Junk King Houston

Junk King had good communication on when they would arrive and they showed up on time. I identified items that needed removed and they were able to load everything we wanted removed on the truck. They swept the garage floor before leaving. We will use Junk King again when we do the final clean out of unwanted furniture immediately prior to selling the house.

They arrived on time and hauled away all the junk in my garage. They even swept the garage out when they were done! They were extremely nice and very professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

I actually discarded more than I planned to because they were willing to pull itmes from an area I was too chicken to peep in. They told me about items that had value that I thought were worthless. I still had them removed but hoped someone else may have fround use for the items. I highly recommend Junk King

Made an appointment for the next morning, they called before they arrived, very prompt, loaded piano in 5 minutes. Excellent service and will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends.

I called this morning 5/6 to schedule the service. Within a few minute Marcus the owner called me back and asked if I was available for them to come by. I met Marcus and Jeff who were both professional in doing their job. They made me feel as if I had known both of them for years. They were both kind and considerate. I will use them again.

We bought a deal on Angie's List (1/8 load for $100) and scheduled the appointment on the Junk King website. Within a couple of hours, Marcus (the owner) called to speak with me about the service. He explained that the guys would take a look and give us an estimate once onsite. Our scheduled window was 8am to 10am. The crew showed up around 930am, reviewed the goods and called with the estimate. They were done loading and cleaning up within a half an hour. They even swept out the garage, which was great since some of the areas hadn't seen the light of day for decades. The crew was very professional. I would highly recommend Junk King. Our experience was quick and easy.

The deal offered really doesn't cover very much trash and their prices for the rest were, IMHO, pricey. They did a good job, on time, very professional, but I felt like a little bait and switch.

The guys kept me informed of their status - when they would arrive, how much space they would have on the truck after their current job, and they showed up within the promised window. They took care of everything - they hauled everything off, all I had to do was stand back and watch. They did a great job cleaning out the mess the other owners left behind!!

Scheduled appointment for day I was off from work. They were available at anytime when I called, so I scheduled for them to come 2 days after I called. They called 30 minutes before they were suppose to arrive, which was between nine and 11. Arrived straight up at 9 AM. I took them to the attic and told them what needed to be removed. Promptly started work and they still had room in truck for other items. I took them to the garage where they removed several items. Very pleasant and easy to work with and willingness to perform job to customers satisfaction. Would use the company again should the need arise.

The crew arrived at appointed time. They had to disassemble the bar. It was 30 minutes from arrival to departure. They crew was fast and very pleasant. I would definitely use this company again.

I immediately received an email from them regarding scheduling the appointment. I believe I scheduled the appointment 2 days prior to their arrival. We had to give them our location multiple times the day prior to pick-up. When they picked everything up, I had to inform them that I paid for the services via Angie's list when they asked how I was going to pay. I had to give them a copy of the invoice I recieved from Angie's list. Other than that everything was fine. I would use them again with a discounted rate. They were on-time so I guess it pays to ask multiple times where the location is at.

,It was wonderful and it started with a phone call to set up the appointment which was very friendly. They called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way (within the appointment time frame). They came on time and explained about how much it will cost and I agreed. The service provider retrieved the materials even though it was on the second floor, the first floor and a pile in the back yard. Some of it was very heavy but the technicians were careful and happy to do it. The charges were actually cheaper than the estimate. I was elated with the service they provided and I will use them again and again.

Junk King really did an outstanding job of clearing up our trash/debris from our master bathroom remodeling project. We tried Bagster from Waste Management first and they refused to pick up our trash. Junk King not only accepted the job but did it quickly and professionally. They came out on the day before Thanksgiving which was great for us as we were home which was the very next day after we called them . The guys were very polite and hard working. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Junk King to anyone who needs to have trash/debris cleared from their home.

I hired Junk-King of Stafford because they are a local company. They came the same day, and were very careful to move my VERY HEAVY television (300lb.) that no longer worked. They were very careful to protect my flooring and doorway. Even though I was willing to pay the $99 minimum to haul away this one, but very heavy, item, they gave me a $10 discount because they were only picking up one item. I would recommend them to anyone for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and hard work.

I could not physically do the work myself and I didn't have a truck to haul off stuff. I saw them on Angie's List and got the Angie's List booklet that had a coupon for their services. I called them, set an appointment, and they came out right on time. I was given an estimate and they allowed me to use the coupon discount. The price is determined by how much space it fills up on the truck and I had enough stuff for 1/8 load. Three guys came and all were professional and got the job done really fast. They even swept off my balcony when they had finished loading the stuff from it. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who needs trash and junk hauled off.

Excellent! We can't say enough for owners, Clark and Marcus, and their innovative Junk-King service that they provide for such "homeowner dilemmas" such as these!!! They came, they hauled, we sorted.....then they returned to re-store....into a more energy efficient, decked, attic area!!! Worth every penny! And we were able to reclaim some storage space to boot!

This was my second successful Angie's List Big Deal and it was an amazing value. I had occasion to be home during the day so, on short notice, I contacted Junk-King, to see if they could accommodate me. Marcus, the owner, called me back right away and he was able to fit me in the next morning on his way to another job. Marcus called in the morning to reconfirm the time, and they showed up exactly when expected. They hauled a piece of workout equipment for me that was in the bak of the house. It had to be partially disassembled to be removed, and that was part of the service. I wish I had known of this company when I had some other items removed; they are just great. Very professional and I will definitely hire them again.

These guys deserve to be called "Kings." They showed up on time, they got to work, they removed all the junk. When they were finished loading their truck, they even swept the garage and driveway!!! I'd purchased a coupon on Angie's for 1/4 load. We had about a 1/2 load, so the price reflects this. These are the "go-to" guys for junk removal.

Arrived on time, checked out the stuff. They have to pay a fee for monitors and tvs so we split that cost. Fair both ways. They carried out the stuff and trucked it away. One of the added benefits is they're interesting people, so we talked for a while too. All in all, an excellent experience.

The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. The receptionist that took my call was very polite and helpful with pricing (which is a great price for the service) and told me that they had time the same day to come out and help me with my garage. They arrived right on time with a call 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. The gentlemen that came were very professional in appearance and actions. As we were cleaning I was also look for things that I might want to save and they were very helpful with that noticing things that I might want to keep that I overlooked. Though all things I was throwing away needed to go they were very respectful of my property and treated the items with care. They were mindful of the property as well taking care when moving some of the larger items not to cause any damage. This is definitely a company that I will use again and I highly recommend them to anyone that has things to get rid of and you just don't know what to do with it. My garage is the cleanest it has every been since they came and I am very grateful for their service and professionalism.
