gutters would be adjusted to the correct slope. They came to install while we weren't home, one guy, not a crew so our gutters never got moved, there are gaps in the panels where he didn't line them up and they're wavy. Called them to come look and was given a window of 9-11 so I took off of work to stay at home and no one showed up. It happened to rain while I was home and water was pouring out of every corner. When u got to work they called and said that they went by and it was a great install and that they fixed the corners. I knew the install was terrible,I have pictures, and when I got home there were these 6 inch pieces that were painted green stuck into every corner. If these people come by grab your checkbook and run away. This is an absolute nightmare!!

Work went well but crew did not clean up: left a very big mess. Called and IM'd. Received many platitudes but no one came - waited 3 days. BBB next stop. I hate being lied to. Makes me wonder what else they will not do.

Got a great price on them fixing the gutters and putting in screens that filter the leaves. They really worked with me to get what I wanted at a price I could pay.

Clean, professional workers. They had problems installing the filters on my gutters because of the style and age of my gutters. They had to come back to install and they did within two days and completely completed the better then I originally expected. Great company, great product, great workers and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend.

The person that came out was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. He took care to do the job well. I am very happy with the system now and have their promise that if any further adjustments are needed they will address them.

They did not live up to the promises of the sales rep (a national sales trainer for the company). He made promises that later I was told by the adjuster, would not be done.

They are very impressive. We talked to the director of sales and now hes the operations director. So they were very impressive. They are now in Houston since November. They weren't in Texas until last summer where they started in Dallas. The follow up and so forth has been less than A, although they've been pretty good about it. We've had some issues with them, although the guy we originally talked to is excellent but we can't always get to him. They're very expensive. They are very responsive in addressing our issues or trying to. They are the best and there's nothing like them in the Texas market.
