Price was very competitive and Mr. Lozano was professional and recommended stamp concrete on the front porch. The office communicated excellent and the workers were respectful and hard working. Will definitely hire them again!

The consultant arrived on time for consultation. Was very professional and thorough and we received a quote before he left. Then, they arrived as scheduled and worked all day. The weather instrument block had to be built very precisely and they did an amazing job on it. Everything was cleaned up nicely and all went according to plan. We will be hiring again for an even bigger project next month. We highly recommend L&L!

L&L did great work, they were very professional, and very thorough in their preparation before the concrete was poured. The stamping and staining they did on our new front walk was beautiful. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and enjoy our new walk and smooth driveway every day.

Excellent job, They even took the time to recommend a situation for my drainage and then after they had the job they didn't stop there. They recommended a bridge instead of a channel drain (relative same cost) that might be better for my application. they really care about the customer and not just getting paid. VERY HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS! Second job they have done for me...excellent work both times. Highly recommend.

Best job ever! The team at L& L concrete came out and measured. The work was scheduled for two weeks later. They would have poured the new patio sooner but I had a scheduling conflict. Once the schedule was set they came out, removed the old pavers, outlined the new patio, laid the rebar, they poured the new concrete, and brushed it out (my choice). They completed my job in a day and it was wonderful.

Work was done well. Had a small issue with the size of the hole for the base of a flag pole. Quote specified a size, but when the hole was originally dug, it was much smaller. After some discussion they agreed to make the hole the quoted size. Gave Military discount

L&L Concrete Contractors responded quickly to my quote request and gave a very thorough quote on the spot. I had a large driveway redone, a patio redone, and 2 additional concrete slabs added around my garage. Once my HOA approved the work, Lloyd and his crew were out the next day to get started. The crew was very friendly and always tidied things up each work day so the construction area never looked too bad. Once started, the crew was very willing to make adjustments that I requested. Lloyd revised the estimate as I requested and included extra footage for a nominal price. The final products look fantastic! This is very professional work! The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done. It barely even looks like any construction had occurred. The office staff, Angel and Esmeralda, were very friendly and courteous as well. The only issue I had was there was a small lack of communication during the job. There were times that no one showed up or the crew just left in the middle of the day. When I contacted the office staff, it took quite some time before they responded. I am sure it is normal for the crew to come and go as needed, I just wanted to know when they would be at my house working so I could plan ahead. Even with a small lack of communication, the job was completed per the quoted schedule with a small delay due to weather. Overall, I am highly satisfied with L&L and would recommend them to others as well as use them again for any future cement needs.

Both jobs were done professionally and promptly. It was very apparent that this crew knew all about pouring and finishing concrete surfaces. They worked each day until the job was complete. Fantastic experience. They made every step of the process easy, they were very professional, and courteous from start to finish. Angel was great setting up the quote, Loyd was on time for the quote then was extremely quick with his quote and proposal. Angel and Loyd worked with me avoid sprinkler lines exchanging sketches via text and email prior to starting work because I forgot to mention it during the quote process. Crew showed up on time the day of construction, worked quickly, informed me of new information (existing slab under deck), and very respectful of the house while working.

They did a absolutely fantastic job . They were very informative, explaining all the steps that were involved in replacing the walkway as well as all the options in finishes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have concrete work done!

We hired L&L to install a driveway at our house. They came out three times to talk over the project before starting work just to make sure we were comfortable and on the same page. We're very satisfied with the work they performed on the project and the driveway looks great. Even when there were some unexpected issues, Lloyd and his team handled them promptly and professional and didn't charge us extra. I really appreciated their professionalism and the quality of the work they did--and we're so excited to have a new driveway!

The sidewalk is perfect. I love it. A large tree lifted my old sidewalk and was in terrible condition. L&L Concrete Contractors were always on time, very professional, friendly, and came back several times to fix an issue until I was completely satisfied. Their effort to make sure I was happy with the final product is what makes them a GREAT company. Several of my neighbors watched the process, love my sidewalk, and are currently getting quotes from L&L as well. I highly recommend!!

L&L was a great company to do business with. A neighbor referred them and I called Lloyd for a free quote. Lloyd came to the house, took measurements, and left me with a quote the same day. I scheduled the concrete work for the next weekend and it was a one day job. The crew showed up at 7am in the morning and laid down plywood to not rut up the yard with their walking back and forth with wheel barrow's. The crew was very friendly, they asked me to confirm what I wanted done. They built the frame and asked me to confirm again before the concrete was poured to make sure I was happy. The job was completed by mid afternoon and the crew cleaned up the yard and removed all of the dirt/grass that was dug up. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if needed.

The concrete was laid fine, but the stamped design was lousy and bad. The Office Manager and Owner at first denied the workmanship was not the issue and that these were art designs. We documented over 100 issues with the stamped concrete. The contractors were using old worn out stamps that left breaks and cracks in the design. They also double marked areas. The color was also red/brownish instead of a grey color. The entire job had to be re-done. Instead of breaking up the concrete, the contractor decided to add a thin-set layer to the top and re-stamp. I hope the thin layer lasts. I would not recommend based on my experience. They also did not use any plastic covers and had concrete and color stains on the house siding. They had to have a painter come in and repaint our back side of the house. The owner did come out and did get on to his contractors. They eventually made the repairs to a new job. At the end of the day it looks okay, but not sure if the thin layer will last as long.

I like that they offer financing and i didnt have to pay out of pocket. Fibancing process was super easy. Crew arrived on time and worked fast throughout the day, then came back next morning to finish up. They also did an overlay on my existing patio which turned out pretty good. Only thing is i wish i would have been told that doing the stamped star on the pre existing part was not a good idea. It did end up with some minor details that kind of broke off and although they sent someone to fix it right away, there wasn't much that could be done at that point. However, im still pretty happy with the results and those details are not very obvious unless they are pointed out.

L&L Concrete Contractors did a great job and I would recommend them. They responded quickly to our inquiry, gave a fair price, communicated with us appropriately, did the sealant work as scheduled, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.
