Lloyd was the only professional who kept his appointment! His price was twice what I expected to pay, but the price was inline for the work he was recommending. Big Boy Concrete Robert failed miserably on returning calls and doing what he said he would do. If he didn't want to mess with the job, say so!

We had a very large driveway and patio that was incorrectly built from the original builder and was becoming a serious hazard due to the uneven surfaces and severe cracking of the concrete slabs. The Owner Lloyd and his wife came over to provide us a quote and suggest ways to achieve vision of what we wanted for the replacement of the concrete to last. We had a lot of great ideas, but Lloyd had to put all of them together, and educate us on what was the best way to accomplish our goals. He really knows how to do that too. We even did our home work to get a few quotes before, and L&L was by far the most professional and “realistic” of the other contractors. Their attention to details and honesty about some of the options that we though we wanted gave us an immediate comfort level with L&L since it was going to be a big and costly job. Lloyd has done this for many, many years and has the experience and the knowledge to do what a is right the first time. Thanks to Lloyd’s suggestions, know-how, we redesigned some things and it really made the finished product extremely functional and the design of it very good to look at too. L&L Concrete’s crew was also very skilled and worked like a well oiled machine. These guys are hard workers, polite, respectful and very clean regarding trash and other construction debris that can get out of hand quickly. Overall, I highly recommend L&L Concrete for any and all of your concrete needs. Their office manager Angel was a pleasure to deal with as well, and communicated with me daily to inform me of anything that needed my attention. From new construction to replacements, L&L Concrete is fantastic. Thank you Lloyd for a great job!

Good. They picked up the area of large bits of debris, but didn't broom clean the street of small debris and dust. (No matter, I spent 10 minutes on it.) Digital communications were a little shaky but in-person was fine. Never did answer a question I had about using a sealant. Happy to have their people on my property. If I had more work, I might not even go out for competing bids.

A extremely professional and awesome job. The workers were prompt each morning and focused on their job which they did with great skill and care. They cleaned up the work site so that we didn't have to worry about a mess being left behind. Definitely recommend these folks to anybody needing concrete work.

I can't say enough good stuff about Lloyd Lozano. What a stand up guy. He's been doing this since 1994, and is still passionate about his work. He really, truly wants to help you improve your outdoor space. I asked my handyman, who was there for the onsite consultation, if everything Lloyd said in his analysis, suggestions, and bid was making sense. Steve said, "100%". Steve doesn't say that about anybody! Lloyd charged a great price, his workers were professional and did a fantastic job, and they knocked it out in 3 days. (I thought the disruption would be 2 weeks). The patio looks fantastic. I recommend L&L Concrete without any hesitation. They made this easy.

L&L responded to my estimate request quickly. We set up a meeting time and they showed up early. The estimate was thorough and fair. The crew showed up the next morning and got to work. Crew was professional and courteous. They worked and completed the job per the estimate. They cleaned up and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job done. I would highly recommend them.

L&L did excellent, meticulous work to extend our existing patio and add a walkway. Textured stamping was done to our specs, and colorant was applied and refined until the appropriate color match was achieved. Lloyd (the owner) and his assistant Angel made knowledgeable suggestions to improve the project, and had numerous photos of their past completed jobs that helped us into make our concrete and stamping selections. None of the other companies that we interviewed had the expertise or experience to execute properly. There was good communication from the office on progress of the project, and we were updated on when the crew would arrive each day. Crew chief Salvatore was also excellent in checking with us during each phase to make sure that we were satisfied with the progress.

Lloyd came to site and reviewed job and provided estimate. On day of job, crew showed up on time. Crew was very professional. New patio is fantastic. Would hire them again.

Work went as we discussed and was completed in the expected time. The repairs were done very professionally and when complete the finish was seamless. Also the crews were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after each phase of the job.

L&L did a nice job. They were on time and very responsive to questions and few small issues that came up. They handled things professionally and we would hire them again when we have our second building constructed.

I called on Friday, met them at the job site on Monday to diagnose the problem, they explained what was going on, sent pictures and scheduled the job. They sent videos of the work being done and completed. The video confirmed the problem was indeed as indicated before they got in there digging. They knew what they were talking about, and repaired it.

L & L prompt, organized and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. It took four days for the contractors to make sure area was dry from all the rain, broke up large concrete slab, cleared weeds, laid dirt foundation, poured concrete, cleaned up piles of weeds and got it all done in four days. I recommend L & L Concrete Contractors to anyone who needs an honest company with good workers and fair prices. We had L & L Concrete pour a new driveway and sidewalk ten (10) years ago and there is not one crack in any of that concrete.

After interviewing and getting two Angie's List A rated contractor's proposals, L&L was clearly the best. A third was too busy and could not do the work for several months out so I did not ask for a bid. I wanted someone who specializes only in this type of work and it's the type of thing L&L does. Loyd Lorenzo, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and followed through on everything we discussed. He has four or five crews that specialize in different aspects of the L&L work. The demolition crew and a crew specialized in concrete pouring and stamping worked on my job - pouring an octagon shaped patio in place of a square one as well as the breezeway and connecting sidewalk. I met with them and Lloyd in the pre-construction meeting where he communicated everything we had talked about earlier. Often crews don't get the full communication from the boss or whomever handled the contractor but this method helps ensure that does not happen. Lloyd had the initial meeting, checked once on the job during construction and at the end. The job took one day to remove five yards, pour, apply two colors and stamp. They had to wait 24 hours before applying the seal coating which eliminates mildew. Lloyd lines up all the work and keeps his same crews over and over and lets his skilled workers do what they know to do. This is ideal. His prices were competitive with the other bid I received and I think his efficient methods make this possible. We couldn't be happier with the finished job, it truly exceeded my expectations. Lloyd has my approval to bring or send by potential clients with advanced coordination.

L&L Concrete Contractors performed original work on 10/04/2018 for both the patio and driveway. The patio work was good but the driveway later developed white areas of discoloration. L&L backed up their work under warranty by coming back on a mutually agreed future date of 03/28/19 to strip the previously applied 'water' based acrylic sealer and re-coloring but this time applying a 'solvent' based acrylic sealant that worked much better. L&L also performed the warranty work during both week and weekend days to expedite the job. Lloyd and Angel also followed up at the end of work completion.

We love it! Lloyd, Angel and the crew were amazing to work with. We have a beautiful new porch, tons of parking and our yard is no longer such an eye sore.

L & L Concrete Contractors were very professional providing excellent customer service throughout the entire job from the competitive estimate, doing a quality job on time and coming back to perform any re-application/touch up work making sure the job was done right. Lloyd Lozano, Owner supervised the project from beginning to end and was very responsive to all questions regarding quality products used and the application process. L&L was excellent. I chose them because of their Angie's list recommendation, and a favorable bid. From inspection to construction they were very professional. I was having a pad poured for an outdoor kitchen. They protected all structures and surrounding hardscape to damage. They did a fantastic job. Once completed everything was cleaned up as if they weren't here, except for great work. I recommend L&L without hesitation. They are professional.

Asked L&L to come out for second bid/quote and they never showed!

Work was excellent. They did not always arrive when promised. But that may be because they had too much work going on.

I hired L&L because of reviews. However, my experience was terrible. Concrete contractor used my neighbors water without asking, team did not check for sprinkler system pipes which caused additional rework, and the patio is uneven which caused water to settle in spots. I have sent several messages asking for someone to come look at the stamped tile with no responses. I would never recommend this company to anyone
