Kenneth's plumbing

Kenneth was prompt in his arrival and took the time needed to unclog my sink. I've had Kenneth's plumbing install my garbage disposal several years ago and the quality of his work has never wavered. His pricing is fair and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Ken is awesome. I cant say enough good things about this guy. I called him on a Saturday afternoon when our toilets started backing up into the showers. He was there at my house within a couple hours. He Identified the problem as being a broken sewer line. He even dug it up on the spot to show me. As it was already Saturday evening at this point, he said he would have to get some parts and come back to fix it. In the mean time he drained the house line to take care of any immediate threat. We agreed he would come first thing Monday morning to fix the line. When I woke up Monday morning a 7:00 am Ken was already in the yard digging out the line!! He had the whole thing fixed up and working as good as new well before noon. He did a nice job cleaning up and was really friendly and professional.

Kenneth identified our old leaking tub faucet by a texted photo and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Other plumbers said we'd need to replace the faucet which required tearing out a wall and to expect it to cost several thousand dollars in bathroom repairs. We called Kenneth again when our main water line broke. He came out after hours and fixed the problem quickly. He even gave us a discount for being a previous customer and for us having already dug out the broken portion of the line. We will definitely be using his services again!

The faucet had been leaking in my 20+ year old jacuzzi bathtub for months. The faucet and parts for this tub are obsolete and had to be special ordered from Jacuzzi. The bathroom was remodeled prior to my purchase of the home. No access door existed for maintenance of the jacuzzi tub. Several plumbers assessed the situation and showed no interest in doing the job. Kenneth ordered the parts, removed several tiles to allow tub access and replaced the leaky faucet. He provided excellent service and was friendly,courteous, prompt and very neat. His hourly rate was also significantly less than the other plumbers quoted.
