+ 2 moreVargas and his team did a full exterior and interior remodel . We took the exterior and interior down to framing and he rebuilt everything except the roof and flooring. The work was complete under budget and ahead of schedule. Rather than hire multiple trades Vagas step up and was able to 95% of the work .
