Lawn guy hasn't shown up for 6 weeks. Multiple calls to Lawn Care. They told me that someone was going and they kept rescheduling. REALLY!!!!! Horrible response. I used them in Florida and had great service. Houston service was AWFUL!!!! Lawn guy was named Bryce. Beware...

The person who is supposed to cut the yard shows up and walks the yard. I said can you give an estimate on mulch. He said ok, no problem, he'd just write it into the ticket. After 1/2 an hour we still did not hear any mower so I walked out front and the person was gone. Never let us know he was leaving. We call Lawn Love and they said he left because he was not prepared to do the work. We asked what work and they said the additional work we requested, which was leaf clean up, something we had already requested. They said he could be back Monday, which is not possible since my wife and I are not home (we have dogs) Lesson learned, do not use this company.

I've used Lawn Love for about 4 months now. I signed up for bi-monthly lawn care service. My assigned professional, Damon Wooley, consistently does a great job. I love how my lawn looks after he's finished. In terms of the administration, everything is done online via their portal. When you sign up, you are assigned a professional to your location. I love this because I know that the quality will be consistent. I also submit payment, rate my professional and express any concerns on the portal. I also found that using the portal is the best way to communicate to support. When I attempted to call, I got a automated message asking to leave a message, so I opted to use the portal instead (That is why I gave a B for responsiveness). If you are okay with purchasing services and communicating on-line, then this is for you.

The person assigned for our lawn maintenance arrived today and refused to do the work for the quoted price. He said he was calling the main office and that I'd hear back from someone within a few minutes to discuss a revised quote. This would have been acceptable to me, but no such call ever came, and without checking back with me, the service man packed up his tools a few minutes later and left. Later we heard from the person assigned to haul our plant trash away, who had not been told of the scope of the job even though I had described it to the best of my ability to the person I spoke to when scheduling the service When I scheduled the services, I asked for a window of time when we might expect your service people, and was told that information could only be given once a service person had been assigned to the job. This was understandable, but I never heard back from anyone with the information. Yesterday, the day before the service was to occur, I finally phoned Lawn Love's office to ask again for a time window, so that we could plan our day accordingly. No one ever returned the call. This morning I called again to try to get the same information and reached only voicemail. No one ever returned any of these calls. Since it doesn't appear we will be able to reach this company when we have needs, and the service people they use don't seem equipped or willing to do the work they are assigned, we cancelled our service. This was a totally unacceptable experience, and our treatment unprofessional to say the least.. I must say, the price we were quoted was extremely reasonable - almost too good to be true, I thought, when we received the quote. Turns out it was too good to be true. A bargain on bad service and unprofessional treatment is no bargain.

I contacted this company to mow, weed eat, edge, trim the hedges and take up the leaves. The first technician came and did not trim the hedges or take up the leaves. The leaves were blown into the flower beds, making a big mess. He did not have the correct equipment to trim the hedges, he said, and would be back the next day, Saturday. He did not show up, so I contacted the company and they said they would send another technician a week later. However, the leaves would only be taken care of if they were able to be mulched while mowing. I had already paid to have the leaves removed, but the leaves were in the flower bed, so that would be an extra charge. The second technician did not show up on Friday, but the company said he would be out Saturday. He never showed or called. I was given varying refunds, from $8 to $78. They could not get the numbers right. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and degree of ability by the technicians. I will not use this service again, nor will I recommend them.
