Omar was absolutely amazing. Professional, timely and gave me a fantastic price. I contacted him on a Sunday evening, he was out to my house for the estimation on Monday. Started the work on Wednesday midday and was finished by midday Thursday. My floors look gorgeous!

Omar is great to deal with, and Juan, his installer lead, does a good job. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is the quoting process was inaccurate and led to some unnecessary delays.

Omar called almost immediately after I submitted my request. He came out the next day to give an estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me options for floor refinishing. He and his worker arrived right on time. They were friendly, professional and considerate. The work was completed in the time frame quoted and my floors look great! I will definitely recommend Omar and Mr. Sandless to others.

Omar was very respondent to my initial request from online. We set an appointment he came by was very courteous and informative about what he could do and how much. His crew came in and completed the Work in a timely manner and far exceeded my expectations on the work performed. I highly recommend AAA services to anyone and all.

Mr Sandless was a lifesaver! Another company completely wrecked our wood floors (the floors were pitted, peeling, and stained unevenly). The matter was made worse as we were scheduled to move in this house in four days. Mr. Sandless jumped in and saved the day! Omar rescheduled another client and got our floors done so we could move in as scheduled. Our floors now look remarkable and we love them! Visitors compliment our floors and think they are brand new. Omar and his crew care and provide the best service at a great price! They treated us like family and exceeded our expectation!

Well Mr Omar re-finished the wood floor in my house. The first time I didn't like the result, so He really professionally came back and re-did it till I was satisfied; keeping the price the same as we were according the first time. I really recommend him!! A really nice person to do business with!!

The service was good, but is is too soon to know how well the floors will hold up to traffic.

Very customer service oriented. Explained all details of the service. Floors looked new after the refinish. Have remained beautiful through the move and 1 month of active toddler living.

They did a great job refinishing our stairs. The stairs had deep scratches and looked very bad. They sanded them and stained them. They were very professional, tidy, and the stairs look brand new!

Omar and Allen reported for duty at our jobsite several minutes early, what a plus to have a contractor show up early or even show up on time on time! Both men were well groomed and neatly dressed for a job that could be very demanding. That is enough on people--they both get a five star rating. I have never had a water based application put on any floor that I have had in the many houses that I have owned. I am expecting this job to stand the test of time! Their work and professional approach to the complete earns them another five star rating. Omar took the time to explain all aspects of the job to my wife, much appreciated!!!!!

Within 15 minutes of filling out the Home Advisor Questionnaire a representative for Mr. Sandless called me. I appreciated the quick response and the time they took to explain the process and what I should expect to pay based on the square footage of the work I am requesting to be done. I have not hired anyone yet, because I need to get 3 quotes, but I am very impressed with Mr. Sandless response time and the time they took to answer questions. I will definitely give them an opportunity to come out and bid on the job.
