Description of Work: Power washed house and deck, replaced bad boards on house, primed and painted house and installed door. Manny and his crew are the hardest workers I ever saw! Always cleaned up at the end of the day and always had smiles on their faces! The house looks beautiful !

Description of Work: Prepped and painted upstairs hall bath. Walls- repaired holes in wall,applied compound, sanded walls, primed and painted two coats applying an orange peel texture to walls. Prepped and painted baseboards and door jam. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to others. Manny and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: I called Manuel to get an estimate for painting house and a separate quote for painting cabinets, built-ins in living room and study. I couldn't afford all new cabinets so I chose to get the cabinet painted for a new look. I wanted someone who was good with Oil based and very detail and quality oriented. Also wanted someone who would be very careful not to get paint or mess up my new wood floors. Manuel came to my house and gave me a detailed itemized quote.His team was nice, polite, and did a great job. Description of Work: Manuel responded quickly with an estimate and schedule. He was very accomodating when, due to personal reasons, I had to change the date for work. He and his crew arrived on time, performed worked exactly as we discussed, and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and finised the work on time. I am completely satisfied and will use him again as soon as I am ready to paint the rest of my home.

Description of Work: The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth. I was promptly contacted by Manuel once I left him a voice mail for the first time. He came over to the house and provided a quote. Once the agreed price was reached, we scheduled the service. The crew arrived promptly on Monday and worked diligently until completion. After it was all complete, we asked for a 3rd coating on the first floor's ceiling and it was performed the day after. The whole crew was very hard-working and friendly. I would definitely utilize their services again.

 + 0 moreI was very impressed with their services and how well they could solve problems. We had no idea what color paint the walls were, but they were able to take a sample and find the exact color. They asked us to go over the house the night they were done and let them know if there was anything else they wanted us to touch up. They also patched up some spots in the ceiling and wall that had been damaged by water from previous owners. If you are looking for a highly professional, family orientated, and reliable company; I would recommend L & J's .
Description of Work: They took a punch of nails and nail holders out of the walls, completed painted 2 rooms, touched up the other 3 rooms and 3 1/2 baths. They also installed 3 ceiling fans, including one that they had to use scaffolding for. I

 + -1 moreManuel came to the house to give me an estimate. He was very polite and professional. I decided to wait on painting the hallway so he was happy to give me a revised estimate. We had to postpone the work for a week because of a conflict, and Manuel was very obliging to make the change. The crew of 5 arrived on schedule and worked the first day from 8:30-7:00. They came back the second day and finished around 3:00. Everything was cleaned up and left in good shape. They were very careful and worked hard and fast.They matched the baseboards and crown molding in my living room very closely. They took a piece of the baseboard off in the living room to carry with them to find something that would match it. They replaced that piece and were able to find a really close match. They finished in 2 days instead of the estimated 2 1/2. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Everything looks wonderful! The men were all very polite and friendly. I would have no problem leaving them in the house alone. I will definitely use them again. The entire experience was great! I'm so glad to have found a contractor that actually did everything they said they would do in the time period that was stated. It was nice to have them bring all the supplies (paint, crown molding, base boards etc.) I didn't have to provide anything and I paid nothing until the work was completed. The Angie's discount was nice too!
Description of Work: Old baseboards were removed and new baseboards were placed in my hallway, in 2 small bedrooms and in the master bedroom. Crown molding was installed in the master. Master bedroom was painted.

 + 0 moreAbsolutely perfect! I didn't know we could find a service provider this excellent! Manuel immediately answered my initial call, came out next day to give me an estimate. Less than 24 hours later I had the estimate and decided to hire his group after having 3 other companies' estimates submitted. They were available to start soon after. They provide paint and all materials, prep the areas well, work very efficiently and neatly. Daily communication with Manuel throughout the job and easy follow up with him via email. They were here a little over 1 week as I kept adding things onto the job once I saw the excellent job! They go above and beyond, even removing some paint from some baseboards my husband had left over from an earlier paint job! If you want a job done with a fair price, with a company that arrives on time and does what they promise and more, there is no other choice than L & J's Painting Services! We will definitely use them for the next home we purchase!
Description of Work: Prepped and painted walls in entire home (2,300 sf) except for 1 bedroom and a closet. Spot prime of rust spots on the upper balconies of home and outdoor wrought iron fence. Paint wrought iron fence and upper balconies with industrial enamel paint. Strip to bare wood, stain and varnish the front door and soffit above front door. Strip to bare wood, stain and varnish the 4 balcony doors. Caulk and paint front door jamb, 2 exterior door jambs and trim on back window. Sand and apply stain and poly to double-car garage door. Replace piece of baseboard in a closet. Fix rotting wood underneath one of the balcony doors. Painted garage walls. Painted the face of all kitchen cabinets.

 + -1 moreThe company responded quickly to my telephone calls. They were very forthright and honest during the entire process. There were a few areas in which we felt some touch up work needed to be done. They immediately resolved the issues without hesitation. Everyday, they arrived between 8:10 to 8:20 am.
Description of Work: I have a 2,300 square foot home. The painters prepped the area by filling nail holes and a few cracks. In the 3/4 bathroom, wallpaper had to be removed and textured. The large living room which is divided with a fireplace in the middle was painted. The dining room, three bedrooms, master bathroom, 3/4 bathroom, foyer, guest bathroom along with the closet doors, interior doors and baseboards was also painted. All of the ceilings were standard height with the exception of the living room and dining room having vaulted ceilings. The company supplied the paint, materials and disposables. I was able to make my paint choices from a local Sherwin Williams. The entire process took 9 1/2 days.
