Ken's Karpet Service WALKS ON WATER!! This is what happened with EXCEL CARPET CLEANING - DON'T EVER USE THEM! Excel Carpet Cleaning JUST LEFT DURING BEGINNING THE JOB! Unbelievable!! He left in the middle of the Job! Quoted me - Came over to our house - Went upstairs and showed him the job. It was a simple clean and stretch. He didn't have a power stretcher (sort of weird a carpet guy doesn't have a power stretcher, just a knee kicker) so said it might be difficult to get all the loose parts tight, but I was good with that as later that day I had Family coming in from California. So, he say's - I need to use the restroom, and told him to use the one downstairs. I stay upstairs to get the chairs off the floor, etc.... HE LEAVES!!! JUST GONE! UN FREAKING BELEIVABLE! I AM STILL FLABERGASTED HE DID THIS. After about 20 minutes I was like "Where is he?" I look out the window and his van is gone! What the ****!!! He totally left me hanging and up a creek without a paddle. He had never ever heard of that happening as I had experienced. Told him I had family coming in and he moved his schedule and came right out. Showed him my work and he was like "Why did he leave???" In the meantime, between Ken getting there I got a text from AARON AT EXCEL saying, and I quote: "Hey John I apologize. I had to leave. I have a condition and I started to have a panic attack when you started showing me all the work that needed to be done. I would recommend using a major company that has a power stretcher and extra helper." Next message "I'm sorry about the work it's just too much for me to handle". Unacceptable! Come tell me. This is plain laziness. Ken, the gentleman that came out and saved my rear is over 50 years old and did IT ALL BY himself in under 3 hours. 1 hallway, game room and three bedrooms. BOOM! KEN WAS AWESOME! Helpful and Very Affordable – He is doing all my carpet from now and trust him implicitly! Thank you so much Ken!
