Ordered 4 blinds for our enclosed porch. Beautiful product but they just don't hold up very well. When you pull them half way down, they aren't level and now the warranty has expired PLUS they have discontinued the color. Stick with COSTCO next time!

Purchased 7 Roman shades for $2k in July 2019. Everything was shipped to specs and I was pleased. Now because the construction is poor, 3 shades no longer work properly after 4 year, 6 months. I called to get replacement parts for the shades and they told me there is nothing they can do for me because the warranty is only 3 years and after that they recommend I purchase new ones. They told me to look for my parts on fixmyblinds.com but they don't have my parts for self lifting blinds. This company told me they don't support their poorly made product after only 3 years and I should buy more product from them. Horrible business model not looking for follow on business. I hope for everyones sake they go out of business. Never again will I use them!

Just Blinds is great. Simply put they get the order right every time, their products are of excellent quality, their customer service is top-notch, and their prices are drastically cheaper than the blind companies you see advertised on television. If you are considering purchasing window treatments I highly recommend you shop at justblinds.com. When I purchased my townhouse the windows only had cheap, contractor-grade mini blinds. They were in terrible condition. I did a fair amount of research deciding from whom to purchase blinds, my main determining factor being price. Justblinds.com was markedly less expensive than the window treatment companies advertised on television, so, not being wealthy, I ordered blinds just for the front room. I could not be more happy with the product. The blinds were exactly as described and showed a very good build quality - no sharp edges, no rough surfaces, beautiful appearance, and the mechanics all work perfectly. After some time I was able to purchase blinds for the kitchen, and eventually the downstairs. Each purchase was a separate order, and each time the product was spot on and matched perfectly. Today I was finally able to purchase blinds for the upstairs, completing the house. However, when I went online to purchase them the color I had used previously was no longer listed. I feared that I would not be able to purchase the same color blinds for the upstairs. I called Justblinds.com and spoke a gentleman named Christian. Christian is the example by which all companies should evaluate their sales force. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and presents a positive attitude towards the customer. After explaining my plight, Christian was able to verify that I could still get the same color blinds and worked with me to complete my order. I strongly recommend Justblinds.com.

In my opinion, the problem is that these shades - as nice as they look initially - DO NOT LAST. We had several of them fail within six months: They would not retract fully, or would not stay where they were put. The bottom rail often wouldn't retract all the way without being messed with, and the top rail (if used bottom-up) would "balloon," meaning it would retract a foot or so rather than staying where it was put. The shades would start to get lopsided, and no amount of fiddling with the retraction mechanism fixed it. They provided snap-on plastic tab things that we were supposed to operate the shades with, claiming that they would prevent this problem. First, they didn't all snap on properly. Second, those that did seemed to have no impact on whether the shades got lopsided or not. An email enquiry about this was flatly ignored, leading me to form the opinion that this company DOES NOT stand behind its product. It doesn't make sense to spend money on shades that start malfunctioning after half a year, no matter how good they look or how little they cost. Close to HALF of the shades we bought from this company developed these problems within a few months. And this was with two separate orders at least a month apart, so it's not like we just happened to get a bad batch. There are no children in this house, so it isn't a case of them being yanked around, either. I don't know whether their other window coverings are any good, but the engineering that went into their top-down bottom-up cellular shades seems substandard and they didn't seem to care that so many of them had failed. I feel rather used. Now I am having other companies come in and make offers to replace these stupid things. It was a waste of money and I wish I'd gone with someone else from the get-go.

They were pretty good and I think I would use them again. I had to call them and they mail the blinds. I had never done it like that before but it worked out okay. It was quick and fast. They did have a list of people here that put them up so I called and got a person who maybe works for all these companies. He came out and measured. They do charge to measure. Then he put them up and that was it. They are a little thinner but they are okay. They are not like the top of the line or anything but for an apartment I didn't need top of the line. I didn't want the cheapest either; I wanted something more in the middle. They look fine. There was a problem with one of them so I called them and they mailed out something right away. There was no tax and no shipping either. It was cheaper than another company. Another company wanted over $1,000 and they may have been a little better quality. I started looking online and I found these blinds for half the price. I am very happy with them and I may use them again. I liked them. I got the basic blinds for a good price. The blinds look nice and they function. They don’t blow around a lot. I looked at a big box store and they were even cheaper and the quality is better. I think we got what we paid for.

This is the third time I have worked with this company. I find it easy and economical to measure carefully according to online instructions, have them custom make window treatments to my specifications, and do the installation myself. This company seems very customer-service oriented, and I appreciate that. There are many style and color options available.

My experience with them overall was fantastic because the cost was very reasonable and they had good follow-up and good service from the company, even though it was via the internet. They hooked me up with a local installer who was excellent.

Just Blinds proved excellent service and a very good price. I bought these on-line and the website is very easy to navigate. They have a huge selection to choose from. They arrived exactly on time. I had mis-measured for one of the blinds and they replaced it at cost. This was a very good experience.

ALTHOUGH THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARRIVED PROMPTLY THE SHADES HAD SOME BROKEN CLIPS WHICH WOULD KEEP THEM FROM WORKING PROPERLY. THIS COMPANY TOOK BACK THESE CUSTOM BLINDS WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS AND STOOD BEHIND ITS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I AM SURE THAT IT IS ONLY THIS NEW PRODUCT LINE THAT THEY ARE CARRYING THAT HAS PROBLEMS (CREATED DURING SHIPPING PROCESS), AND IT WAS EXTREMELY EVIDENT THAT THEY ARE WORKING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO ORDER OTHER STYLES OF BLINDS FROM THEM AS I FOUND THEM TO BE HELPFUL, EFFICIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING THIS SITUATION.
