 + -1 moreI HAD ORIGINALLY CONTACTED ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY REFERRED ME TO Kand N, AS THEY DID NOT SERVICE SUB-ZERO REFRIGERATORS. SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. DAVID ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD COMMUNICATED, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, HAD THE MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND MADE REPAIRS VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE WAS POLITE, COMMUNICATIVE WITHOUT BEING OVERLY CHATTY, AND CLEARLY KNEW ALL ABOUT MY REFRIGERATOR. ALTOGETHER A POSITIVE SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: I HAD A SMALL WATER LEAK UNDER MY REFRIGERATOR. K&N REPLACED THE DRAIN LINE WHICH HAD BECOME TOTALLY CLOGGED WITH GUNK.
