Did a great job. Very pleased.

They did a beautiful job on installing Formica in my kitchen. My only issues were that it took almost 10 hours for my small kitchen(but maybe that's normal for a quality job) and the residue from the glue could have been cleaned up better. But I would diffently use them again if I put in Formica again.

What was agreed to verbally at time of estimate was not exactly as what was stated on the written quote, but we worked through it. There was no "back-up" plan if any sheet rock was damaged and needed to be repaired prior to laminate installation. The technician wanted to just put the laminate over damaged or missing sheet rock. The installer was very polite, but on occasion there was a communication problem.

We had a little miscommunication at first. We worked that out and they did a good job once we were on the same page.

Every person I spoke with, both in the store and by phone was courteous and knowledgeable. The project was completed in one day as promised. The installers were polite and very proficient. The counters look amazing. If you need countertops this is the place to go. Couldn't be happier.

Good experience. They came out right away and measured and we were able to schedule for the next week. The counters look great, no complaints.

Nobody in the company called me to see how the project went.

From estimate to install everything was great I’m very pleased the only down side was the installer left and didn’t tell my daughter he was leaving so my garage and house was left open for like 20 min she was in the back bedroom and didn’t know he had left otherwise job well done

Seem to me to have started a little late in the day, but it was completed same day.

Sales person, Manuel, very prompt. Did good job explaining what to expect. Installer was earlier than we expected...he actually had to wait for us. Install job was great. Only one little issue...Manuel had suggested rounding corners on bar, we agreed, but no one told installer. We thought would be on drawing, it wasn't and we failed to mention. Besides that little hiccup, we love the Formica and the installed job. Very neat job. Great job!
