Work was excellent. They did not always arrive when promised. But that may be because they had too much work going on.

I hired L&L because of reviews. However, my experience was terrible. Concrete contractor used my neighbors water without asking, team did not check for sprinkler system pipes which caused additional rework, and the patio is uneven which caused water to settle in spots. I have sent several messages asking for someone to come look at the stamped tile with no responses. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Our job with L&L Concrete Contractors was a driveway and curb replacement. From the beginning to the end, every single person on this job was a pleasure to deal with. Our first contact by phone with Angel set up a visit the very next day with Lloyd Lozano, who showed us all the options and gave us a bid on the spot. Once they obtained the necessary permit, the job began within a few days. We chose a stamped flagstone finish and the driveway came out absolutely beautiful. They even repaired our drain before replacing the curb in front of the house. After the installation was complete, they sealed the driveway and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with the result and the quality work they provided. We would definitely use them again, and highly recommend L&L!

Overall, I had a good experience working with L&L. Lloyd (one of the two "L"s in the name) is great: very responsive to calls, accommodating with the schedule, pleasant to work with, and has been in the industry for a long time. I'm pleased with the final quality and would recommend this company to anyone who needs residential concrete work done.

They did a good job. Revised the estimate as I requested and included extra footage for a nominal price. The job involved three different areas on my driveway. These areas were addressed and fixed properly. It took a day longer than was estimated but that was due to weather. I felt the job was handled professionally and would recommend L&L Concrete Contractors.

We initially thought it the existing patio could be repaired but after further evaluation it needed completely torn out and redone. The job was completed very fast and overall very pleased with the job. The only exception is that the depth of the slab on the one side shows where the concrete came under the form and is sticking out. Other than that, I'd rate the entire job, length of job, and professionalism an A.

On not getting response to an appointment request for more than a week, i called them. I was told that i will be called back to confirm a time. However, i did not receive any call back as promised. Moving on to the next company. There are others....

We chose L&L after looking at other choices for our patio. We worked with Lloyd to get the perfect size, shape and design to fit our needs. He visited us 3 times to make sure we understood what we were getting and that it matched our expectations.

Lloyd & his team (both office staff and field crew) are professionals. Lloyd responded quickly for a estimate, and the work was done in three days after the HOA and city permit were ready. Price is reasonable, the work quality is very good. I would give 100% satisfaction rating if Lloyd's men filled the top soil solid in the gaps on ground after stripping the forms, now I rated 95-99%. If I call Lloyd or his office, I certainly assume Lloyd could have it fix, instead, I bought 6 bags of top soil and filled by myself. Overall, L&L Concrete is reliable contractor, I would recommend them to friends and may reuse in future.

Very well. The L&L team did great from first contact / emails / calls, through completion of the job in a timely manner. I even "got in the way" by moving and replacing some drain pipes after the patio was formed (so it ended up being a 2 day job vs. a 1 day job, but they worked with me to allow me to do what I felt I needed to do before they sealed everything under 4" of concrete). Great service!

Overall, the project went well. I was fortunate to be able to take off of work when they were here to ensure that all items were performed to my satisfaction. There were some minor communication / language issues during the project, but all were resolved and the project proceeded as planned. The crew started work and finished the re-bar and forms before Hurricane Harvey and within 4 days after the storm, L&L reached out to me to check on my safety and to get the concrete pours scheduled. Work was finished within a week after the storm.

I sent a message through Angie's List, got a response and set up a time for a quote quickly. The guy was on time and professional enough, gave us a book of photos to look through. The quote he left us initially seemed much cheaper than the other quote we had gotten ($7,000 vs $10,000). However upon reading the paperwork - they make you/charge you an additional fee for licensing for the job. There's additional fees including a 3 or 5% charge to use a credit card! When I added it all up their bid was nearly the same as the competitor. I did not appreciate all the 'hidden fees' yes they were there in writting, but the other company was completely up front and honest about everything, this company did not even follow up with me when they didn't hear back...I hired their competitor.

L&L clearly communicated what would be done, how it would be done and their quote/paper work was very thorough. The job was performed on schedule by a very friendly crew. I decided that I would address the sprinkler needs, mainly moving heads. I did this while the crew prepped and did the forms. They were kind to lend a hand when I needed, which was above and beyond what they were asked to do. I followed up with the owner about a few things and he promptly sent his crew to address those last few needs. Completely satisfied with L&L and their commitment to my job.

Mr. Lozano came out promptly and gave an estimate immediately. He was professional and friendly. His estimate seemed reasonable. We chose not to use his company because we had someone donate the work.

Went great. Lloyd came out and gave me an estimate right away. Angel was very informative and helpful. The crew did a great job on the drive and cleaning up. They even put plastic on the brick to protect it. I would use them again.

I could not be any happier with L & L Concrete Contractors. The job I wanted wasn't straightforward, with a lot of custom preferences, and Lloyd and his crew never raised their eyebrows or gave me the condescending "Look, lady..." speech. I am very fussy about detail, and the work crew was never unpleasant about me hovering over them with my own level to check their work. For all my obnoxious fussiness, I never found a flaw in their workmanship. Not once. In fact, on the last day I found a flaw in my own custom design, and with hardly a grumble, they redid that section of work. At least two of the crew present spoke English fluently, so I never had to do the triangulation of calling the company owner to call his crew on site to tell them that, etc... In short, Lloyd, Angel, Oscar, Chuy and all their crew were a flawless team at a very fair price.

When I first contacted them they were very quick to provide an appointment to give a quote. Very responsive when I called to schedule the time for the work to be preformed. The only hiccup we had was, the crew was scheduled to start on a specific day, but were delayed. I did not receive a call notifying me of the delay. I understand jobs run behind especially with concrete work, you are at the mercy of the weather, but if there is a delay in the start of the job the customer should be notified immediately. Anyways we work everything out and everyone was very professional and kind. I would hire them again.

Representative came by house (one of 3 contractors that did; two others did not) to look at and discuss the job. Bid was received in timely fashion. Bid was competitive with others and below a couple that did not want to do stamped concrete. Work was started as scheduled, and completed within the time estimate. Crew did a professional job with proper rebar placement, and cleaned up well. They did damage some irrigation piping, but repaired all known damaged portions. All contractors should be as pleasant to deal with!
