It was discussed on the initial consultation with Shahul that there were a lot of weeds, yellow grass (brown patch decease), and bare spots on my lawn. I was informed by Shahul that he could take care of it. I even installed an irrigation system to make sure the lawn was watered properly. He said that after the first application, I would see dead weeds and all my lawn guy had to do was rake them up. He also mentioned that the bare spots would eventually fill in with the grass growing around them. I waited and did not see the dead weeds, I was left with a lot of yellow grass on my lawn, bare spots, just the same as before I started this program. He never bothered to check on my lawn in between applications. When they came out to do the 2nd application, I pointed out that there wasn't any improvement to the look of my lawn. He blamed it on the water we received from Hurricane Harvey but I pointed out that even before the hurricane, there was no improvement. The watering of my lawn was never too much or too little. He offered extra services at additional costs to take care of the brown patch decease (this was one of the problems on the initial consultation) and he pointed out that it was not guaranteed to take care of the problem. I decided at that time to cancel their services for trying to rip me off. I would not recommend on hiring this company.

The first time was great after I talked to Wesley and told him what I needed. He gave me a quote much higher than my neighbor had. When I asked him about it, he said, "Oh. Did I say that? I meant it's $40 per treatment. They came out and did the treatment and my lawn was looking much better. That was in Aug. I haven't seen them since and I paid in full for the rest of the year. My mistake. I've emailed Wesley, called twice only to get voicemail. I know they were flooded but he put out an email saying they were up and running but only to people who had paid in full. HELLO! I'm one of those people! They were at my neighbor's house last week and my other neighbor's house yesterday. Not at my house though. I guess I just got screwed. Won't use them again.

The lawn is improving with the grass start to form across the bare patches. Most of the weeds are dead. The treatment seems to be working. While the lawn has not come back to what it was before but surely progressing well. The technician was professional and the charges were transparent. Approximate date of service: 04/06/2016
