I was seeking bids to remodel my wife's bathroom. I contacted JVM Construction and made an appointment for someone to meet me at my home on Saturday at 4 pm. No one called or showed up. At 5 pm I got a call from Robert of JVM asking if I was still available. I said no and told him he should have called earlier if he wasn't able to make it. He apologized and said he forgot. Very poor first impression and I told them I was no longer interested in dealing with their company.
